I went to Shine Time car wash on Sullivan st. In Madison 2 days ago (8-11-2021). We are looking for a new car wash closer to where we live. A attendant met me upon entering. Very friendly and professional. Spoke with a manager, Mr. Ben King. Quite professional and friendly as well. You could tell these folks enjoy their jobs. Were changing from the wash club to this business. Mr. King even gave me a complimentary excellent wash. Looks awesome.Thank you...

Wash was great. Staff was friendly. They have air dusters at tech vacuum station. And those vacuums REALLY suck.

The staff was informative and friendly, making conversation as I prepped for my car wash. The facility was great, clean, and professional. Ill definitely be returning, and sending people there as they need washes!

Knowledgeable and extremely courteous staff. Got the X3 wash, well worth the money. Vacuums are powerful (lost a mask from a foot away!), and free, no charge. Before paying at the entry way, you can pull over and prep clean the hard to reach spots, they have everything you need, free of charge. This will be my Sunday morning routine going forth. Great and convenient place and people!

I had a great experience at Shine Time Super Wash on Sullivan Street. It was my first time ever taking a car through a car wash because I generally dont believe in car washes. I have to park outside and I like to think that the rain is sufficient for washing my vehicle. However, much to my dismay, I observed copious amounts of dirt on my car while waiting for my friend in the parking lot of Casa Blanca Mexican Restaurant. I took my car to Shine Time and loved it. There are lots of options for service and all appear to be affordable. There was a man who helped direct me into the slot for my wheel and didnt treat me like I was stupid when I asked if I should put my car in park. The car wash took about 5 minutes and it was a lot of fun. I also liked the free vacuum afterwards because the inside of my car had lots of crumbs in it. 5/5 stars, will return again.

Darrell and Andrew were the attendants tonight as I came for my weekly car cleanup! Both gentlemen went above and beyond to help me get my car in tip top shape for my 10 hour trip home! I work at the new Toyota plants so thats no easy task most weeks! 5 *s always! Everyone here always make sure my experience is excellent! Great job gentlemen!! Now if Shine Time just had a monthly deal!

I visited recently and had a great wash job as usual but sustained some minor damage to my car. I had to expend a little effort to reach out, but Shine Time took care of the problem and Im happy. Theyre one of the best car washes around, in my book!

Best car wash in Madison. Ceramic seal is amazing, and Monday you get 2 car washes for price of 1. Their vacuums are the best, because they have 2 on each side and they are suspended from above so you dont drag dirt into or on your car.

I’ve used this car wash multiple times now and every single time it has missed spots that it shouldn’t have. i kept going back because the BOGO monday is a great deal but it’s not worth it anymore. the last time i went there was residue left on my wheels and i had to sit there and scrub them for it to come off. will not being using this place again.

I hope the owner and all of the employees get a chance to read these, because I want to say thank you to them all.Thank you for NOT being just another car wash. You could have all of the newest technology, gadgets, promos, gold plated floor mat cleaners, gluten-free rinse water, and free-range organic vacuum cleaners (Im sure thatll be a thing one day), but without the right people, you are JUST another car wash. Great wash, and the self serve vacuum has great suction, towels are provided to further detail your car.

I find it to be pricey, but the staff are pleasant and attentive. The equipment is new and seems well maintained. It does not clean your tires unless you order tire shine (which I hate) apparently. Just learned about BOGO Monday. I definitely plan to take them up on that!

I love this new car wash! I go once a week to get at least the basic wash and vacuum out my car. With 2 kiddos it is a must! They have vacuums with narrow nozzles to fit hard to reach places, air hoses at each stall, and a place to pull over before you drive thru so you can wash (scrub brush) the front grills and places that need a little more scrub time. Over all great experience!

One of the best in Huntsville and Ive been to quite a few. Love that there are brushes to clean my car myself before taking it in to the carwash. There is always someone at the pay station to answer any questions I have. They spray and brush my car as well before going in to the carwash and they have mat cleaners, lots of quality towels to dry the car, Window cleaning solution in bottles, vacuums that are strong and dust blowers, pretty much all you could want at a carwash. And to top it off, they believe in customer service 🙌🏿 I was shocked the first time one of the workers came up to me to see if I needed anything. Highly impressed. Dont think Im going anywhere else. Oh, and they have amazing weekly specials on certain days of the week. Why would I go anywhere else???

