The workers were very kind! my nails were done beautifully, i had a manicure and pedicure. The business is very clean! i will be coming back soon!!

I come back every couple of weeks to see Ms. Tina because she always does me right! I show her a picture of what I want, and she kills it every time. If there is something she cant do she makes sure to let me know, and throughout the whole manicure or pedicure she is always checking in with you to make sure youre 100% happy with what she is doing, and I always am because she is amazing at what she does. She takes her time, is very meticulous, and does an outstanding job every time. I will miss my trips to see Ms. Tina when my man isnt working in Huntsville anymore, she is so sweet and good at what she does! I will always come to see her if I am in the area. The salon is very clean and professional.

Love love love this place! My nail tech was awesome and I wasnt there long. Did a powder dip and love how it came out! Brows waxed and also was done great! She took her time and attention to detail. Service was on point and staff is friendly. Relaxing environment.

My technician was pleasant, accommodating, and my nails (pink ombre) looked great! Schedule at a non-peak time to reduce being in a crowded salon.

Have been going here for a couple of years. Loved Bryan, he gave me the best pedicure. Called last week for an appointment and was told he was no longer there. I have been so upset, he is such a nice well mannered young man and did a great job. I foolishly went to another salon and got the worst pedicure in the history of the world. A friend gave me two names for mani and pedi in your salon and I will be back. Love your Salon

So they were rude and were making fun of people and they also cut 2 of my fingers with a nail file also one nail broke I paid $75 for trash

I came here from 2015 to 2018, I moved from the Madison area. I have not found any other place like this place. Most of the staff are still here, the services are awesome and even after the pandemic the prices stayed the same! I will be more then happy to travel here rather then go near my new address! It’s way worth the gas.😉

Jimmy definitely knows his acrylics, the powder is amazing. Would recommend, one of the best nail salons in Madison.

I took my grandmother here for her 91st birthday because she was not happy with the length of her toenails and accidentally cut herself trying to trim them. The staff took *such* great care of her. When the nail artist was massaging her my grandmother would ask her to focus on certain areas, and the nail artist took her time to make sure my grandmother enjoyed it and she even rubbed her aching shoulder and knee though this isnt part of the service. All this happened, by the way, with both speaking very little English, which was so awesome to witness how empathy and communication can transcend language barriers. My grandmother was nervous at first letting someone else cut her nails but at the end she was so happy. I highly super recommend this place, especially if you have an elderly person in your life that could use some pampering. Plus I saw their health score was a perfect 100 👌 Ill definitely be going here from now on.

Quality of work is phenomenal!! Every single salon I have ever had my nails done at ending up chipping, scratching, messed just a few minutes after I leave because they were never dry all the way (even when I was told that they were good to go). Not here! They rock hard and i went shopping after and acted like theyve been painted for a while, not a single mark! Picture attached is after I did my grocery shopping!Jimmy asked a lot of questions to make sure my nails were exactly like I wanted them. And he even told me about his 2 week guarantee! Who does a 2 week guarantee on nails?! NO ONE!Kathy gave an amazing pedi, constantly checking temperatures of water, hot towels, etc, making sure I was comfortable. Best pedi I have gotten!Ill admit that I paid more than I normally would BUT service both in how they interacted with clients and the quality of work, it was very much worth it!!

I love that I went in and discovered my new nail salon!!!!!! The staff are great!!! I felt very welcomed and appreciated by them!! They dont make my feel like they dont care about my business!!!! Thank you for that. And they all do wonderful jobs on nails and the other services they offer!!!

I have been coming to this nail salon for years. The owner is very friendly, and the entire staff is wonderful. I got my nails done with a powder last week and jammed one in the door yesterday. I came in to get it repaired, and was offered that and a short hand massage at no additional cost. They really take care of their clients and in sure they are happy with what they get.

I came into this nail spa with my nails very messed up from another shop. The same day, Kathy took me right in and helped me get back to a great full set. I will be making this spa my new home. I love them. Every one was very nice and welcoming. Very helpful and did not judge my horrible nails from a different shop. Thank you guys so much.

