I have several clients in Virginia. Working with Freedom as an out of state lender has been an excellent experience for my clients. Their fees are also consistently lower than others Ive worked with in the area. They make me feel like a business partner, and treat me professionally even though I am out-of-state lender. I can not say the same for other title company experiences. Highly recommend.

Nice staff and the deed was quickly recorded, but the reason for the 4 stars is because the deed was signed and recorded in October and was told i would get my copy in about 1 month, but if i hadnt called in January to see where my copy was i would not have been mailed my copy for who knows how long.
