My 1st time coming here, I was really nervous but everyone is nice. Waited an hr, understandable being a Saturday. It was worth it. I will be coming back for sure. I want to thank Owen for doing my nails how I wanted. Im celebrating Puerto Rico this month. I hope yous come with more spectacular ideas next year cause I will be coming for a different design Owen. I will still be coming on a regular basis for other designs😁😘😁. Thanks again!!

Hands down the best nail salon in Macon Ga. I will never go to another one that’s for sure. They are super friendly, clean, and I hey take there time to make sure you have the best experience.. also they prices are great!

I have finally found a nail shop that is professional and they do excellent work. They dont alot of talking and laughing in their native language making you feel uncomfortable. Nails are always on point and properly done. Best in Macon to me

It was my first time there today. It is the best nail salon I have ever been too. They did amazing job and made me feel at ease. They felt that one of the nail designs did not look right to them, so they redone the design even though I didnt see an problem with it. They go up and beyond with customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend nail technician Jason he was really nice and thorough with my nails made the perfect coffin shape. Keep in mind certain shapes cost more however this is a fairly priced place and was an extremely good experience I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

They remembered me on my SECOND VISIT. That coupled with the very obvious and warm rapport they have with what seemed like every customer to enter (including me! 😊) makes this place feel good. Add that to the fair prices, cleanliness, and walk-in welcome business practices and you have a 5-star experience with repeat business. So I suggest waiting when theyre busy. Also be punctual to your appointments so you dont mess it up for the rest of us. Lol

Unfortunately that young guy who did my pedi was not good at all. I can do what he did better. Now I have to go somewhere else to redo it properly for my wedding.

A little bit rough when I was getting a manicure and pedicure but other than that it was an amazing experience

My experience was horrible. The older gentleman didnt shape my nails right, I asked for powder he gave me gel polish and not even the color I asked for. He was too preoccupied with watching his iPad. A horrible experience cost me sixty bucks

My daughter went to this salon today and was taken advantage of. She was charged $100 (not including tip) for a set of basic SNS nails, a pedicure, and her brows waxed. The technicians were rude to her as well. I’ve never been charged that much before! I feel like they over charged her because she is a teenager. They also didn’t even give her what she asked for! Her nails are WAY longer than what she asked! Very unhappy. We will not be returning and will be telling others we know not to as well.

I was charged $70 for a full set of acrylic nails with minimal design. The friends I came with were only charged $50 for more detailed designs. There was no reasons my nails should have cost that much but he did a good job.

I am a nail tech myself, and I am very picky about who does my services. I will admit that my service here was amazing! Phi did wonderful on my deluxe pedicure. The massage was so relaxing. He was very attentive to detail. I also got a beautiful design by Lyn. Thao did my French Manicure SNS Dip with a manicure. Thao was great and her french SNS is SUPERB. Highly recommend this salon if you want a traditional nail salon. They dont make salons like this anymore and what I mean by that are skilled nail techs that KNOW what they are doing! Again thank you Lily Nails of Macon!

Spent 3 hours in there for a simple same color fill in and polish change on my toes. I really liked my 1st visit so I came back for this service. The nail tech asked what color for my fill in, I said the same and then he cut off my tips! I asked why he couldnt just fill it in, and he said he couldnt. He thought I had SNS on my nails instead of acrylic. Im guessing a manager walked by or a more experienced tech and said that he didnt need to clip my nails. They messed up on me. Insisted that I was the one that was wrong, and also expected me to flip the bill. My nail bed is thinned out to the max and honestly I just wont be back after that experience. Make sure youre VERY clear about what you want.

First time being here. Came on a Tuesday am so there was no wait. The people are friendly but they never showed me menu for pedicures (only knew they had one when lady came in after me was give one). The guys was efficient but there was little to no foot scrubbing or massage. They seem to have a loyal following as the phone was ringing for appts but my experience was just average. For $30 I wouldve liked a bit more. My pedi was done within 40min & thats including 10min to let feet dry

It was good except for the fact that they didn’t put the top coat on my gel so when i sent home everything was sticking to them and they went from white to off-white. i was very disappointed

This is the best shop in Macon Ive been too. Everyone were so sweet and nice. My nail tech Leah at station 7 was very sweet and she fixed my nails that were done by 2 previous nail shops. She created the coffin look I was looking for but no shop could get right! She even addressed me by name and was patient with me while we found the perfect pink color for my nails....12 stars!

Lynn and her husband Philip own and operate Lily Nails. They have improved the salon over the years and the service is awesome. You can usually walk in Dr services. Beware though the business has grown and they can be very busy and you may have to wait. All the nail techs are excellent so there is no need to be picky. Prices are posted clearly now and the tech gives you a menu. Just point to the service you desire. Everyone speaks English or are learning rapidly. Never had an issue. Only place I will go.

My new favorite nail salon! They spoiled me with their attention to detail, relaxing massage and friendliness. Even though the salon was packed, I did not feel like they were rushing me through to get to the next person. Lots of nice surprises like hot stone massage, scrubs and a finishing shoulder massage. Plus the price was very reasonable. Ive paid a lot more for much less. Never again! Lily Nails is the best!