Went to this nail salon based off a recommendation. Let me say this, every experience is not the same! First, when I walked in everyone looked at me like I wasnt suppose to in the salon until I told them I had an appointment. Second, the nail technician ( Davis) rush through the service like he didnt want to do my Mani/Pedi. Third, now this is the kicker, another nail technician asked Davis, if I gave him a tip. Really! FYI because I am an Black American doesnt mean I dont understand other languages and yes, I always tip! I will never recommend this salon to anyone.

This is probably the best Nail salon in Madison, I moved here 8 months ago and been looking for a Nail salon. I went there on the 28th of June for my friends bridal party and its was total 8 of us. The technician greets us very nicely at the door, they were busy, but luckily Weve made an appointment, after a few minutes they set us up in the really comfortable spa and we got recommended a complimentary drink right away. The guy doing my nail was really nice and taking his time, definitely come back.

I used to love this place to get my nails done everybody was awesome I had an incident where the owner did my nails I wasn’t happy with my nails. I had them re-done a couple days later, every since then I noticed a change in some of the employees attitude towards me as if they had a conversation about what happened to my nails, i went in yesterday and noticed a conversation between the owner and another employee and noticed that they were looking at me . I do not understand the language I felt it to be very offensive because I do not understand the language I felt it to be very rude I will not return !!!!!. I have tried to make an appointment with two ladies that I really like the way they do nails, they refused to make me an appointment with them them when I call to make the appointment they say they are not going to be in that day. Just very unprofessional if you ask for a certain person to do your nails they put you with somebody else they just cannot and will not ever make me happy again. Just bad Customer service

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and am very pleased with the service. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly. Jimmy always has a smile on his face and does a great job on the gel manicures. Tina is awesome is as well. If you are local to the area and need a new place, look no further! ❤️

I got my nails done here as a walk in on Sunday and was in a chair in no time. It is now Thursday and they still look great. Prices are very low also.

No use in making an appointment since they’ll just let other people back before you anyways. Called this morning and made an appointment for 1. Got there and was told they needed 5 minutes to clean a pedicure station out. Waited patiently while a couple walked in. They were taken back immediately for a pedicure (they also had an appointment) and I was still stuck waiting. One of the workers wanted to make excuses and argue with me. I will not be coming back again. Salon Studio on Hughes is MUCH better!!

Very clean and well kept salon. They use disposable liners in the pedicure foot basin. The tools used are in sterile packs. Very nice professionals. Loved my toes!

I went in for a fool acrylic set for my birthday. I found a color that I feel in love with, told them what I wanted.. it wasnt until I got ready to pay that they told me the color I picked was extra because it was a special effect .. my nails look great and Ive gotten tons of compliments, but to pay $55 for it was ridiculous and for them not to tell me ahead of time was not cool.. Had I known, I would have definitely picked something else. Definitely will not return.

Friendly staff and love my nails!

Called before getting there and asked what their wait time would be for a pedicure. I was in a huge hurry and only had a limited amount of time to get it done. The tech on the phone told me they had a 10 minute wait. I got there 2 minutes after hanging up and waited for 35 minutes before getting my things and leaving. If someone calls to ask about your wait time, give them a realistic time! Not just what you think will bring us in the door!

Waited for an hour and a half for a polish change. They sat me in a chair and started soaking off my gel polish. The woman who was going to do my nails brought me a drink and kept saying she will be right back. After about 30 minutes I was still sitting there and she had started on another customers nails. I politely walked out. Worse customer service ever. I ended up going to another nail salon down the street. Too many nail salons to choose from to spend money that will treat you better.

I gave them a 5 for customer service, friendliness and accommodating their clients. They really work hard to satisfy their customers. Unfortunately like most salons in this area they have very little design expertise unlike other cities I have lived in. Most of the posts of pics are very outdated. I mean a kid can do polka dots and glitter nails. I do love the place and informed them that if they catch up to places like Nashville they will make a fortune because not many shops here can do really unique designs. If so I have not run across the yet. If so please give me a reply.

