I went here with my bridesmaids to get our nails done for my wedding, and we had the absolute best experience possible. I can’t say enough good things about what a great job they did. I will definitely be going back in the future. Here’s a picture of my nails(bride).

I went with my mom a few weeks ago. My mom had the best manicure and pedicure. Perfection. I, on the other hand had probably the worst manicure and pedicure of my life. The services like hot rock, massage were great, but the woman doing my nails painted all over my fingers, having to use a paint brush with nail polish remover on my skin. There were little cuts all over my fingers, the nails werent filed even a little bit, and the paint was super far from my finger so it looked like 2 weeks had gone by without a manicure. Really bad experience. I would have complained and asked for a full refund had I not been with my mom as I didnt want to create a scene.

Been going here for about 4 months but no more. It’s close to my job so it’s convenient to go to after work so I tried to give it time to see if things would change but didn’t. Overall they all do pretty good work but I always sense attitude problems, fakeness and weird vibes. I don’t know if majority of the ladies in there are tired of their job but the attitudes and funniness definitely shows. Sam and the one guy in there are the only two I felt were cool. Hopefully they see this review and make changes.

Terrible experience! First off I got a pedicure and then dip powder with extensions. They finished my pedicure and I waited and hour while they finished my nails. I checked my toe nails to put my shoes done and they got messed up - after drying over an hour at that point. So they fixed them and told me to wait 5 minutes - that’s it. So I asked for any kind of discount because that has never happened to me and I get my nails done enough to know. I said how am I supposed to know they won’t scuff after there. I don’t live around here so I can’t go back if they get messed up. They did nothing for me. Not to mention my finger nails are not the same length either so that’s cool.

I always have had an excellent experience at Blush. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is very clean. I have recommended them to lots of friends and family.

I really wanted to love this place but I did not have a great experience at all. The lady doing my nails behaved as if I was an inconvenience just for being there and seemed to be in a big hurry to finish. Not to mention she continuously was dropping the tools and paint on the ground and then just picking them up and using them without cleaning them off. She also had me walk from my pedicure to manicure completely barefoot on the nasty ground. She almost picked out regular polish instead of gel polish because she was in such a rush she couldnt even ask what I scheduled my appointment for. I hope it was just an off day for them!Edit: Not to mention she was in such a rush she made my toe bleed

You can’t beat the price. The pedicure was amazing! The salon is very clean with wonderful massage chairs. The pedicure includes bath scrub and massage, wax, hot stone, and only goes up from there! They have one of the largest selections of nail colors I’ve seen in Madison. My manicure was perfection. On top of it all, everyone working was so friendly and accommodating. So glad I finally tried this place!

Not only was the facility clean and the techs friendly, they went above and beyond to provide a great service. We got home and noticed my daughters nails had smudged.We called and they got us right back in to fix it. I would definitely recommend Blush!

Used to love Blush Nails. Best service and value. Went there for the first time in over a year and it seems like it must be under new management. The walls were a bit torn up and it was a bit dirty around the salon. But it was the service that was most disappointing. The woman providing my pedicure was on her phone texting/FaceTiming during my service, asking personal/border-line rude questions, hanging her pony tail onto my leg while she painted. Probably sound like small, petty things, but I just wanted to unwind and relax. Bummed.

This is my favorite nail spot in Madison! There pedicures are so luxurious featuring several different treatments that leave my feet and legs feeling soft and beautiful. The girls who did my mani pedi, Serena and Miya, were really nice, professional, and also really good at what they did. Miya did the most beautiful nail art for my manicure and I can’t stop smiling whenever I see my nails now! Highly recommend

My wife went to get her nails done and wanted to use the collect 10 tickets and was told they are under new management and was not able to use her tickets! I think that’s kind of unfair considering we were not told last time that it’s under new management. They should honor the old cards up to a certain date. Also She could tell her women was new. She had to keep pointing out to the nail tech that she kept cutting her cuticle to far made her bleed, and didn’t paint her corners of her nails.She was upset by her visit she won’t be returning.

Ive been here a few times and I normally wouldnt leave a bad review, but the last 2 times I have been each nail tech has cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding. I had already asked for the tech to be gentle trimming the cuticles because it was hurting- which should never hurt. Also because the bleeding wouldnt stop, the tech had to pause my pedicure and wait about 10 minutes for it to stop before she could finish the pedicure. I wont go back because I dont want to deal with sore toes for what should be a relaxing experience. I would recommend finding another place.

We love blush. We go about every three weeks and get SNS. Service is amazing. Value is amazing.

