Over priced nails for what you get. My set was poorly filed and the nail art came out extremely messy and completely dissimilar to the reference picture. It also seems to be understaffed and overbooked for the number of staff because my nails seemed and looked rushed. Much better places to do your nails for less in the surrounding area.

My daughter had her eyebrows sculpted for the first time and Kelly did an amazing job. The appointment was on time and the staff was friendly. It was not packed at all and they managed their scheduling very well. We will be back and highly recommend for eyebrow sculpting work!

Polished Nail Lounge is the best salon out there. When I walk into this establishment I feel welcomed and treated with respect and care instantaneously. All their technicians are able to help you with whatever your needs are just as the owners. This is the most professionally run business in Madison. They even practice the best safety techniques for their customers and theirselves especially during this pandemic. Try them out for yourself. They WILL NOT DISAPPOINT !

Very unsatisfied. I did a new acrylic set. About 3 nails crooked. She wiped nothing before I sat down. There was an extra $5 fee for covid.Design nothing like I ask for. And to top it off someone else was waxing and double dipped the stick in the wax.

First of all. The massage chair is awesome!! The pedicure was ok. The leg massage was terrible. Staff is not very friendly. To top it off, there is a very strong chemical smell that gave me a massive headache.

I come to Madison NJ for business and I will stop at this nail salon EVERY time I am back! Phenomenal acrylic nails and cute, clean salon. I highly recommend! Really great staff!

Maylien is awesome my nails look perfect EVERYTIME (and Im very fussy and very hard on my nails)! She is very knowledgable and they have the best colors!!!!!!!!!

Just got my nails done here, and honeslty, I loved it! Father-daughters owned and run- its amazing. Gel manicure for $28, cant go wrong! Super friendly and nice! And a ton of gel colors to choose from! First time there, but certainly not my last! Only a mile away from my job!

Great family run salon! Excellent service, great choice of colors and everyone is very friendly. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and my nails have never been in better shape.

So I would have given 2 stars but part of the issue was that I was in a rush so they had to work quickly on my manicure ($15). I had an appointment with Mylein (might be spelling it wrong - she has good reviews on Yelp). She was running behind and apologized. Her sister started my nails. They didnt seem to care about being professional. Im not crazy about the inside. The salon seems to cater to a certain type of female in the area if you get my hint.

Cut the cuticles on all of my nails, sloppy polish job, over priced for what you’re getting. Many better salons in the area who care more and give you a better job for less money.

Ive been going to this salon for about 6 years now and they are AWESOME! Ive ALWAYS had the best service and my nails are always done beautifully. I cant go a day without someone complimenting me on my nails. The owner knows her stuff and provides the best customer service!!

What a horrible experience! After having an appointment scheduled, they had me sit in a chair for 25 minutes waiting for my pedicure to start. The water turned cold I was waiting so long. Finally when they started working, it was like they were in a hurry and were so rough with my cuticles I had to keep pulling my feet back. My toes were killing me after they screwed around down there. To make matters worse, I broke out into a horrible rash thanks to whatever cream they rubbed on my legs. My friend who went with me, just sent me a pic of her legs and her skin is actually peeling off (no she did not have any type of sunburn)! The water tub felt slimy like they hadnt cleaned it in ages and they didnt sterilize any of the tools they used during the pedicure. Awful experience. My toes still hurt from them being so rough and its seven hours later. Never ever going back and not recommending this place to anyone. Worst pedicure Ive ever had.

My nail broke after 2 days, and went to go fix it and it looks awful. They barely filed it and they don’t care about the customers. Never going back

I bought my sitter a gift card for a pedicure and a gel manicure and put extra money so she didn’t have to tip and they completely screwed her over when she redeemed it. After the manicure they told her she only had ten dollars left! English is her second language and she was too shy to make a stink about it. Completely disgusted.

Not a good experience. Will not be returning.
