They are Absolutely Awesome!!! I liked that the staff was so accommodating. I have issues with my back, and the tech noticed that I was a bit uncomfortable, and offered me pillows, which made it so much Better. Ill DEFINITELY Go Back. Thanks you guys/ gals

If I could I would leave zero stars. I came in to get a pedi around 1130am today and the women had me go and look at unlabeled gel nail color bottles in the back and told me to sit in seat 9. I didn’t even bother trying to keep searching the literally 25 color options they had unlabeled as I was getting white anyway so the lady could just grab that herself. I went to sit in chair 9 and it had a nasty used Napkin in the hand rest. I grabbed a clean napkin from sink area to clean it up. Next, when I was going to sit down, I noticed disgusting nail pieces from the prior customer all over the seat and bowl. (DO YOU NOT CLEAN ANS SANITIZE AFTER EACH CUSTOMER)??? Also, they aren’t doing anything to reduce COVID transmission at the establishment (no mask). I waited for my nail tech to come so she could clean the seat area Rey designated but after 15 mins of no one ever acknowledging that I was there or even coming to start the water bowl (so I could ask them to clean it first) I left. This place isn’t customer friendly if you aren’t wearing a Chanel sun hat and driving a Maserati. Beware they smell money and only treat the rich and wealthy well.

Very nice establishment!!! The lady was very articulate when making sure my nails were perfect!!! I love them and Im happy to say that Ive finally found my nail home!!!

I got matte black coffin shaped nails and they did an amazing job! Also the person working on me was incredibly sweet the entire time. Very good pricing!

My daughter and I went to this salon, and by the time they had put a full set on me, the lady had cut my 19 year olds fingers with the electcic little sander things twice. She showed me when we left and the cuts looked pretty bad. Mine were fine, and looked very good, i just wasnt very happy about the cuts

Loved my nails. Didn’t get the name of the guy who them. I gave five stars because of how perfect my nails were for me. 4 stars for the tech’s lack interpersonal skills but it was two hours before closing so he must’ve been tired. And three stars for other patrons who were white who couldn’t keep their eyes off of black people who walked in there like they’re not allowed to be 🙄

Awesome customer service and atmosphere. Walked in, sat right down in a chair, was helped within 5 minutes. My pedicure with french tip looked great and even convinced my husband to sit down and have a pedicure done with me. Great business ♡

This is my favorite place to get my nails done in Macon! Anne is amazing and they always do a phenomenal job. They pay attention to detail and are always willing to help you figure out the exact look you want for your nails.

The wait was so long and colors weren’t available. They seemed very lackadaisical and unbothered that people were waiting fir 30-40 minutes.

I’ve had many pedicures but this is my first one at this location. I was assigned a chair that didn’t have hot water. They used a plug in kettle to put hot water in and added (too much) cold water. The water was barely warm, but I didn’t complain. The whole thing was rushed. She didn’t allow any time to dry between coats. My nails chipped later the same day even though I had let my feet dry for over 2 hours in the flip flops. The worst part was they didn’t hardly get any calluses off. And I’m young, they aren’t that bad. The whole thing was rushed and they did a poor job. I’ll be going back to the place just across the street and a little down. I may wait longer there, but they do a MUCH better job!

To start my chair back was broken and would not sit up. I stead of offering to move me to another chair for my pedicure, I was handed a pillow. Then my friend and I asked for the same pedicure (except that I was getting my toenails painted and they are not) both of our technicians started at the same time, yet mine finished 10-15 minutes earlier than my friends. The massage that mine entailed used little to no pressure and lasted no time at all. On top of all of that the technicians spent the entire time talking to each other in their native language which took away from the small amount of relaxation that I was getting. I was sorely disappointed in the entire process.

I love this place!! They have the best chairs for massage and relaxation. It so nice I can come and sit in total silence and just chill out and enjoy!! Clean & friendly!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Katelyn does a very good job, but the owner doesn’t honor appointments. I made an appointment with Katelyn well in advance. I got there 10 minutes early for my appointment, and they were just sitting someone in her chair. They then proceeded to tell me it’d be an hour. I was very disappointed in the service here.

