I am really happy from their work such honest staff Specially I appreciate the (owner) lady I don’t know her name. and work will done ASAP. Today they changed my car front and rear brake pads and rotors with reasonable price. Keep it up the good and honest work

This place is AMAZING!! I need breaks and they were able to get me in right away and finish the work in about 1 hr. Angel the mechanic was so nice and his mom Mirna what a GEM!!!! I will be going there for all my car needs!!! Prices are also very resasonable!!!

This is definitely the best shop I know. They do top notch work at very reasonable prices! Mrs. Mirna Flores (the owner) makes sure that you get the best service ever! If you dont need something done they never try to sell you a service that is not necessary. Most shops dont have that type of honesty! I only bring my car here and so should you. They are the best.

Everything was fast and at a good price, but I couldnt stop sweating during my wait.

They will help you until they wont. Took my vehicle in for a few repairs. Everything went fine. Went in a second time for a different SPECIFIC repair and they did some work. I noticed that my car was not running the same afterwards. I called and told me to bring it back in and that they would give me a call. No call, come back 1 day later, they did NOTHING and told me that there was nothing to be done... I test drive my car, right in their parking lot and let them know that the newfound problem is still there, and I will happily take their mechanic, Angel, for a test drive to demonstrate the problem. Angel refuses a drive with me, and tells me to just leave the vehicle, that they would call soon and that it will be ready before the end of the day... NO CALL nearing closing time, I call, the lady answers, I ask about the repairs, she says shes gonna talk to Angel and that she will call me back immediately... no call... you just have to show up OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again. They have had my vehicle for the better part of a week for what is supposed to be a simple repair that I could have done if I had some tools. -2 stars for the lack of customer service when it comes to making things right and -2 stars for saying they are gonna call you and never doing it.EDIT #1: Went a last time to pick up my vehicle (about the 6th trip in the span of 3 days), they basically disabled a feature to lessen the newfound problem. On my way out, one of their mechanics took a quick look during his break and did some tugging and pulling and got rid of the problem completely. I went home, did some research, adjusted 1 lug nut, and all my troubles went away.EDIT 2: I will visit them in the future and write an adjunct review of their customer service on said visit.

My car broke down on the backroads in route to Shenandoah National Forest on a Saturday morning. After hours of hunting for a tow truck and a shop for service, my tow truck driver suggested this place, where they service their vehicles. Instead of being stuck 2.5 hours from home and needing a hotel for the weekend, these guys had me in and out at a reasonable price. This place will be saved in my contacts if ever needed again.

Very attentive guysI would recommend to clients thatThey are going to do their oil changes or other arrangements and ask how long it will take to not wait so long. Sometimes they attend to you very quickly and sometimes there are many clients on the service line, they could be a more flattering option.k leave your car there while they fix it and k someone can take it home or take a ride and k it can take up to 2 hoursBut the staff is very reliable 😉
