Fries Garage was referred to me by a friend after I told this friend about how a garage in my area wanted to charge an absurd amount in labor. Im so glad I went to Fries! They saved me so much in labor costs and I am so grateful. A fair mechanic is something that customers always look for. We have found our forever garage with Fries!! We will be sending all of our cars there.

I took my vehicle there on a Wednesday. They told me that they might be able to look at it Friday or the following Monday. By the next Wednesday it still was not even looked at. Ended up having to tow it to another shop! Very poor experience.

I had my two cars’ safety and emission inspections done here, no appointment needed. They were extremely fast, courteous and professional, even at 7am on a Monday. As a bonus, there is a resident cat named Paulie who is a sweetheart. I’ll definitely be back!

I went there for a state inspection. The inspector gave me a long list of problems.. including (1) my headlight assembly was cracked and (2) my right windshield washer was not good enough (something about not enough rubber). Both work perfectly. He told me the crack in the light assembly (still water tigher) might scratch someone if they brused up against it (maybe he meant deer). what a rip off artist. Then the Fries employee behind the desk told me that the $20 state inspection might cost $50 if they had to raise the car (if they try this on you, call the state police). I just paid them the 20$ and got out of there. STay away from these people.

As someone whos worked in the automotive industry for 15 plus years as both a technician and management I can tell you theres no better place than Fries garage. When I left the automotive industry I struggled to find a shop that doesnt play the games that I knew all too well. Fries garage doesnt play games honest pricing, transparent communication, and technicians who know what theyre doing. No need to look any further, go here and the owner and Billy will take great care of you.

Great family owner shop. They always do my state inspections. I’ve had our two cars there a few times to have over $4K in work done. They do good work. They do have Fox News on all day and don’t wear face masks during COVID-19 but that has nothing to do with car repair.

The most important thing to me in a repair shop is honesty, fairness, and good prices. This fits the bill in every way. If you dont wanna be ripped off, as I have been many times, going to auto repair shops, this is the place to go if you live anywhere in the vicinity of Manassas Virginia.

Reliable friendly service

Fair and honest but always busy. The amount of work that they do should tell you what the community thinks of their business. Friendly faces and a very comfortable customer waiting are make this feel like you stopped at your brothers house for some help. The garage is very well equipped and their mechanics can diagnose everything and get it right from the start. Parking is a bit congested but be creative because it is worth the trouble. I choose these guys over any dealers shop every day of the week. If it is a hot day walk a short distance east (100 ft) and get some ice cream. You deserve a treat for coming to the right garage so get yourself two scoops of chocolate. When your car is done drive over to the car wash and get your ride sparkling. Call it a spa day but start with Fries.

Had estimates that were through the roof from other shops. Fries not only correctly diagnosed the reason my Jeep was overheating, but they fixed it quickly and it was affordable. I’d recommend anyone go to them first.

I have paid in over 2,000k to this garage for work to be done on my car only to take it somewhere else and being told I have to replace the SAMEEEEE parts this shop has already fixed. I took it back to them AGAIN for them to fix it FREE of charge and guess what? STILLLLLLL broken! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever in my life! POOORRRRR SERVICE !

I stopped by from work and they told me my emissions test would be 15 to 20 minutes. I dropped the car off and walked to the deli to get a sandwhich; when I walked back they were done! Very fast an efficient! I will definitely be a customer. Would recommend to everyone! Also very friendly environment.

I will never go to Fries Garage EVER again in my life!!! I took my car there over a month ago after i had an incident with the snow and they were supposed to fix my steering gear and come to find they DID NOT fix the problem!!!!!!! I just had another mechanic look at my car and he said that i should never have been driving my car, i could have easily gotten into a bad accident. Oh my goodness I have 3 childrens whose lives have been at stake this whole time.

Bend over backwards to take care of all your needs. They will work with you for a payment plan if you approach them. They really are a family-oriented business and are not out to make every dollar that you make. They just want you to be a loyal customer and returned to them for your business.

I was referred to them by two coworkers and I cannot sing their praises enough! Being a woman, I feel like mechanics have gotten over one me but not at Fries. They did so much work to my car and it wasnt as expensive as I estimated it to be which was a HUGE relief! I will definitely take my car to them if I have anymore car troubles *knock on wood*

My lugnut lock for my tires somehow got lost, & without it the tires wont come off. I went to Fries desperate not knowing what to do. Assuming it was going to be some huge costly ordeal. The nice front desk worker told me they would take the locking ones off & replace them. They did the work rite then on the spot & charged me MINIMAL. Unbelievable happy shock. Thank you so much Fries ~ that was awesome!

Fries has been doing work on my cars for several years and my brother-in-Laws for decades. they have been fair and have done great work. So much so that they are my garage of choice to work on my 1966 Plymouth Barracuda.

The owner is a old racist white man and he broke my car more when I went to fix it. HE HIT MY AXLES DAMAGED MY CALIPARS AND ROTORS WHEN I ONLY QENT TO CHANGE A TIRE. IF I HA THE TIME ID TAKE HIM TO COURT AND FILE A LAWSUIT BUT ITS NOT WORTH MY TIME. WARNING, WARNING : Dont go to this place fries Garage i had ask themhow long will it take to replace a part that needed to be replace theysaid it will take five hours to replace a simple part. However i called the dealership, merchants, NTB, Firestone, and three other local auto car repair shops. All seven of them told me TWO hours only. Fires Garage will fix your car and let your car sit there a couple of hours charge youfor every hour when they have been done fixing your car. This is a hiddentrick they use. Also i had ask them how much the part would cost they gave me a quote then i called nappa parts thats where they get there parts from the same part was $50 dollars less than what fires garage was charging. Fires garage will charge you a extra $50 more than what your parts would cost Thats $50 dollars extra for no reason that there pocketing themselves.Why would you come to this place that will take advantage and steal from you. I do not recommend coming here. Go elsewhere

Let me put it this way, when your customers include some of the most respected officials and business leaders of Prince William County as well as numerous law enforcement officers and deputies, that says something about your quality of work. Fries Garage services well over 100,000 vehicles a year!! Of course when you do that kind of volume you are going to find people that wouldnt be satisfied even if their car was repaired for free. The owners name is on the building, so any poor work on the business reflects on him, personally.