Blush has been my go-to nail spot for more than two years. My shellac application never peels - I often go 3-4 weeks before reapplication. Love their color selection. They offer dips as well if thats your thing.

My nail technician was Rick and he did a wonderful job on the polish (Im super-picky). Even better, the massage was excellent. I am a runner so my feet get pretty manky. Rick cleaned up the callouses and I left feeling well-pampered.

Wow! My first pedi and it was amazing. The woman who helped me was very kind and talkative, but not too much so I could relax. My toes look and feel beautiful. After such a wonderful job I asked if I could also get my nails shaped with no polish because I cant have any at my job. She did it still with a quick hand massage at no extra charge. I am so impressed this may be a regular thing for me now and I will definitely go back here for it.

It was one of those days where I needed to feel human again and that includes getting an acrylic fill and a gel pedicure. I was so impressed by how accommodating the staff was despite being understaffed this week for people being out on summer vacation. I was turned down by 2 salons today and blush nail boutique was the kind and generous place that won me over. Quality of the pedicure and acrylic fill and polishing was superb. Very good attention to detail and had no problem with some of my requests of nail filing. I am coming back and would recommend the same for everyone! My nail technicians were absolute sweethearts and made me feel so welcomed.

I have had some tremendously wonderful experiences here, and some less than average ones. Pedicures where I still had rough callouses are the most common cause of services I want happy about. The nail designs they’ve done are very cute and I love the wax dips. Highly recommend the mood changing polish, just because it is so fun! Also, they prefer cash and appointments - they’re usually busy.

I went there with my friend to get our toes and nails done, all the technicians were so friendly and did such a wonderful jobs. The facilities was so clean. They offer more than what you pay for. I will definitely recommend this place.

My shellac manicure started chipping less than a week after getting it. After looking at my fingers closely it doesnt look like the nail tech bothered to cap the end of my nails while painting them. I have had many shellac manicures from different salons and Ive never experienced chipping so soon. My nails were also cut very unevenly. This is especially disappointing since it took 1.5hr for the manicure to begin with which I originally didnt mind since I wasnt in a rush and the tech seemed new. Will stick with Star Nails. They always do great work!

Went for a pedicure and a gel/shellac manicure. The store was pretty busy for a Monday afternoon, but I made an appointment and was able to get in right away. The pedicure was very nice and the technician worked quickly, but I did not feel rushed at all. The hot towel wraps were almost too hot, but the stone massage was a nice touch. For the price it was definitely a 5 star pedicure. The manicure, however, left a lot to be desired. She cut my nails exactly how I wanted them, but then questioned my polish choice a few times. I had picked a dark color and can understand asking once just to be sure so that the client doesnt freak out, but 3 times was a bit much. Finally, at just about the 2 week mark my polish started peeling away from the nail completely so it seems that their products might not be the greatest--guess that means I dont need to go back to have them take it off. The technician was friendly and didnt chat much (which is totally fine by me), but I do not think Id ever go back for a manicure.

Horrible and Rude!! I dont ever post reviews for anyone but I felt this one is necessary for this place. Their work is so effortless, they dont even care to make sure your nails look good. They rush through everything and you can tell they are the type of nail salon to just get you in and out. My last experience was so horrible I will never go back. I confronted them about their work and instead of listening and understanding what I had to say the manager started screaming at me! I have never been screamed at. How embarrassing and disrespectful. Please do not spend your money here. They are horrible.

It started off a bit rocky but got better, thanks to Nano.I tried to schedule an online appointment with Sophia but she was unavailable. After several emails and a confirmation phone call yesterday, I was looking forward to my appointment. When I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30, the woman at the desk could not find my appointment. Another lady came over and she too could not find it. I showed both ladies the confirmation email for my appointment. I just took a seat as neither was talking with me but to each other and others in the salon in their native language. By 12:30, Nano came and got me. He was great. Very good massage. I did not feel rushed, but relaxed; which is why I come to Blush. Ill be back and, as always, Ill have a scheduled appointment.

Blush is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere when you walk in.The staff was kind and patient when I took forever to pick out my color of polish. They also were able to fix a chipped nail that my partner had been trying to fix for the last 3 months! They also wax your feet with warm wax and then moisturize your feet and legs afterwards!Altogether it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back!

