This is by far the best place in Madison to get your nails done. The owners are so kind and put a lot of effort into helping their customers have the best experience they can possibly have. They are very good at what they do and can tell they care. Also, their shop is sparkling clean!

This is my second time coming i moved here a few months back . I moved here from Dallas where the standards are high i tried four other nail spa this one is the best i have found here in Huntsville. And i am picky.

The shop is very clean and you can tell they take pride in their work. The lady (I forgot her name so sorry!) was very attentive to detail and I love that. I did a walk-in since it wasn’t busy and am glad I did. Highly recommend! They also do rewards cards!

I gave a picture for reference and the nails feel fragile, they aren’t painted like I had asked and they are uneven. I have to go repaint them because they are so bad.

My first visit at Crystal’s was so amazing. I was a walk in and the staff was so friendly and professional, I was seated immediately. Stanley made me feel as if we’ve been friends for years plus they do services that other nail shops would charge you extra for (like hot towel) for 1 price. Love that place!

This nail salon is by far the best that I’ve been to in Madison and I’ve been to most of them. They are professional, polite, and mindful of your time. Very personable. Kim and Stanley rock! You won’t be disappointed!

Decided at last minute to get my a pedi and mani. First time customer- walked in people were very friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes but was worth the wait. I got polished change on my toes and fill and color on nails. They were very professional. I would highly recommend Crystal Nail & Spa. They did exactly what I wanted. I will go back!!!