Love Lily Nails! Ling and Anna always do a great job on my nails and toes. It has a very relaxing atmosphere, and, since I work, if I call ahead, I never have to wait. Most importantly, my nails stay healthy! Their pricing is reasonable too! I chose to have gel polish on both my fingernails and toenails and it lasts until I have taken it off.

My experience was not a pleasant one. My cuticles were destroyed during my manicure with one of my fingers still bleeding when I left. The person that did my nails left during my manicure and smoked a cigarette and came back into the establishment reeking of the smell. On top of that, I clearly asked the employee who did my nails to trim a nail that was broken. I did not realize until I got home that he failed to cut the broken nail short enough and my entire nail was ripping. This is my second time at Lily Nails. My first experience was okay, so I decided to give it another try. I will not be returning after my most recent visit.

Lily Nails gets five stars for me I wish I could give them 10 and 1/2 Stars. Their customer service is top-notch they do amazing nails and a friendly and professional staff. When we go to the salon we want our technicians to listen to our needs and to meet them this place far supersedes your desires and requests and thats what a spa day is all about. They are friendly the owner really tries to make sure youre satisfied before leaving which is the only reason i returned. My nails were never shaped properly or done how i wanted them ( went to the station 3 one down on the right side).

Have had at least 10 pedicures there. I am on my feet all day and this is an affordable luxury. I dondo do it for color just nail cuticle and callus care. Takes around 30 minutes I think current price is $24. Have been to two other places around Macon but this is the best Typically crowded.

On yesterday, I tried the SNS powder French for the first time along with my usual gel French pedicure. I was truly satisfied! The nail technician did a MARVELOUS job! I love my nails!

I’ve been going to Lily’s for years, they know me and my my family by name and have always treated us like family, they do such a great job with listening to your needs and man that massage after the deluxe pedicure is amazing! They take their time on your mani and pedi needs and if you have a problem they will fix it! I will not go to another salon. ❤️ I recommend Lily’s to everybody I know!

They should invest in upper scale nail polishes such aa ProNAIL. I dont like using over the counter nail polish in a PROFESSIONAL salon. Thats like the cosmotologist using Wal-Mart brand shampoo.

I was rushed, they were not too busy. I asked my technician if she would cut my nails from side to side instead of straight on and to please use the finer file instead of the rough side of file. She did cut some like I requested but continued to use the rough file and was snippity after that. She was at station #3. My nails were jagged and when I ran my nails over fabric, they would snag the fabric. I have skin snags around my fingers sticking up on five fingers.It was the second worst manicure I’ve ever had!!! The worst was at a cosmotology school.! Will not be going back!

I was referred by a friend and I truly enjoyed my first time there. All tho it was kinda busy there was no delay I definitely enjoyed my Deluxe pedicure and my nails were done perfectly and being that I got a fill in due to bad service before from another shop they did a great job definitely will be referring other people and taking my mom back glad I found a new shop thats closer to home.

Waited an hour. Just to have them give me a bunch of attitude. They were not packed and shouldn’t have waited that long. Very unacceptable. One of the staff memebers let another customer who came in after me go ahead of me. She did not have an appointment ( I️ asked ) . When I️ asked the staff why she did this she explained that she only needed her nails fixed on one hand😑. Don’t care. I️ just stared at her . She asked me did I️ understand her reasoning. This made me even more furious. Will NOT be returning

Ive been a patron before they took new ownership. I wont trade my nail Tech Jason for another tech! My cat was ran over last month, same day I had an appointment. And I was in tears while I was getting a fill in. My nail tech told me he has a friend who has a cat. She was also a patron of lily nails. The following month which was last week. Jason had a surprise!!!! He gave me the lady number, we agreed to meet, and I have my new fur baby!! 💖 theybshow mw love! Sometimes I wait, sometimes I dont! I call themThe Nail Doctors! They call me Boo!

I usually dont come here because the service is always rushed even when they arent busy. My Experian was terrible. Mary rushed through my pedicure, my polish looked like my 5 year old niece painted my toes for me. On top of that I asked for a design and it took 15 minutes for someone to put a design on my big toe. It was only 6 customers but 8 associates. They only way Ill come back is if Leah is available to do my nails and toes. Otherwise Ill be taking my business else where.

Went to salon with my daughter. They started my daughters pedicure and left me sitting with my feet in the tub for 30 minutes while they took several customers that came in after me. Will not go back. Very poor customer service.

They do great acrylic nails, but only go there if you have PLENTY of time & dont mind feeling unimportant as a customer.This place is for you if you think that its ok for the staff to be completely rude to you. Outspokenly rude. Disrespectfully rude (even AFTER giving a very large tip). Yup, rude.Also, do NOT go here if you want anything special done to your nails. If having a slap of color thrown on your nails while waiting 2 hours is all you need, then this is the place for you. Seriously-the men do a really good job with applying the acrylic nails & they last a good while.

I was graduating from college and lynn talking me into getting gel polish for the first time and ive been going ever since and that was in 2013. Nothing it was horrible service as soon as I walked into the door

Not only did my cuticles get ripped to shreds, but my white French tips started chipping less than 24 hours after getting my manicure. Worst manicure Ive ever had.
