Im not from the area but when im in town I go to this nail salon but every time there seems to be an issue. Ive had my acrylic ripped off for a new set, Ive had nails pop off with in the same day of getting them done, and most recently it was the rude service. I called to ask about wait time was told they didnt have anyone and come in now. I got there in about 10 mins. One of the nail technicians was sitting there doing nothing at all and told me have a seat at the front and wait. I wanted a fullset and pedi. I was not sent to the pedicure chair until 25 mins later when another lady walked in. They immediately started on her feet and just ignore me completely. I wasted about a hr plus and received no service

Love the girl that sits in front Len.. she is quick and does a great job. And she always remembers how I like my eyebrows and lashes.#1 spot

This place is pretty cool.. Only thing is you really have to watch for the shaping of your nails. Sometimes its shaped funny but if so they will fix it.. Nice music selection and Pepsi is friendly.

Me and a friend came in to get a pedicure i understand they were short staffed they had 2 people working when we walked in they put us in a pedicure chair but we literally sat there for 1 hour without any service because the lady was too busy doing lashes first instead of helping her other coworker. We were one of the first 3 people there but they had a couple of ghetto walk ins that they helped before us bad customer service

Lona is the best! Will be back for her specifically. The wait time is unfavorable but SHE is worth it.

Friendly ppl-Great pedicure

The nails are cute. I do like them but for 25 i could have got them longer and in coffin with the 3 other colors like i wanted them to be. There is paint,glue, and acrylic on my hand.

The worst that Ive encountered thus far. I went in for eye lash extensions . The room they took me to was DIRTY with a huge dead roach on the floor .I informed the woman and she picked up the roach with a paper towel and did not wash her hands after. The staff told me my natural lashes were too curly . After multiple attempts from 2 different staff members, I decided to leave . What the staff failed to tell me is that they spilled eyelash glue on my shirt . Experience =time waisted.

My second time coming to this establishment and I am quite impressed with the consistency of quality. Painless and enjoyable service and my nails look great. Thanks!

Professional, efficient, good deal

The lady was all around rough with my nails. She was rushing but making it seem like I wasnt holding my hands correctly and I feel like I was over charged. My nails were very short with the white acrylic but for 50 I could have went somewhere and got better service. The other lady and her ghetto friends talking loud and cursing just not professional while other people are there. She got mad becau see I didnt like the way she was doing my nails services that i had to pay for but she complained like it was my fault. Will never use this place again unless they change employees.

The blessed best place to get your nails done of the people are very friendly and not very expensive

I had the pleasure of sitting with Mr. Ryan. He was absolutely wonderful. He has an eye for perfection. He took his time and made sure that each individual nail was done to his standard. Very professional and polite. He and Mary made me feel like I had been coming to the shop for years. I appreciate the talent, time, and humanity. I found my nail tech.

It was a great experience with than nail guy. My only complaint would be the eyelash girl that did not understand English. Thank God for the black lady that understood what I said or I might be blind. It was clean it was well decorated. It was friendly for me. I did have a reservation and that does make a difference. I loved it overall and probably will go back.

The owner didnt know what he was doing and MT nails turned out horrible! He then proceeded to get upset when I did not like what he was doing to my nails. He began to remove them roughly because he was upset he had to start over and also the soak wasnt complete I left out of there with my nails horrible unfinished and unsatisfied! This was my second time coming thinking they would be better this time but no a complete disaster! If I could give them a zero I would but I had to make a review!!I wish I could posted this picture but it wouldnt let me! Not only that I have to pay for my regular nail tech to get this off!

Nails perfectly done per the norm

I made an appointment to get my nails done. After sitting for an hr the owner comes and asked me if I can come back tomorrow eventhough 2 more ladies who made appointment had just walked in. He said that its going to take a long time to finish his customer he was working on. I think that he over booked. Will never go back.

I have tried many nail salons in Macon, but I always find my way back here. They do consistently good work and its always a good time. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Tina was excellent! She help me and explain the difference type of nails,styles, and colors. She took an extra step an I appreciate her customer service.

Terrible SNS nails. They were lumpy, uneven colors and broke/cracked within two days. And the nail tech had an attitude. I even told her that there were spots where she missed applying colored powder and she refused to fix it. Never again.

The guy took 2 hours to do my toes, just to have the polish fall off the same night after I got out the shower. The owner offered for me to have my toes redonewhich was fine but I felt like something more should have happened.

I came here because of the good reviews... Yes it was a nice place, quiet, they did a great job on my nails and feet EXCEPT after they did the feet (digging a clipping) I felt a sharp pain (figured just went a little too far in) but the day after my big toe swelled up and now where I felt the sharp pain I have puss oozing out. Its still very painful and I am now having to constantly keep it clean as its infected !!!

Oh my! I chose 1 star because 1 had to be chosen! POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1st of all you never asked if I wanted my nails cut and you cut my toenails without my consent! When I tell you, your response was that you cant glue them back on! Really?Then whomever was the manager there was playing with his cellphone and wouldnt even look at me in my face apologized to me while looking at his cellphone. I asked for the owner information and they would not give it to me. Ge threatened to call the police on me although I had already paid. I asked for the guys name and he wouldnt give that to me either. I said I wasnt coming back and he says that Im the type of customer they dont want anyway. I definitely wont be back! NEVER AGAIN!

Ok so this place is a no thank you for me, lack of customer service here is real! I walked in wasnt greeted, there was no can I help you. The nail techs didnt even look up to what they were doing to even acknowledge I was even there. Stood at the front counter waited and finally someone said ill be right with you, but never asked what I wanted. I took a seat, waited 10 minutes and I left. Wont be coming back here ever!

Had my eyebrows and lip done today, waited about 13 min in the room before I had to find somebody to see how much longer it would be, then when she did my eyebrows she made them so thin!!!! She didnt even ask me if thats what I wanted or if that was okay!!! Thin f***ing eyebrows arent even in anymore. Women are drawing on eyebrows to make them look thick and full what makes you think thats okay to just do without asking the client?! Then when she was doing my lip I noticed she was using a f***ing razor instead of tweezing the hairs after she waxed. Im not a man you dont razor a womans lip!!!!