Its been a couple of weeks since I went in to have a full set of acrylics put on for prom. I have never felt so embarrassed by the way my nails have looked. I had made an appointment many nights before and they asked instead if I could be there by 4:00 instead of 4:30 to which I replied of course. I walk into the salon at 3:55 so that I could get checked in. My friends who also had appointments came in as well, their appointments were at 4:30. I did not get to start my nails until 4:30 while My friends were already half way through their appointments. My nail technician seemed extremely rushed which is unprofessional. I told her I wanted a ballerina style and even showed her a picture. She cut and filed my nails aggressively, and glued on the nail tips crooked. She never filed or shaped the tips but instead applied the acrylic solution and then cut them with a nail clipper. Each nail is a different length and the shape is terrible not to mention that the base of the nail never blended into my real nail and she still somehow managed to get the acryclic down my entire finger. When she had finished shaping the nail she began painting them but never painted the sides or tip which just adds to how terrible they look. There are acrylic pieces cutting into my skin that she never removed fully. In the process of filing down the acrylic which was never completed she cut my fingers a total of 12 times and I still have the marks on some of my fingers. At the end of my appointment she told me I would be paying 60 dollars for these nails which Im sure people come in for everyday. I even contemplated going in to get them fixed but decided it wasnt worth it because I would have to spend more money and I couldnt trust this establishment to do it right. I will NEVER be going back and I would suggest choosing a different place to get your nails done.

Scheduled an appointment online via email which was an easy process. When we arrived we were taken to the pedicure chairs immediately. The staff were friendly but didnt talk with us much. They did a great job on our pedicures though and we felt very relaxed so I appreciated my time there and would go back.

Used to love coming here. I loved the extras they did (hot stone, wax) but I think they are headed downhill. They seem to be getting too busy and don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. My shellac nail chipped after only 5 days, and when I went in to have them fix it I was told they couldn’t do it and were “too busy”, “too busy” to do I simple one nail fix.... I’ve gone in for these before and they always take me immediately and quickly fix it, it takes less than 5 min, but now they are “too busy”. I was told I could come back in three hours, never mind that I would be at my special event (which is part of the reason I got my nails done!) at that time.Used to love coming here for the extras, and their shellacs never lasted as long as getting it done elsewhere but they used to be really good about fixing it.... not anymore. If you want good customer service and shellac that lasts go somewhere else!It’s unacceptable that I can get shellac done else where at it lasts for 4 weeks without a single crack or chip, but when I get it done here it chips in 5 DAYS! If they are going to apply such subpar shellac they could be able to always accommodate the repairs/fixes when a customer comes in.Very frustrated/sad with my last experience.

I scheduled my appointment a week in advance... showed up on time and somehow there was a scheduling issue because two pedicures came in for an appointment half an hour later and then there proceeded to be more customers... but not enough technicians...My friend and I were getting dip nail manicures. The person doing her nail did not bother to offer her a beverage and was in such a rush and so concerned with the situation he made two of her fingers bleed. Although he was very apologetic, it did not change the fact that he couldn’t focus on the task at hand.I had a dip manicure already on my nails from a previous occasion and after the first technician buffed off most of my manicure he left my fingers to soak in acetone for more than 10 mins each... honestly I lost track of time and it seemed like forever. What was baffling to me was that he proceeded to add MORE acetone to the finger cups at one point!!!! There were 4 technicians who did my manicure... 4!!!!! I guess everyone had something else they were working on so they had to switch out at each step to complete my manicure.... it was an okay experience. They were nice but I could tell they didn’t want to spend time on me. It was as if I was just another customer. There were barely any interactions and I did most of the engaging. My manicure looks alright... Something I noticed was that both the technician who did my friend’s nails and the initial technician who did my nails, skipped the powder base coat. I even asked about it and my initial technician couldn’t give me a clear answer as to why he skipped it. Maybe that’s just how they do it at Blush? Maybe they were trying to save time?? Either way, I didn’t really feel comfortable here. It’s cheaper than where I normally go (diamond nails), but I don’t think I will come back after this experience. I chose to go here this time because I wanted the uv gel top coat since diamond nails didn’t provide that with their dip manicure. Now I realize I was mistaken and will go back. I never should have strayed.

Horrible experience. I was there for 1 hour & 15 minutes for a simple gel manicure + removal. The person scraped almost all polish off manually with a file rather than soaking any off, and made 3/10 fingers bleed. My cuticles are SO sore, and the polish is so messy I couldve just done a better job myself. So disappointed. Wont be returning, after having been a returning customer for awhile now...

First time going to this place and wasn’t that pleased. Rushed and crowded with limited place to sit. Didn’t do a good job on removing overlays. The polish was fine until a thick top coat was applied in a rush to do someone else’s pedicure. It wasn’t worth the drive for me even I had an appointment.