Very polite and good customer service. However I went in for a pedicure and sns manicure. I was there for 3 hours. The girl that did my nails did not know what she was doing and someone else had to fix them. In the process I also got a cut from them filing so fast and close to my skin. I wont be going back.

I personally I will NEVER take my services her again! Jimmy is very rude. I asked for service and the nail tech didn’t meet to my satisfaction. I showed him her work, and he proceeded to “fix” it. At that point I was already frustrated and while he was fixing it, he wanted to make excuses as to why they shouldn’t provide a good job. I told home to remove my polish, and I will go somewhere else that provides better service. These nail techs do NOT have much experience and each one of them are limited to what they can and can not do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE.

Theyre awesome, the spa is really clean they are using the disposable liner and kit so I dont have to worry about other people fungus gonna get in my nails. Overall it is my to go place from now.

I visited on a Sunday at around 1pm and got the dipping powder. They were not busy and I did not have to wait. It was busy when I left though. The best job Ive had with the dipping powder! I will be returning to see Kevin again!

Slow service

I was recommended to have my nails done by Jimmy. The design on my nails was perfect, how ever I paid $50 for my nails to only last 5 days & that is why i’m giving them a bad review.He gave me powder nails and the only 2 nails that lasted were my thumb nails. I’ll never be back. 5 days is not worth $50 .

Been here today they were quick to take me in and really nice especially Tina and Kim. I paid $75 for my pedicure and gel manicure its totally worth the money, the prices might be a little bit higher compared to other places but the quality is definitely better.

I started going there because it was close to my house. Jimmy does a decent job, however he is inconsistent. I spend over $100 every two weeks, and I find it absolutely insulting that I am talked about among the staff. I am too picky and thats I cant go anywhere else and get my nails done. I will inconvenience myself and go back to my original nail tech who does a great job every time. Jimmy if you read this, learn how to be humble and listen to you customers, thats how you grow as a professional. It may not matter to you, but you will receive no more of my money.

All five of us had great experience doing pedi/mani. The owner took her time to make slight corrections to my manicure after they were done by another worker. I did not ask for that, either.. fun group of people with great customer service.

I brought my twins here for a birthday mani/pedi. Dee did my mani/pedi and I loved her soooo much. I wish I could bring her back to Texas with me! A sweet lady gave a pedi to one and a guy who didnt want to be bothered gave a lackluster pedi to my other daughter. Overall, it was a great experience... avoid the guy who just wants to be on his phone.

Ive been in Madison for 16 yrs and with the course of time I have had my nails done in several nails salons due to poor quality or ridiculous pricing and quality was not the best. I would likely not return to this place. I hate to say that Bc the staff was very kind. I may have just had a bad experience with one tech... maybe my experience was a one-off... idk. In order to take the dip off my nails, they soaked me for over 30 minutes. My nails were so dry and brittle afterwards that the basically fell apart the week following. The tech also made me bleed multiple times while trimming my cuticles. My friend had a fine experience, though. That’s why I’m giving two stars even though I was disappointed. If you asked my friend, she’d go again. This salon is actually one she’s been to a few times. So, like I said, I may have just had a random bad experience.

I was disappointed after coming here. The environment of the salon is not relaxing at all. The lady who did my nails was loudly talking to other workers the entire time and rushed through a gel manicure in 15 minutes with many mistakes in the final product. My hands were left dripping in oil. I will not be returning.

I was a last minute walk-in on a tuesday right after lunch. Kathy and the staff at Nail Boutique were friendly and welcoming. After a short 3-5 minute wait I was seated in one of their luxury pedi chairs. I chose the #1 $27 basic pedi, which included the regular: soak, trim, toe and heel scrub, plus a relaxing foot and lower leg massage. The atmosphere at the Boutique is relaxed and calm, background music is low. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely return, as well as recommend! Conveniently located, easy in and out of the parking lot. The shop is clean, neat, and well organized. Thank you Kathy!
