I loved the Chevy Equinox. Great car and it has wifi and Hotspot connection like what. Im paying the same amount for a foreign car but these American cars have more features. For me to even think of getting those features in a foreign car, its going to cost me an arm and my whole back fat. I loved the Equinox and it pushes smoothly on top of the gas it took. Only needed to fill up 3 times on a 17 hr trip! Only thing I would say is Enterprise needs to get better with their service. I had a reservation and had to wait almost 2 hours to get my car. Some others were there for 5 hours and employees were just walking around. Not cool. All in all it was a great experience. Lost of room to take back plenty as well.
I would give zero stars if I could. They don’t even deserve one star.Me and my husband reserved a car one week ahead of time. Because my car was going to be in the shop and I needed a car to take my kids back-and-forth to school so of course we booked ahead of time. The date of the rental pick up we went up to enterprise to our surprise they told us that they didn’t have any cars available for us to rent. And they told us we could try again the next day. long story short we did not come back. What’s the point of booking a car if you know you’re not gonna have it available. I will not recommend this place and I will not be back.
Very disappointing rental. Car was very dirty, stains, smelly odor. Was told that was all they had left. Had to cover the seats in order to sit down. This was the worst experience I had ever had renting a car. The car should not be rented to anyone. I am a rewards member and this shouldnt happen to anyone. Overall at this point I will not even give one star. I dont think I will ever rent from Enterprise again.
Made a reservation online, called before I paid for a Lyft to get there only to be placed on hold for 45 minutes and no one returned to the phone to help me. Arrived at the location and they stated they didn’t have any vehicles for me. If they would have assisted me over the phone when I wanted to verify for my reservation I wouldn’t have wasted $40 for a ride back and forth. Poor customer service when it should have been pretty simple customer service
Drop off service was really nice and introduction thorough... The two stars is for the vehicle being smoked out with a no smoking symbol right on the dash. Thought it was only minor but it’s getting stronger and with a weeks rental I may have to ask for a replacement if they have one. Too much money to not be happy.
The worst experience ever. I booked a reservation for the enterprise rep to call me the evening before picking up the rental that they did not have enough cars available to accommodate my reservation. I asked to speak to the manager, and the rep said she was unavailable. I asked that he have her call me back this evening since they waited until 5:40 to tell me I couldnt pick my rental up at 12. This is not my first time I have to deal with an unfortunate situation with Macon’s Enterprises and there unprofessional behavior.

