I have been going to Colors for years now and they always do a great job! The salon is the cleanest and most organized one I have ever been in. & the owners are super friendly and accommodating! The gel lasts me 4+ weeks every time - I would highly recommend.

Hands down the best gel manicures in Madison. I’ve tried many salons in the area, and none of them even come close to the quality of Colors. My manicures always last a minimum of 3 weeks. The owners are also incredibly friendly, and remember most of their customers by first name after only one visit. I highly recommend checking Colors out if you haven’t been before!

I have been using this salon for two years. I have always appreciated their professional standards. Now they have met all My concerns regarding the Covid virus issues. This business belongs to a husband and wife, the only two that conduct the salons services. I have been going to Dan and Kim for manicures and pedicures since 2009 in a different salon before they worked as the Colors salon. They do not have the cheapest prices but by far the best, most consistent results. I grow out of my pedicures before they chip or fade, and grow tired of a color long before my product shows any issues. Dan and Kim are extremely flexible in fitting me in if I call at the last minute, and always fun and kind people to talk to. I highly recommend them!

Gel manicures last at least 3 weeks and pedicures last months. Super good quality and a nice relaxing environment. It’s just the two of them so it’s never too crowded in the salon. They do groups too!

Dan and Kim are fantastic. Clean nail salon. Friendly service. Relaxing chairs. The best gel manicures in town. Hands down. I aldo really live the spa pedicures. The sugar scrub is the best. They also play streaming shows so if you dont like whats on, politely ask and they will change the show for you. Ive been going to them for years and I am always happy with the service I receive.

Dan and Kim are the best! I always leave with a perfect manicure, and it lasts for over 3 weeks! They do an amazing job with my cuticles, shape, and polish. I love that the bottom and sides of polish are always perfect so that they grow out really well.This is hands down the best place to get a manicure in Madison (and anywhere Ive ever been).

This place is amazing!!!! Dan and Kim do the best job of any place I’ve ever been, and can always get me in when I need to! My manicures last 4+ weeks with no chips and still look incredible. I go every month now (along with a good handful of my coworkers, we are all hooked!), and my nails have *never* been so strong, healthy, and long. I get so many compliments. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don’t believe the negative review, they’re awesome and have never been rude once in my year of going to them.

I will never go anywhere else but Colors to get my nails done! They actually care about your nails and never use drills! They are extremely sanitary and you get your own box of tools that are never used on anyone else! They are very personable and know everyones names and remember everything about your life. And the best thing? Your gel manicure literally lasts FOREVER!! ❤️❤️❤️

By far the BEST place around! My entire family goes to Dan and Kim. My sister drives from Chicago and my aunt drives from an hour and a half north. They provide meticulous gel manicures and pedicures that will last over six weeks. I just dont wait that long to due to the outgrowth. I have been a nailbiter my entire life and my nails Ive never been healthier! They properly remove the gel polish and do not damage your nails like many of the other salons.They dont bother with the damaging acrylic nails. There is absolutely no way I would go elsewhere!

I have been there twice, and I wish i liked them because they are so close to my house, but the woman seems like she does not know what she is doing and ends up cutting my cuticles so they are painful for several days. Although the man is working on someone else, it seems like she is constantly asking him questions about how to do my nails and he is constantly explaining things to her.

This is the only nail salon in Madison I will ever go to. The man who did my nails was kind and referred to me by my name the entire time I was in the salon. My gels have lasted 6 weeks now and have ZERO sign of giving up soon. I need to go back just because my nails are so long now... truly the longest lasting manicure Ive ever seen.

If I could give ZERO stars I totally would.I just moved here from 3 hours north and called yesterday to make an appointment for today, however, upon being asked what kind of service I wanted and finding out that they did not do acrylics I told the lady who could barely understand what I was saying that I did not want the appointment because they didnt have what I wanted. She insisted that I still come in for a gel polish manicure so being new to the area, I decided once could not hurt- so no big deal!TODAY, a man from Colors calls me at 130pm that I had missed my appointment at 1pm. Let me remind you that I JUST moved here so Ive been trying to get my house put together. I had responded that I was sorry and that I forgot due to moving and just getting sidetracked putting my house together. He then says extremely rude, well why do you make an appointment if youre not going to show up??EXCUSE ME??? I just told you that I JUST moved here and that I forgot, people forget and get sidetracked, tell me hes never done that! He then fired back at me a few more extremely rude comments and proceeded to hang up on me.I called them back and he silenced my call 3 times. He finally answered and I asked how do you get customers if you are so rude to them?? He then said, you think Im rude? Well watch this and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN.I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone and will promise that I will advise AGAINST going there to anyone and everyone that I can. You do NOT call your customers and treat them like that. I hope the business fails so that they will learn some manners.
