Ive been calling here for 2 weeks. Went for my drug screening and had a great experience. Dring that time, I was told I would be put on the next available job that was coming at the end of the week. Unfortunately I wasnt called or requested for the job and was overlooked for the position unlike what I was told. I felt lied to and definitely wouldnt recommend this Hire Dynamics compared to the ones in Atlanta area this one is a bit unorganized.

I cannot say how thankful I am for Trace Staffing in Macon, GA. They found the perfect place for me. I love my new job and I am proud to say that Trace was awesome and linked me to the company that is now my second family.

The place is okay. They should communicate better in terms of explaining exactly what kind of job someone qualifies for. I shouldn’t of had to call the place for 3 months just to find out how they determine who qualifies for what. Nobody wanted to even respond when I texted letting them know I was no longer interested in a job that obviously wasn’t right for me. So communication in that aspect could improve as well. But if you desperately need a job and having a hard time finding one, then you should give them a try.

I have been with Trace since Nov 2018 and on Jan 18th I lost my Global cash card which is the card Trace gave me when I was hired. Global cash card kept giving me the run around for a week and a half and I was getting absolutely no where with them. Crystal from Trace went above and beyond to help me get my money. She worked on it from work during the day yesterday and had to spend literally hours on the phone to get it straight. She worked on this matter until 9pm last night. I was so at wits end with the card company that I was seeing Red. If it wasnt for Crystals care and dedication to this matter, I would probably still not have it resolved!! Thank you Crystal - you make Trace shine sweetheart!

Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Had me fill out a ton of paperwork and sent me for a drug test so I could start work the next week. Never heard back from them until I called and was told the company hired someone else but a better position at the same place is about to open a week later and I would get that job. Still havent heard anything and this was 3 weeks ago. Communication skills sucks with this company, do not waste your time.

I went on the interview they arranged for the job I applied for. The job turned out not to be for me, but Afeeni found just what I was looking for and put me to work. She found a perfect fit for me. These people must make commission on how many people come in to fill out paperwork. You will spend an hour doing their paperwork, 5 minutes talking with someone and then you will NEVER hear from them again! If you call to follow up or check in they are rude and dismissive. Don’t waste your time or get your hopes up.