This place is very busy. And even though some of these employees run from work the two people that helped me the most made the difference. I cant remember their names but the nice lady with the glasses and the accent and the you man with the dreads thank you both.
Service rep didn’t want to take the time to walk vehicle with me and take notes on agree issues (like the huge dent/scratch/damaged emblem on very front). We talked about front end emblem from across the parking lot, and how bad it looked. I even made comment I sure hope that’s not my ride. But of course it is. Dang. But that’s just one of many issues we talked about and obviously she wasn’t doing her job and taking these notes serious. There was scratches and dents everywhere. A hole in the interior floorboard on driver side. Plus let’s not forget the one issue SHE brought it to me on the recall the car had. Something to do with fuel. And for me not to worry about gas smell in backseat. What?!? Really?!? Now this is an insurance referral and so one would think that vehicle would be compatible to your own regular vehicle. Absolutely not!! My car is an year older than this vehicle and looks (and smells) a helluva lot better than this awful ride enterprise put me in. If I was a manager (or some kind of leader) at this location, I would have been mortified to have a customer see this kind of disgrace of a rental car. Must less a customer who having to pay for the extra days needed. But take a lesson from me on this awful experience with enterprise, MAKE sure they take notes on walk of vehicle. If not, they will f@$k you into having to pay for damages that you didn’t do. Take notes. Take before pictures. Protect yourself from a business ran like this.And oh yea the they also want to charge me extra for window tint. BUT it wasn’t like permanent window tint. It was a window clingy. It peels right off with zero damage. You might should have been thanking me for it to help hide the ugliness from your next sucker. Used it on every rental before with no issues. Because it’s not permanent, peels off easy. But had to use it to hide the humiliation of driving this car.
They were so friendly and it was easy getting my rental when I arrived. Although they were busy, my wait time to be seen was less than 5 minutes! This enterprise is highly recommended. Also, I rented a 2020 Malibu and I loved it. My family and I will definitely be returning for more service!
Worst service EVER!!! I been put in my reservation 1 month ago to get to today and not have a vehicle. They constantly gave me the run around and told lie after lie. I really had looked forward to my trip, but looks like its not happening. I will never deal with enterprise again. You guys need to do better with customer service!! If its a shortage of cars, than close down.
Good car was clean inside and out. The only problem i had was when it rain I’m not sure what was put on the front window but it was blur so it kinda kept me from seeing the road. Overall the car was good wish i could’ve kept it.
If you go to this spot, I would recommend checking 2 days ahead of time to make sure your vehicle is going to be there. Because theyre overbooking people and putting them on a waiting list. So it doesnt matter if you have a reservation or not. And they will give your vehicle to someone else. Other than that, there are a couple of ladies in there with nice attitudes.
I was helped by Jessica Binette and she was amazing. With every problem that I had with the reservation, she was there to help me and because of her my experience with my rental made it one of the best. Definitely will rent again soon.
I would’ve gave it 5 stars because of the excellent rental they gave which was a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited plus I was the first one who was driving it because they had just gotten it in the night before but I had to take points away how in the world you going to give you someone a car with NO GAS IN IT WHEN YOU GUYS NORMALLY GIVE VEHICLES WITH A FULL TANK A GAS IN IT.... The next thing is how is you going to go up on your deposit fee and don’t let nobody know until they are there paying for the rental and you still have it in your rental agreement that it is $200 and not $300 just because out there in California or wherever have problems with what they paying instead of going up you should’ve kept your price at $200 you keep customers that way and bring in more customers.. The last thing checkin and checking out shouldn’t be so hard and long if you have done everything ahead of time...You guys are getting really sloppy with a lot of things I just named a few you guys have got to do better if you up here going up on prices with your deposit...
Horrible and rude customer service. Walked in to get a car and they tell you that you do not have an appointment when your insurance company set it up for you to get a car today. Overheard them telling someone on the phone they could not come pick them up because they were understaffed, when there were 5 employees in the office and 4 were doing nothing. Dont they advertise we will pick you up. Complete laziness and they dont even attempt to help you. Never rent a car from Enterprise.

The service at enterprise has really gone down. Trying to understand how you can make a reservation and get there to be told we dont have any cars at this time. And now its a $300 despoite when it use to be $200 over all there not the same
This franchise is very unprofessional and I am disgusted on how they handled my reservation. I scheduled a reservation for yesterday and they called 24 hours later, on the day of, to tell me that they are out of rentals. The representative said “ Unfortunately, we’re out.” He didn’t offer to check other locations because of their failure to check inventory. I asked him if he can call another location near by and he placed me on hold for over an hour . On another phone, I called Athena other location and the manager said that he never called her about this matter. This is such an inconvenience and I am extremely disappointed. I feel disrespected.
The entire experience with this enterprise location was terrible. A reservation had been made a month before the pickup date. The car type and size was not there. Waited for them to clean a car when brought it around it was a smaller size then the reservation was made for. Told them it needed to be a full size like on the reservation. They then told me that that was the only one they had. Told them no, it would not work. After standing around for another hour they had found one however it had to be cleaned. The vehicle was still not the trim level that was reserved. After driving the vehicle from the lot the vehicle had a tail light out and the windows were so dirty you couldnt see through them. Makes one question, how clean and germ free this vehicle was. The bed liner had to be tied down because it was about to fly out of the bed and the back left tire needed 10 pounds of air. Safety was never the concern. What should have been a 10 minute pick for a reservation time turn in to over a two and a half hour wait. Enterprise not having kept the reservation agreement was the start of a bad experience. I believe they gave me a vehicle that was not ready for the road. Oh, this happened the last time I used this Enterprise location.