I found these folks because I wanted to try the SNS/dip nails and my regular salon didnt offer that service. Its been 2 months, and I am now a regular.The staff at Blush are so nice. I especially enjoy sitting with Than and Sean.The prices are standard for the area, which is to say quite reasonable. The salon is well cared for, instruments sterilized, and pedicure tub liners are available upon request.Best to make appointments if you want to go in on a weekend. They get slammed. :-)

This was my first time at this salon. I called and made an appointment, and 45 mins later I was getting my nails done. I had a women who did the most fabulous job. My nails havent looked this good in years if ever. Now, call it the first time get them hooked, maybe but it doesnt take away from the fact that I had great service! I made an appointment for 2 weeks, Ill let you know how that goes. But my first time was wonderful. The shop is clean too. I did notice that all the other Techs were very attentive to their clients. Great service and very happy it was a spa like feeling. The best part was it all happened on a Sunday. Thank you Blush..

Always go there for my pedicures. The gel lasts for 3 weeks and love how they do the scrub and hot towel/ wraps on your feet.

Ive been going to the McKee Road, Fitchburg, location for about a year now. Every stylist is a bit different in approach, speed technique, but all embrace my requests regarding the shape of my nails, how Id like the color applied etc. Its been delightful getting to know many of them. Ive been here several times before and they always did a great job. Yesterday the girl seemed to be in a hurry, when I asked her to fix my nails she barely even fixed them. So now one day after I got them done, it looks like they have grown out because she didnt paint the whole nail. Not going back.

Rudest people everrrr; and my nails ended up looking like a kiddo glued Play-Doh nails instead... I never witnessed anything like this before, the employees were really rude with me and my friend from the beginning until the very end, and it was obvious they were being racist against us... Its so sad and nasty to see minorities discriminating against people from other minorities!

Normally I love getting my nails done, find it extremely relaxing. I didnt feel that way at all, I felt very rushed. I had a pedi/mani done and the price was good but they did the manicure at the same time as my pedicure. It was very uncomfortable to do it that way and I was constantly having to switch my hands into a drying machine. I dont know that I would go back, the price was good but the main reason I went was to relax and feel pampered.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went there for my eyebrows. They told me they offered the service. I waited a couple minutes and the she told me to follow her. She led me into a closet that was disorganized and I sat down in a computer chair, which was fine but did not recline or have anywhere for me to rest my head. She waxed me and then asked if it was okay. When I looked in the mirror I saw no difference, no shape, nothing. I told her and she redid the one which was okay not as bad as before but not good either. She then did the other and it still looked the same. At that point I was done. She did not remove the extra wax or clean me off either. On top of that I was still charged $8. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no one was there. I took a card and called the other location and after chatting with the manager who was quite rude, he hung up on. I called the location I went to and the lady answering said I could come back and she COULD TRY to fix them. I dont want anybody TRYING anything on me. Needless to say I now have to spend money elsewhere to get them fixed. Never again!

I had really high hopes when I went to Blush. I have concerns about the cleanliness, for sure. Also, I bled from a very rough cuticle removal. The icing on the cake is poor customer service and the fact that my shellac chipped within 5 days. Will not go back.

I went to Blush for a regular pedicure and a shellac manicure. The shellac peeled within a couple days and when I went to another place to get my nails replaced, she said there was no way that what I paid for was shellac. Since the pedicure I’ve had not one, not two, not three, but FOUR toenail funguses that I’ve lost my toenails to! I’ve never had this many issues with getting my nails done. I never want to go back to this place and will not suggest it to my worst enemies!!!

The manicurist are very polite and professional! Relaxing atmosphere. And since they are grand opening now, pedi and mani combo are just $32 only! It is really a good deal! I definitely will come back again for my nails.

Had an appointment for my bridal party at 1 pm. We get there ten minutes early and there is no appointment for us. We even got an email confirmation saying they had that time available. Then the lady at the desk says she doesnt know why we wouldve gotten an email without the appointment being in their system. So she places the blame on someone else instead of being a team player and owning up to the mistake. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

I spent 2 hours here and the job they did on my nails was horrible. I got the coffin acrylic extentions and they were crooked, bumpy, and only lasted 8 days. The tips startrd falling off while washing my hands, picking up a fork to eat, and putting on my ring. Never going back.

I have gone into the Blush Boutique atleast once a month since it opened. Friday I went in to do my typical manicure. They barely did any filling, trimming, and then 2 quick coats of polish. They skipped the wax dip and didnt even apply lotion. I did not feel pampered at all! After 2 days my nails were horribly xhipped. When I went in to get them fixed, they were very rude. Has definitely gone down hill since opening!