It’s been years since I got a manicure and David did a wonderful job on my natural nails. The nail techs are all friendly and it’s a peaceful environment.

The owner is rude and condescending. Tried to explain to her that the person doing my pedicure rushed through it and continued to cough on me which made me uncomfortable. She sited that he had allergies but that wasnt the poi . She then became rude at the mouth by stating that he could not control it. All I asked was that he put a a mask on considering flu season is upon us and it is just unsanitary. Will never come back to this place.

I got a pedicure today. When I was told the total was $41 I didn’t remember it being that price so I asked to make sure and my nail tech said yes the amount was correct so I said okay. The tech sitting up front heard us and kept going on and on, very loudly, that I should know how much it cost because I’d been coming there. But I didn’t remember and simply said that. I’d usually get both my nails and toenails done together. I just didn’t remember how much a pedicure was by itself and I did nothing wrong by asking about the price. But because the tech who sits up front went on and on and ON loudly in front of the whole shop that I should know the price, trying to embarrass me, I will not be back. I told her “okay” when she repeatedly said the price. But she couldn’t let it go, sounding like a broken record, and has now lost a customer. Learn how to treat your customers if you want them to come back!!!!

The place is good, it was my first time coming to this place. I got the hologram nail polish I wanted a certain color as they had like 8 to choose from and the woman, maybe the owners wife? Insisted I get this rainbow colored hologram of which I didnt ask for. She was just being very rude to me and said I cant decide on anything so shell make the decision for me... sigh I hate to come back to this place but its the only nail salon so far I been to that had the nail powder I wanted. Just wont be asking for her anymore!

Not too happy about this one. I recently moved to Macon and am on the hunt for a new nail salon. Macon Nail & Tan definitely needs an update, both in services and in decor.I got a gel manicure and pedicure during my visit. The manicurist did not allow my prior gel polish to soak off well at all. Instead, she used the electric buffing machine to remove the rest of my gel polish -- a big no no as this makes the nails thin and brittle over time. Second, she did not clean my cuticles well, nor did she give them any shape or form. The most irritating part is that she globed tons of gel polish on my nails. There is absolutely no natural shape or form to the polish. In my opinion, the concept of gel polish is a NATURAL looking polish job that lasts longer than regular polish. My nails look double their actual size due to the excessive layers of gel polish.My pedicure was the least relaxing one Ive ever had in my life. The pedicurist was so rough and careless when filing my nails and scrubbing my heels that Im surprised Im not severely cut and bruised. I asked her if she was going to cut my cuticles as she was starting to massage my legs (usually the last step before polish) and she shood me away saying ok ok ok later! Her response and demeanor was extremely rude and off putting to me.Somehow this salon has received rave reviews. So, Im not sure if I just got the rotten apples of the salon or if this is the standard in the area. Either way, there should be no rotten apples in the first place and first impressions are lasting impressions. I will not be visiting again.

Pricey but great service

I came here with my boyfriend and we were both going to get pedicures while visiting for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We came based on the reviews I read and thought this would be a pleasant experience. We were greeted and everything was fine until we were told to go to the back pedi chairs when there were 4 open in the front. I never play the race card because I grew up around a very diverse crowd and I try to be understanding of different cultures but I feel like we were sat in the back because we were black. A caucasian lady and her daughters came in after us and were seated in the front. I originally was going to get a parrafin pedi and gel mani and my boyfriend was going to get a parrafin pedi as well but I left with a spa pedicure only. I diidn’t even stay for the polish because I couldn’t bear to be there any longer than I had to. While sitting in the back, my boyfriend got looked at and down from every person in the salon from the staff to the clients. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon. Everybody seemed so on edge while we were there and I was very offended. I absolutely HATE being stereotyped. I WILL NEVER be back to this salon again and I don’t recommend it. Past reviews say they have excellent customer service and I didn’t experience it at all. Go at your own risk. I hope they treat you better than they did me and my boyfriend.
