I requested an estimate from this company for an irrigation system via their website. I received a phone call by someone and set it up for the next day. Kevin came out at the agreed upon time and gave me the estimate on site. The estimate was almost $4,000 more than 3 other estimates I received from different companies. I thought the company was professional and Kevin seemed nice. We decided to use another company, because unfortunately it came down to price. Kevin followed up with me and I told him we chose another company for the job. If he had just said ok have a nice day, I wouldn’t be writing this review. He chose to get snarky with me and say well you are going to get what you paid for. I understand that he was unhappy that he did not get the job, but there was absolutely no reason for him to treat me like that, his professionalism went out the window and now makes me glad that I chose someone else for the job.
After living in my home for 5 years, I decided to contract with a service to help with the weeds. My neighbor had good results with Biogreen, so I decided to use them. After just one year, my lawn, which was overrun with weeds, looks absolutely gorgeous. They have done a great job in just one year of service. I highly recommend them for seeding and control of weeds.

I really did not want to do this Bio Green, but this is my Hail Mary for help from you. I hope to receive a quick response and to have these issues resolved as soon as possible.We used Bio Green to install a sprinkler system and a drainage system in our home. Two weeks after the sprinkler install, our back flow stop began to discharge water at the end of the timed cycle and whenever the sprinkler system turned off (5-zones) and zone 1 would never shut off which would end up flooding our neighbors yard. I had to manually shut the system down every time. It took over a month for Bio Green to come fix it. We had to make several phone calls and did not receive help until we had water drainage installed - more than a month later.The new issue (reference photos). We had a drainage system installed. Not sure if it was done incorrectly, but the next rain after install we noticed mulch from our flowerbed had splashed up, all over the garage door and side of the house. Odd, but it didn’t set off any alarms. About two months after install, the ground around the drainage system had sunk between 3-8 inches, in about a 4 foot diameter. The down spout is disconnected from the drain and water is sitting in the runoff and resting against the foundation of our home. I called Bio Green to come fix it on a Monday and was told my sales rep would be in touch. My sales rep called me the same day, but said he heard I was ready for more work to get done, instead of an offer to come fix it. When I patiently explained the issue, I was told “Ok, I’ll see if I can get a crew out there to fix it.” Quite frustrating for me. Monday it rained all day. The ground has sunken further (the color difference on the photo shows where the yard use to rest against the home; you can see how far it’s dropped) and feels soft when stepping on it, like it is going to cave in. The area where it is sinking is growing wider. Tuesday, I called back asking if a time was schedule because more rain and snow are in the forecast and was told “the sales rep had to coordinate the repair.” The young lady on the phone seemed frustrated, but did not provide much help, other than offering to follow up with the sales rep. She offered me a good day at the end of our conversation and I said - I probably won’t until I get this fixed. Her response, “Well I’m doing my best here” then she hung up while I was still on the phone. Meh, maybe she didn’t realize I was still on the phone.I’m quite disappointed with the service we’ve received from Bio Green thus far. We’ve spent nearly $6K total (sprinkler system, drainage system, and annual yard seeding) and have had to call about issues too often and we receive little response. I get you’re busy. I get you’re spread thin. I can’t accept waiting for issues this significant. Response time to issues is terrible, but your ability to take money is amazing. I’ll be looking for another company to complete the drainage install on the other side of my home and for an annual sprinkler system maintenance.
Bio Green used to be a good company but after having them for lawn services I thought Id try them for a sprinkler system. They are a con shop though and completely scammed me on the install saying special parts were needed. After the install I checked and there was nothing special compared to my neighbor who had the same install. When trying to get them to admit this and refund me they ignored me and never followed up on my calls, lying the whole way. Stay away from them!FYI, to the response from BioGreen, you can see clearly on the invoice they had a flow sensor line item originally at $322... Like all other line items, this is the part and install cost, as their is no other line item for installs on any other parts. How they go and charge me $325 for the install when I ended up actually providing the part myself is beyond me... This is why they get a 1 star.
Had to cancel my service because they don’t come out and do what they are supposed to. Called to cancel and I was put on hold and then hung up on. I know they have my information and the woman didn’t even try to call back. Sad company, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The technician not only performed the required services professionallybut explained what he was doing and why he was doing it in a manner I could understand. I know nothing about sprinkler systems.

Very happy with this service. They once cut our underground wire for our dog’s invisible fence while they were aerating and the manager fully reimbursed us for the cost without a hassle. Very pleasant technicians and telephone staff.

Today, 5/5/15 we had the sprinkler system turned on for the season by John. He was most efficient, polite and friendly. My husband and I would welcome him back to service the sprinkler system at any time. Its good to see excellent service to the customer.
Our 12 or 13 year old sprinkler system started exhibiting several problems as we got into the summer heat, including sticky and unresponsive sprinkler heads, and zones that wouldnt shut off. EDDIE was able to identify the problems and solutions, gave me a detailed correction plan, and recommended some changes to the configuration. Also, per my request, laid out a plan for an additional zone.
Extremely happy with the BioGreen services! After having tortured my lawn for many years, I decided to hire these professionals. They assured me that my lawn was still recoverable despite the poor clay soil quality and construction back-fill. After 2 years with their Program 1 option and other soil amendments, my lawn is definitely greener on my side and is always complimented on by my neighbors. Even after their first service, I noticed a big improvement with just their weed treatment product. There has been no pressure to up-sell me on other services. Im not sure if they consciously plan to schedule every treatment just before a rainstorm, but it sure has been convenient not having to personally water-in the new fertilizer each time. I definitely recommend this company.
