Once the contract was signed, the work was completed as scheduled. I needed to replace rotten wood on my gable and repair bay window roof. Their work was excellent and the final pictures were very informative. I highly recommend this company.

Started with problems with raccoon feces on my deck. They checked for possible breeding areas in my house. Ended up repairing holes and wood rot in my outer ceiling and roof beams, as well as resurfacing of my deck. Became like a one-stop shop.I also had problems with birds digging into some wood rot in one of my windows and building a nest there. Rain water has been coming through. I called them again and promptly came and fixed the issue.

Andy has been doing mosquito treatments at our home, and we can actually finally enjoy our back deck in the evenings without being bitten! Its so nice! He is always on time, very professional, and very personable. PestProof provides great service at reasonable rates!

Cierra was a calming and friendly voice when we called seeking a quote to address an unsettling mice issue in our house. By the end of the phone call, I didnt need any more quotes as I felt the service and the prices she spoke of were what I was looking for. Plus, we like to support small businesses in our area. There was no pressure to commit to a contract, just a seemingly genuine desire to help us with our problem. The fee for the consultation was set and charged for my appointment. Cierra explained that if we should choose to have them do the work, that fee would roll into the cost of the services. We called Pest Proof to take care of a ground hog issue that we had in our front yard. It had dug a tunnel for his vacation home under our front walkway. They came out quickly, set a trap and monitored the situation. They have an easy to use app that you can download to let them know when the animal has been caught. Its also a good way to communicate and see the history on whats occurred. Our ground hog was extra large and we didnt catch him but the alternative was to install a fencing material underground so that he couldnt return to his vacation home. They installed this on the perimeter of the walkway on both sides. It was effective! 2 weeks after they completed the work (which was done in ONE day) the ground hog returned and was unable to get back in and left our property. Its been 2 months now and we are ground hog free. Thank you Pest Proof for solving out issue!

After I moved into this house I discovered there was an ant problem=small ants coming from the outside into the kitchen area, even onto the kitchen table. I had tried a company I had previously used, but they didnt fix the problem Pest Proof solved the problem and teated it successfully. I have had them on a regular basis since then. I recently inquired re: a potential cicada problem, and they will check your property at no charge, and give you an estimate depending on the infestation and the size of your property,, rather than a flat fee. I highly recommend them,they do keep my property pest free.

I just moved into my new home and I called the pest control to see if they could come out and do a survey for me. Surprisingly they were able to schedule me for same-day service! David arrived approximately two hours after the initial phone call. He was extremely polite, professional, and personable. Although I was literally in the throes of a move-in, he was able to work around the crew and completed his survey and the services requested.Even the young lady at the office was extremely nice, personable, and professional. They made this entire experience easy and I will definitely be using their services again.

He gave an honest rundown of what work he thinks is most necessary as well as additional steps we could take to prevent future issues. I called them in because of a mouse problem that I initially called a big name company about that was still active after 3 months of treatments. Winston came in and did a thorough inspection and the issue was handled. They did such a good job that I decided to continue working with them. They are very good about explaining what they are doing and what preventive measures I should take between visits. I’m a single woman and a first time homeowner so it helps a lot to have a company I can depend on to come in and take care of these issues for a reasonable price. The only complaint I ever have is about last minute schedule changes, but in the age of Covid I understand that things are constantly in flux.

It started with getting rid of a groundhog but ended up including a concrete walk replacement. We had a large crack from an earthquake and a pull-away separation of the concrete walk slab from the porch. The groundhog is gone and the walk is beautifully repaired.

We called right after we spotted one small roach in the kitchen and we were scheduled the next day service. The technician came within the time range we were given and did a great job. The best was he explained the situation we had in our kitchen and made us feel a lot better even without the service.

We had squirrels in the attic and a rodent problem in our garage area. Pest Proof was very responsive, quickly came out to inspect the problem, provided a fair and reasonable estimate based on our needs, and followed through with everything without exceeding the estimate. We had contaminated insulation and dead squirrels in the attic removed and replaced with pest resistant insulation, replaced and protected our attic fan, sealed all access points in the roof, replaced insulation in garage utility area, and traps and bait set up in the garage that ended up capturing 2 critters. They were responsive and professional and would highly recommend them over other pest companies that Ive dealt with. They are a pleasure to communicate with and you can tell they care.

These guys are great! We had a squirrel problem about 2 years ago. They came in to address the issue and we’ve had no problems since. This year we needed insulation and decided to go with them again. They were fast and efficient, they kept me in the loop with what was happening. They were so quiet while they worked my kids even managed to nap while the insulation was blown in! I had previously used a different service to remove a skunk from under my patio, but when I called back to tell him there was again something living under my patio, he did not return my calls. I tried 3 times; I even spoke to him once and he said hed be over. He never came. So I went on line & found Pest Proof Pest Management. I called & scheduled a meeting with Eric. He came as scheduled and we discussed what needed to be done. Since it was then Friday, the job was scheduled to begin the following Monday. JR showed up as scheduled and placed a trap in my yard. The next morning I discovered a possum in it! The possum was collected and another trap was set on Tuesday. The trap was empty on Wednesday & Thursday mornings, so on Friday morning Tony came out and sealed the large hole under my patio. He did a fantastic job, using dirt, screening & cement. I am confident NOTHIING will be able to get under my patio again!! Tony was friendly, personable & quite knowledgeable. From the very first call with the office manager to the final product, Pest Proof was WONDERFUL to work with! During our initial inspection, which was extremely thorough and informative, I learned we had raccoons and squirrels in our attic. I was given options as to how far I wanted to go with the work. In the end, I chose full remediation of the attic which included setting and checking traps, pulling out all old insulation, sanitizing, and blowing in new insulation, patching up all places where pests got in, and setting us up to prevent infestations in the future. We had a squirrel move in to our attic. I knew the squirrel had a hole in the front of our townhome. Eric and his associate got up in the attic and found out the critter was coming down from an entrance by the roof/attic fan. Pest Proof sealed the front where the squirrel created a hole and sealed off the attic fan. This was performed in early February and no critters have been back as of mid-April. I would recommend you get Pest Proof for an estimate and see how knowledgeable they are for yourself.

I was so impressed with the work they completed on my home. I had three entry points where squirrels had access to my attic, a terrible carpenter bee infestation, and my gutters were in major need of repair. I was selling my home and had mice in the attic found during the home inspection. I needed a company that could quickly get rid of the problem but also provide a guarantee to the next homeowner so the sale would go through. Along with getting rid of the mice, the insulation was turned into a litter box and needing replacing. I had to priced several companies around as I found that it wasnt a cheap thing to get done.
