We purchased a new Volkswagen Jetta in December, and noticed right away that the brakes have a grinding noise when backing out of the driveway. Brought it in and was told that it is normal and would stop after a couple time using the brakes. I own a 2016 jetta and a 2016 Tiguan and neither one does that. But they get 4 stars for looking into it and found scratches on the rotor. Hopefully solving the issue.

Very helpfull staff. I was looking for a replacement tire to match the OEM kind on my new Jetta. Ive only had it 5 months and this is the 2nd tire ruined by a nail. Not enough miles to warrant a different brand of tire in my mind.I had a hard time finding a dealer who had one in stock, or one that would even help me look.In the end I didnt go to Zimbrick only because my wife didnt have to use her car for 2 days and my local dealer could get the tire by the time I needed my car again. Travel time to Madison from Milwaukee was a factor also. But good to know a helpfull group no matter where they are located.
