The hair stylist was great fun. I noticed after I left a huge chunk of hair was gone. I asked for a trim the chunk is about 3 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. It is driving me crazy. I wanted to try someone new. Oh well you learn I guess.

I highly recommend Brooke S as your hair stylist. She was so kind and patient with my needs and wants for my hair. She gave me different options of what we could do for my hair until I liked what she had envisioned for me. She made good conversation and made me laugh throughout the whole appointment.

Didnt love the haircut I got - asked for a crew cut and got a buzz cut. And the place could have been cleaner - there was some litter in the waiting area.But I was able to get in immediately on a day where everywhere else was booked up. And the haircut was like $18 I think, so cant really beat the price.

Ive been going to Super Cuts on Odana for a long time now and Ive never had a bad experience. No matter who cuts my hair, it always looks great. Easy to make an appointment and they will work you in to the schedule if you dont have one. Jessica in particular is excellent!

I definitely recommend Brooke at this location! She is very attentive, talented and I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful. They keep the salon super clean and everyone here is very nice. Covid precautions are always being taken seriously.

They have 1 good stylist which apparently is the rarest thing on earth because the lobby is full at open and phone rings off the hook for her, other then this I have received bad haircut s there, the way I see it for the quality Im getting could go down the street pay a bit less and even be eligible for couipons left there covered in hair dissatisfied unhappy not any more, last visit, will need a haircut again in a week what a waste, I recommend with these places now just go to the cheapest one its all the same now.a lot of them have discount times days etc this place is expensive for needing a haircut a week later. Been here many times I give upFinal visit

The reason its a 4 star and not a 5 is their website is not user friendly. Gave up and just called for the appointment. Once there i received a great haircut at a price that allowed me to tip more. $16 haircut, $9 tip, $25 total for a great cut. Im happy, my stylist is happy, and Supercuts Corp should be happy. But please fix your website.

I go to Supercuts all the time for my hair cut. Today was not satisfied with my hair cut, usually like my hair cuts. I feel like they did not listen to what I really wanted,so dissatisfied.

Monica does an awesome job! She is friendly, accommodating, and willing to take on any haircut or styling. Not only does she do that but executes what you are looking for with ease all while carrying on a conversation! I work in retail and see a lot of people who I recommend to visit her and this location!!

Meticulously clean and welcoming atmosphere. Well-known and experienced staff who listen to what you want. Im never disappointed... and the hot neck towel is a very nice finish.

I arrived for a haircut. Waited a while before I was even looked at. Then I waited longer for a stylist to come to the counter. All she said was 12:40 and I was very confused having not said a word. I said what and she said it louder. Then I asked whats at 12:40 and she said next appointment.... It was 11:50 and I thought about getting lunch. Then the stylist quickly started offering me later appointments. I wasnt expecting to wait and needed time to think. It doesnt take 50 minutes to eat a lunch. I didnt feel like anyone working there cared at all about the customer. I said no thanks and got a great haircut with no wait across the street.I called and spoke with the owner she expressed concern and was very pleasant to speak with. This location now looks great.

Was not a friendly or inviting place at all. My hair cut only took 15 minutes. My stylist was cold and did not want to talk at all. I was so disappointed with my cut. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Period!

Worst haircut I ever had. Finished in less than 10 minutes and my hair looks terrible. That lady was the worst ever and ignored all what I said. NEVER AGAIN.

The store closed at 5 i arrived at 4, 2 people who i came with were getting there haircuts and they Said they couldn’t cut my hair because they were closing soon they had a hour my friends haircuts took 15 minutes worst customer service ever, stylist seemed rude and obnoxious will never go to a Supercuts again

Monica was amazing!! I walked in for an appointment after a friend of mine got a great haircut. She cut off 8 inches of my hair, and she was very patient an in tune with my possible emotional attachment to my hair. Three weeks later, Im still loving this cut! Everything looks great. I cant say enough good things about Monica.

Today morning I had a cut from a lady dressed up for Xmas and she did such a lazy job of cutting the sides with her short-cuts.. She did not worry about side burns.. neither she showed mirror for back.May be she only likes to server white handsome men? who knows.But I feel angry because she kinda ruined my Xmas.. I grew hair, waiting to have them cut fine right before Xmas when I get a chance to see my family (ONCE IN A YEAR).I am not going to any Supercuts Anymore.