Ive never ever been treated so poorly in my entire life. I made an appointment for 4:30pm. Called ahead and made an appointment just like the website says to. I arrived at 4:20pm. 2 girls came in after me and requested pedicures and manicures without appointments. The salon was busy but they took all 3 of us back at the same time. I was in the chair at 4:25pm and started to pick out my colors. By the time I finished picking out my color the young girl who was working on my feet signaled me that I was done and put my feet in the paraffin wrap. This was at 4:35pm she didnt file my nails, cut the cuticles, exfoliate/scrub anything..she had the hot stones on my legs for less than 2 minutes. I sat in the chair with the paraffin and hot towels on my legs for 6 minutes. That was the longest part of the service at this point I was upset because I dont want my pedicures to be rushed I enjoy the massage and she was going to start painting my toes without filing them or anything. I asked her if she was going to file them or exfoliate or anything and she said no youre nails are already cut yes I had cut them myself at home but that doesnt mean they dont need to be filed or have the cuticles cut or just all around give poor service. At this point they all started to talk loudly in their native language (assuming about me since they were all looking at me) and I was so uncomfortable I put my shoes back on and got ready to leave. A man stopped me at the door and said I couldnt leave I had already gotten my service done. I said that I didnt get any service done. I showed him the time which was 4:45pm. 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I said she didnt provide any service and I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. He then left and went to the back and at this point the entire full salon was all watching me stand there and cry as they all talked about me and he came back and offered to redo my nails himself but Id already been crying and so embarrassed I just wanted to leave. He made me pay $31 to be treated this way. Ive never ever been treated this way my entire life. Ive never even left a yelp review anywhere before and after calling my boyfriend to cry about this Im now sitting in the parking lot writing the review. Its 5:06pm my appointment was at 4:30pm. Im including pictures of my finished service that I paid for which I am also not happy about as I dont like my feet in general but I am so unbelievably upset I am willing to put my feet on the internet so people can see this service that I was forced to pay $31 for. DONT COME HERE unless you want to be rushed through a 10 minute pedicure and then be made to cry in public. Again I cut my nails at home prior to coming in so you can see that they arent filed or cuticles cut or anything. This has been the worst experience of my life. DONT COME HERE. I wish I could give negative stars. Ive circled the time stamp on my receipt to prove just how little time I spent in the chair as well.

Great place to get your nails done

My nails are already peeling after 4 days and its the third time this has happened!! When I mentioned it to the lady who has done them the last two times, she brushes it off and basically ignores my concern. I asked if there is a policy for how long they guarantee their shellac manicures to last (I would think at least a week!) she didnt answer my question.The last two times I have gone back, I have had the same rude woman who rushes me to select my color(s) even during slow times when there are no customers walking in who need the samples. She rushes through filing my nails and doesnt ask how I want them before beginning. Then if I ask her to fix something she appears annoyed and frustrated and hastily tries to do it or just says its ok and moves on. She hastily applies 2 coats of polish and often misses the edges of the nails. Im not a nail technician, but I would assume that the polish needs adequate time to cure under the light; my nails are barely under the light for 10 seconds a lot of the time and she motions for me to give her my hand. Because of this, the polish sloughs off or warps because its still wet. When I point this out she says its ok and puts another coat on. Because of her rushed carelessness, my nails start lifting and chipping after 3-4 days. I will only go back for the price but am starting to think Id be better off going somewhere else where it might cost a bit more but my nails will actually last and the service wont be so rude and rushed.The first time I went here about a month ago for a shellac mani/pedi, I thought it was great, but after going back two more times, I realize it was only the pedicure (foot massage) and price that were good. The first time I went, the man who did my nails was very nice, patient, did not rush his work, and listened to my requests.

Best pedicure for the best price. They basically give you an entire foot massage along with some other spa-like treatments

Great customer service and beautiful nails! I came to Blush for the first time the day before my wedding with five other ladies to do full mani/pedis including a gellish french manicure that turned out beautifully. The staff was extremely kind and accomodating even though we were running late and definetely made me feel pampered and relaxed. Competitive pricing is an added bonus. I will definitely return next time I need some pampering while in the Madison area.

Very disappointed. Came to get my nails done. My tech was very rushed, made 3 of my fingers BLEED and did nothing about it. This is my first time coming here and will not be back.

I went here to get a fill and I normally go somewhere else but I was very disappointed. The polish is bumpy, with noticeable brush strokes. I kept telling the women I wanted them shorter and she kept saying, it wouldnt look good. Also some of the polish on my nail has already chipped off. Never again.

Service was professional, had a full set done with dip powder only $40. Ill be going back!

They cut me profusely with a machine, refused to apologize for it and won’t give a discount either.
