I am satisfied with my nails. My experience was great. It is clean. I didnt get his name but the guy with glasses is very polite and professional. I love how he do my nails!

The worst experience!!! I paid over $100 and even tipped well. However I got nowhere near the design I asked for. Looks like a 5 yr old done it! Not to mention I paid extra for the special pedicure and all she did was use the salt and put a hot towel. No callous removal! That I specifically paid for. And I got my eyebrows done and they didnt even clean them up properly I still had to get the fixed by another place! Horrible service! Horrible employees! Dont recommend anyone try this place

Today was my second time at this location and I am satisfied. They have a great selection of gel nail polish and the little lady rubs the place. She is funny and all over everywhere. Just one thing, when they are shaping your nails, watch because sometimes the shaping is off and uneven.. Other than that, nice and clean..

Worst service ever. I was not satisfied with pedicure. I had to tell my tech several times to clean polish off skin and that nail wasn’t completed polished. Tech refused to correct which was the owner so she say. Talked nasty and I refused to pay until services was provided as expected. Another nail technician corrected the issue but polish still doesn’t look professional

I just left and BOY! I got the 40$ pedicure and JESUS! I do not know where they learn this but I advise everyone to treat theirselves to this service. A+ all the way!

Me n my mom signed in put ur number on the paper after sitting there for 30 mins we went to rue 21 walked back over to nail place m they put 2 other people in front of us. Ill never go there again. That is poor wrong

I go for my eyebrows and pedicure and I am greatly satisfied each and every time.

As you can see while I was there my hand was bleeding, and I was shaking. when I got home I took the other picture taking off my nails myself and you can see how low she peeled my nail off.Now because of the condition my nails are in I cant get another set of nails I have to wait for them to heal. The level of unprofessionalism at this establishment disgust me. I will never come in that salon again and anybody who ever asked me about it I will tell them to never go there.

The guy rushed my pedicure. He cut my cuticles so fast that one of my toes started bleeding. He did a terrible job scraping my heels .. still lots of dead skin on the bottom of my foot. I had to go home and redo my feet. Such a waste of time and money!

ABSOLUTELY WORST NAIL PLACE! My fiancee has been getting her nails done for 20 years and this was her worst experience. The nail lady was face timing someone and not paying attention the whole time, hers nails were lumpy and paint was all over. Its been 6 days since she got them done and her nail is already lifting and has to be redone. She wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Got my nails done on saturday its been 2 days and already the diamonds have fallen off my nails are different lengths (pointer finger is an inch longer than the other) one of my nails are so thick it looks like a bubble underneath it, another nail goes down over my cuticle several nails are missing product on the side and you can see my natural nail.. this is what I paid 46 dollars for

Walked in because they wasnt that busy but you wouldve thought they were because i was ignored. I walked back out. I gave a 3 because the place was very clean its just the staff.didnt say we will be with you in a minute or anything.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I gave them 1 star bc my eyebrows look good. This dude tapered 7 of my nails on the left side only & caught an attitude when I asked him to fix it. I ended up having to take the nails off at home.

Do not go to Ivys Nail Salon!😖All I needed was a fill-in and one repair, but she told me she couldnt do that for whatever reason so I was getting a full set. She was rushing and cut my finger (blamed it on a hangnail I did not have, I have none) and peeled a big chunk of my real nail try not to soak it in acetone.The manager and the woman were laughing and blamed it on her plain silver bracelet she was wearing, which was another thing that really was so disrespectful about everything. (Clearly it wasnt that) Then she offered to soak my other hand after so how low she peeled my nails. Made it seem like I didnt want to pay $10 for only my nails to be taken off, after everything considering she didnt soak the first hand which thats what Id be paying for. I was trying to talk with them but they could honestly care less. I left with some of my acrylics still on and my nails cut off. Any advice for what I could do about it? I know my nail will grow back. It hurts but it will grow back.😓 I felt helpless.

First time coming to this nail shop and I walked in and told a tech what I wanted done which was a full set and a pedicure.I asked if they had a restroom and the nail tech instructed me to go to a restroom all the way across the mall.. I went and came back only for the another nail tech to tell me that its late and I could only get a full set or a pedicure. Now it only took me about 5 mins...due to the walk over to the restroom. It was getting late and if it had not been so late I wouldnt have spent my money there. They were very rude. .to me the and the tech that told me to sit the first time acted as if she didnt tell me anything. I was embarrassed and angry. We have to stop spending our money with them for them to get the picture!! I will never come back to this shop AGAIN!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. Went for a nail repair with stiletto style. Nail looked like a penguin nose. I was very upset and they refuse to give me a refund. State board and BBB will be notified.

Horrible customer service, they charged my mom like 15 dollars just to paint her nails. No type of manicure or design just regular polish. They didnt even paint her nails right, my daughter cldv did her nails plain. My mom hasnt been back and I will never go.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail shop. Unprofessional terrible customer service, didnt know what she was doing, messed my nails all up. Went to get a fill in all she basically did was paint over my nails, some stuff I could of did myself, didnt shape them up or nothing and had the nerve to charge 25$. They dont even deserve a star period.

Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to in my experience. Wait time is horrible and the nail techs seem to not care about customers. I came in to get a polish chip fixed & ive been waiting for up to 30 minutes! They’ll put customers that came in after you BEFORE you even though you’ve been waiting since forever.

I went a couple weeks ago and the place was a circus...I sit down and this was my first time there I wasn’t familiar with how the do things and no one cared to help me...then when she finally comes there she’s rushing me to decide what a wanted then she gives me the wrong shape nail when I specifically asked for rounded...my hands weren’t soaked like I’m use to when getting nails done...and she poorly painted my nails color was all over the side of my finger and she didn’t even bother to get it off...all in all this was the worst experience and I won’t be back for sure!!!!

The lady that sit at number 3 did my nails one day there was lumps in my nails I left and called the next day they to me to come back and they would fix them when I came in there was only two people in the shop working the lady that sit at number 3 and a man so I start telling her the problem she starts going back and forth with me so the guy that was working was trying to see what the problem was as I was talking to him she start talking again going back and forth and starts to raise her voice he was busy and I didn’t want her touching my nails so he told me to come back another day I was mad as hell like who goes back and forth like that with a customer I left and haven’t been back

Don’t waste your time going here they have horrible services !!! nails wasn’t done correctly they was rushing and then they act like they can’t hear you . place dirty and the polish was chipping and the top coat was packed on and wasn’t even all the way on my nails.
