PestNow comes to our house quarterly for termite inspection and maintenance. The technician cleans spider webs around the outside windows, etc., and then sprays the exterior perimeter. They are a good company to deal with and I recommend them.

I guess I should start by saying I previously dealt with another termite company and they were terrible. Not even present for 5 minutes and the guy said two things: no pests and wheres your checkbook. Sooooo....PestNow was recommended through my home inspector for a WDI report and I couldnt be happier with their service. Billy Coles was our technician and not only was he professional, thorough and patient, he took his time explaining the the nature of wdi and what to look out for in the future.His report revealed we had termites; his walk through was very informative. Later I had some technical problems with getting the estimate (on my end) and some followup questions so PestNow connected me with Billy while he was inspecting other properties/on the road. He went above and beyond to resolve the issues for me and answer any additional questions I had; great customer service. I really lucked out having him as our technician. If this level of customer service is the company model than Id highly recommend this company to anyone looking to save money and get rid of any wdi. Billy spotting the presence of termites and damages saved us a lot of $ in the long run.