Great wash and Super Duper sucking vacuums. Be careful, theyre the most powerful Ive ever used. Theyre also out to check you out when youre vacuuming to make sure your car wash was satisfactory. If they dont like what they see theyll run it through again. Ill be back!!

Pros: Good location. Ceramic shine lasts weeks to keep your car clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wash smells great during the process. Mat cleaner powerful and works great. Powerful vaccums. Free air fresheners are a great touch :)Con: The wash never fails to knock my drivers side door mirror backwards. The mat washer took all of the rubber spikes off my mats when cleaning. You have the option to scrub your car yourself before the wash, other businesses do this for you automatically. Ceramic wash doesnt seem to cover the back of the car and that part gets dirty pretty fast

Always a great job when I visit. Friendly service. They walk out to see if everything is to my satisfaction. I just wish they had the other half of the building that polishes after the wash like the one on University Drive. Over all impressed as always.

GM Brody and Assistant Manager Jemiah (spelling?) and the always helpful guy at the gate (sorry I didnt get his name) go out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction and will answer all of your questions and provide tips, info on specials, and provided a free $22- wash and wax to Vets on Veterans day. I have a black Jeep Gladiator Rubicon that stays very dirty from the great outdoors or very clean. I have been to Shine Time for the Ceramic wash 4 times in the 3 weeks since I found them. Highly recommend giving them a try....I

Tire scrubber took a chunk out of my tire rim. Not happy! They said they reviewed video and it didnt happen? The popping sound when it popped my rim could be heard like a gun shot! Never going back there!

After reading all of these reviews, I seemed to have missed some features on my visit. I didnt know there were towels available for free. Thats great, Im always beating myself up for not bringing a towel when I go through a car wash. I actually brought one this time, so I didnt even notice any free towels. And I didnt know you can pull off to the side to pre wash your car. Very nice. Although when I went through the line they pre scrubbed my car for me. I was so surprised, I dont think Ive ever had that happen at a car wash. Im usually impressed when they just spray my car down.This is the only car wash that I know of in the area that has pressurized air. I used to use pressurized air all the time in CA just to blow dust out of the interior and get water out of the crevices, and was disappointed I didnt see it here especially since I feel I definitely see more car washes per capita here. The air is not as strong as Im used to, but it does the trick. The vacuum is really strong though! This definitely is going to be my go to place to get a car wash!

Excellent car wash! The employees are friendly and helpful. The car wash is a drive through with varying services. The I selected the Go Ceramic wash and it did a great job. After the wash there are free vacuums, towels, and window cleaner. Trash cans are available as well. The vacuums are impressively strong.

If you have need to clean up your ride, give them a chance to earn your business. This place just opened up and today was my first time using it. It happened to be BOGO Monday, which is awesome. Paid $15 for a wash and get a free one of the same price to use within 10 days! I know the place is new but it provided a wash a little better than most.

Went thru the carwash and the person wiped the back window but the front was not and it did NOT get clean....if I wasnt in a hurry I would a went in and said something about it....guess I am now tho 🤣😂

Customer service was great & what I loved about this car wash is they had rags & cleaner for you to actually clean the inside of your car..which most car washes don’t offer. My car looked & smelled excellent.

Strong vacuum, but the attachment is made for small spaces. Not floor surfaces. Wash left a lot of missed spots I had to go back and wipe down.

Omg I love taking my car through here, they also h e free vacuums when you get done with your wash, I typically get the 22 dollars wash and wax and my car looks prestine, I would definitely recommend this to others. Also they give free air fresheners and occasionally they have a BOGO sale going on so if you pay for 1 wash and wax you get another one for free as long as you use it within 10 days. All you have to do is enter your promo code at the bottom of your receipt. 😌 Happy washing you guys.