We reserved a van 3 MONTHS ago AND went by the store to double check,, which they said Dont worry, your van will be here.....LIES....We planned a family trip to Maine. Made hotel reservations and excursions that is family oriented based on Enterprises guarantees we would have a van. So, we decided to go in 2 days early to double check everything was good they said Im sorry but we will not have a van for you. They apologized for the inconvenience with no emotions. The have literally screwed up my vacation. I wonder if we can sue them for this? Thank you Enterprise for being being such grade A A$$ Holes.........DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!!!!!
Pick up was seamless. The staff was friendly. I was in the vehicle in under 15 minutes! We did a walk around and went over policies and pricing and it was easy. Returning was just as easy. Gave them the keys, they did a final walk around and they said the deposit would be refunded in 24-48hrs.Note: you do have to wait outside to be serviced so dress accordingly.
The normal experience has always been exceptional service. However todays experience has been much less than positive. Despite a reservation and confirmation 40 minutes prior to my arrival they have no cars available.
Not only did they give me a car that smelled of cigarettes and had someone’s dirty underwear in the back seat food in the truckthey disclosed my personal information to another customer that had the same name as me because there employee failed to update my information even WHEN I ASKED her are you sure that’s me because I could see that it wasn’t my Birthday she ask for My ID and I gave it to her and told her my birthday.Now I have this crazy lady calling my phone she has my name my DOB my number and my address. I have left 4 messages for the corporate office and no one has contacted me no one.I will never rent from you all ever again and I will never recommend you all

My daughter and I had a car brake down and were trying to figure out what to do. We ended up not renting a car, but the staff here were rude beyond description. Will never use Enterprise again because of this experience
They messed up my rental reservation three time, they call and if you don’t answer they give the car you reserved to someone else. Worst Company ever to deal with ! Customer Service at this location is The worst I seen so far! Don’t waste your time going here other Companies Will treat you so much better. Everything about the experience was AWESOME from the Riverside Dr, Macon, GA location. Pick up was less than 20 min. Drop off less than 5 min. Everyone was professional, had PPE on and friendly. I will definitely use them again when needed!
For the last three days I have been trying to get my reservation because a Georgia Farm Bureau customer hit my car. The first day I called to see about getting my reservation the system was down. The second day I went up there and was told that I need to call first. I was put on a wait list and never called back. I called them and they said they would call me but nothing. On today I went up and was the first customer and still was told they had me no vehicle.I am highly dissatisfied with the service received. I am on a wait list again and dont know if I will ever get a vehicle.
They make reservations online but have no cars to actually rent out. Their representatives are clueless. One reservation was canceled coz I showed up 30 min later than my appointment even though it was paid for for 8 days in advance. Another reservation where they had me waiting for 4 hours coz, again, they have no cars. A third reservation where there was a line of angry customers all of us with confirmation numbers and absolutely no cars in the lot. I went to Hertz and they gave me a car on the spot.
I miss the Enterprise behind Mandarin... While this is similar to the same experience it does not compare to what you would get at the old store.... Service depends solely on who helps you here. Management will always treat you right while new hires or complacent staffers (you can spot a mile away) are always less than helpful and abrasive to deal with.
This is my go-to car rental place here. The staff is professional, friendly and attentive. I have had no problems renting here. Highly recommend!
Terrible Terrible experience ever. Minimum waiting time even with appointment is 1+hour. Came here 2 times prior today and they said they have no car for me, something went wrong with their pc., etc. Yet, I saw their friends walked out with rental cars-!ENTERPRISE headquarter must investigate this place and straight things out or do something else-!
1st time renting since the pandemic begin. What a difference in personal service. I know we have to use special precious, but we also have to think about the comfort of the customers. Standing and sitting in the cold windy rain outside for up to 30 minutes is too much.
Stayed at a nearby hotel overnight, to discover my vehicle had been broken into during the night. I called Enterprise to rent a vehicle, based on previous positive experiences with other locations. I was able to reserve an auto by phone and promptly received a confirmation email with a confirmation number and rental details. I called Enterprise at Macon C Riverside to request pickup since my vehicle had been taken to the auto repair shop. The agent that answered my call stated my reservation had just come in, and she was about to give me a call to inform me there was no vehicle available. What!?! NO VEHICLE WAS AVAILABLE. No explanation, no apologies, no suggestion to assist me with my need. I then called ECONOMY Rent-A-Car on Riverside Drive, talked with Victoria, and was able to reserve a vehicle within minutes, and a courtesy vehicle promptly arrived to pick me up. The courtesy driver was very courteous and caring. Victoria and all the agents at Economy were professional, friendly and helpful. I was issued a brand new SUV with a full tank of gas and drove away less than an hour of my phone call. I will definitely call ECONOMY Rent-A-Car for rental vehicles in the future.
I have been trying to get in my rental days now. They never answer their phone, disconnect the call when trying to put me on hold, the calls often try for so long that it auto disconnects, and when I finally managed to schedule a shuttle to pick me up they never came to get me... And havent answered the phone since then. This is through my insurance, so I have no choice to go elsewhere.

Booked a rental weeks ago a rep called to confirm my rental also told me to bring proof of insurance an license got there to pick up my rental they went asking me for two bills that was never relayed to me when rep called to confirm my rental they took me out the que an told me i would be placed after everybody once i went bk to collect copies of my bills overall that was a lack of communication on their end that caused me to have to cancell my vacation beause of the delays from enterprise not happy at all an the staff acted as if they had done nothing wrong
Reserved a Van monday this week and was told that it was reserved. The day i came to get it they didnt have a Van at all and told me it wasnt reserved. I sat there from 3 to 5 pm. Bad service.
I rented from Enterprise rent-a-car for a long time and they have been so nice and very friendly with me. They are very easy to talk to and also have on a smile for me. I would recommend them to everyone.
The Macon Riverside location is awesome. I had a wonderful, trouble-free experience. My rental was ready at the time of my reservation. I received a call beforehand to ensure that I was still renting the vehicle. All staff followed COVID-19 safety procedures and the rental was clean and ready to roll. I would definitely do business with this location again.
I doubt if you will read this post, because I’m only giving a response because it was a nice 14 day rental but, after I turned in the car at my body shop( that was a partner with enterprise! ) then, without giving me any proof I was told that the car with damaged -with no explanation or pictures, -and I was told to contact my insurance company, which was an unnecessary hassle. I provided four pictures of the car with no damage - got no response - then got a letter telling me to contact my insurance company and file a claim for the damage to the car., Go figure. why would anybody be happy about this ?. Then after trying to contacting my insurance company I finally got a response from Enterprise, saying they were sorry but, get this: they did file a claim for the damage and I could contact the local rental office to get it straightened out, yeah right! I guess it’s still not over. check it out for yourself . the rental agreement number 22V241. Let me know how it turns out! Or if you even read this far.

I made the reservation online for a 12 noon pick up, got to the location a little early only to be told I would have to wait at least an hour because there wasnt any cars available. Drove back home waited an hour called back and was told I had 3 people ahead of me waiting for cars. As I type this review it is 217 pm and still no car. I had a weekend getaway planned. At this point I will not get to my destination until after 6 pm today. I chose this location because the rate was cheaper than Avis, but moving forward I will try my best NOT to use this location again!!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened.

I was helped promptly, though there were two people in front of me I was in my rental and on my way in less than 15 minutes. My rental return was even faster, I was done in less than five minutes.
First and formost I reserved my rental 3 weeks ahead of time. When I arrived to facility I had to wait an hour and fifteen mins before they offered me a car. Then the car they gave me was dirty and needed an oil change and the battery light kept coming up. I requested to rent another car and they told me they didnt have anything else available at the the time and I had to take the car because they had already swiped my credit card. My bestfriend who works for Geico had a reservation as well (an hr after mine) and she didnt wait over 15 mins for her car and she recieved a nice clean car with no problems. The salesman were rude and inconsiderate. I dont think that was fair because my money is just as good as a Geico employee. I felt as if they gave me worst car off of the lot, and on my drive back home in the rain, the car tires was slipping off the road almost causing me to have a wreck bc they were bald. Its been years since Ive rented a car from Enterprise and I dont remember the service ever being this horrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone. It does not even deserve one star.
We rented a truck in Macon Ga. The reservation was for 8 am. At 845, the manager still had not returned to the location with the keys for our rental that he had taken with him in another car to get an oil change. When we did get the car, we were doing the outside check. The rep said there would be a $250 charge for smoking in the truck. We said, no problem, we dont smoke. We opened the door and the truck reaked of smoke!. I just laughed at him. If I had not worked all night and needed to get going, I would have asked for another truck. The service is awful and the rental experience was bad. I do not recommend them. Upon return, we were told they no longer drop you off and you have to find your own ride.....

Made reservation 2weeks ahead, day before was called once to confirm, later that evening, wife was called and told they were not able to find a vehicle.Upon arriving day of rental was told they were not able to find a vehicle, i asked if any other type available and they said no. Pulling out of parking lot to rush to find another place they called and said they did have my vehicle available. All though vehicle was correct, if had no fuel or DEF fluid.Semi clean with trash in areas. I was offered no comp at that time or after returning.I would suggest looking at other places 1st and if this is last resort call multiple times to make sure you have a vehicle and the condition that vehicle will be in.
Enterprise rental services are extremely convent friendly and safe in a time of great concern, the cars are clean, virus free and ready for use I recommend this company to anyone renting cars!
Arrived at Enterprise at 8:55am for 9am reservation. Waited 45 minutes outside in the heat for a vehicle to be returned and cleaned before it was ready. After the vehicle was ready and I’m signing documents they told me that no pets were allowed in the vehicle when their website clearly states Enterprise is pet friendly. Interacted with one associate who was pleasant. One issue I had was that she went in and out of the store four times to speak to a manager regarding their pet policy instead of the manager addressing me directly. When I showed the associate the website the manager initially said that only service animals were allowed and then I read the website verbatim to the associate and the manager ultimately agreed I can bring a crated pet. I didn’t leave Enterprise until 10:10am. On the way to my destination the “oil change required“ message popped up on the dashboard. I called customer service when I arrived at my destination and they suggested I call the place I rented the vehicle from. What’s the point of a customer service number? Not helpful at all. They didn’t even offer to connect me to a local store or the store I rented from. There was not attempt to switch the rental once I arrived at my destination (500+ miles away). This is my second bad experience with Enterprise. During my first experience, there were no rentals available at all and they made no attempts to find one for me even though I had a reservation. Very disappointed in the overall experience with Enterprise.Update: Someone from Enterprise reached out, expressed their concerns about my situation, and attempted to make it right. I’m adding stars to the review for that reason.
My rental started out by not being a pleasant one however the manager on duty Shannon did a great job with customer service and satisfied my needs although I was being an a**hole. The ability to employ someone who has patience to deal with unruly customers makes a difference. Great job by Shannon for a job well done.
First of all upon entering Enterprise I was still a shaken up from my accident earlier, I really didnt want to go through the process of getting a rental,but little did I know it was no trouble at all. There was so many customers that day and I just assumed it would take forever to be assisted; I think I was probably there only about 15 to 20 minutes max, I was looking at about an hour or more for waiting time. Even though the representatives were very busy they still displayed excellent customer service, the service was awesome. Enterprise you have certainly made a friend and I will definitely be happy to recommend you to all of my friends. Thank you for such good service.

My recent experience with this Enterprise location was the worst ever. Their customer service was ridiculously horrible and the wait time was simply unacceptable for a pre-reservation made at least 5 days in advance. My wait time was approximately 2 hours sitting outside in the cold and rain. No one acknowledged that I was sitting there patiently waiting and/ or tried to accommodate me. The only response was we are working on you next which still took about another hour after expressing I had another scheduled appointment to get to. When I finally got my car the gas tank was almost empty, causing further delays for me. I do understand the safety precautions for Covid 19 but confining someone to sit in a parked van with the heater going as you’re only option only increases the potential to be exposed to others. Management needs to review this location as it’s unacceptable to have a reservation and not be able to fulfill. They should at least make a call to the customer if they know there will be delays so someone is not caught stranded as I was for 2 hours.
Made a reservation for 12:30 and had planned my day accordingly only to show up and find out there was at least a 2 hour wait for a car. After 2 hours I called for an update only to find out it would be at least another 2 hours before it would be ready. Really would have appreciated a heads up about the wait instead of having to waste my day waiting for a call. Would not recommend.
Received excellent customer service! Was able to pick up the car before 8:00 a.m.! The car was clean and functioning well. Enjoyed the experience with Enterprise.

Aaron & Shannon were amazing at the Riverside location in Macon, GA! I have rented from Enterprise several times from several different locations, inside and outside of Macon, and they have always met my expectations, but the Riverside location in Macon went above and beyond satisfactory customer service today to get me in a rental, not to mention during the busiest holiday weekend. I prevoiusly had tried Economy and Avis in Macon today, (assuming Enterprise would not have a rental available due to the holiday weekend) but they did not come through for me, and I was literally almost in tears when I pulled up to the Riverside Enterprise location today, but of course, without fail, Enterprise (Aaron and Shannon) made it happen, and they got me taken care of in less than 15 minutes! Without a doubt, Enterprise Riverside location in Macon, GA, IS THE #1 ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO RENT A CAR FROM! I highly recommend them!!!!

Ive rented from Enterprise 3 times and this last time was the worst. I reserved a car and it wasnt ready until 2 hours later. That was a big inconvenience. I reserved a mid size SUV but was placed in a Mazda CX30. This hatchback crossover vehicle did not have enough room for my bags. Based on this last experience, I will look elsewhere for a rental.

Service was slow, vehicle rented was unacceptable. Car fluids had not been maintained (oil and wiper fluids), vehicle did not have owners manual, seats were BADLY stained, and one of the key fobs did not work. Worst rental experience to date.

Scheduled for 11:30 pick up got away approximately 2:00 once got car tire pressure sensor was showing alert for rear tire, they took it corrected issue and gave 15 percent off due to wait and tire issue.
The customer service at this place is horrendous. Very robotic and not an ounce of empathy. I wish I wouldve read these reviews beforehand because I also ran into the issue with them not having any vehicles. Im leaving for Vegas on Sunday and then moving out of the country in 2 weeks and I was told the best they could do was for me to try back Monday. It seems to be a trend with this place.

It was the worst experience ever. I was there for pickup and there was no gas in the car. They tried to give me the car anyway and it smelled awful. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and had to move my daughters things to college. I had to take the vehicle. It had not been cleaned in the inside nor the outside. I had to wait outside in the heat as they came back with we CAN put gas in it but we CAN’T fix the smell. Basically take it or leave it. It was the worst feeling ever. I will never rent from there again.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This location has the rudest store manager he is lazy and slow!!!
I never have any problem renting a car from Enterprise. The consolidation threw me off a little bit from the location but I usually rent at but they will still nice. I will definitely still be using a company in the future. I wish Enterprise had a rent to own feature.
I dont like how to do business I made a reservation and when I got there the next day that morning to get the car they told me the car wasnt there so I dont like how they deal with their customers thats not professional they dont even call you and let you know that they have no more cars

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Booked a midsize car online, 3 weeks in advance, for pick up at 4:30pm on Thursday 10/8. Its 5:26pm and Im STILL waiting for s vehicle. I will miss most of my daughters volleyball game because its taken more than an hour at this point to even get a vehicle. Again, I booked this vehicle THREE WEEKS AGO. I was just told all they have left is an F150. Im driving to Miami Florida leaving at 6am tomorrow. Every other rental car company is now closed. I am LIVID and will be calling corporate.
We have used Enterprise Rental Car exclusively for our rental car needs, both personal and business uses, for 20+ years. For this last rental, as an added bonus, we were able to cash in on two free rental days! Staff is always friendly and they get us in and out, quickly.[As an added thought, we also highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales, as we’ve previously bought two vehicles from them, and we’ve been impressed how clean and well maintained they both were. The first one we bought was 19 years ago, and is still being driven, as a work vehicle, for my husband.]

I had the easiest, best customer service I have ever had when renting a car with this company.
The employee were friendly. The reason i gave two star is the vehicle. The nissan sentra i received had tire issues so i felt i was hydroplaning when i was driving. Also, turning the steering wheel felt like there was a dead spot (no tire tread). Double check the vehicle your renting.
I was in an accident Saturday, went through my Geico coverages for a rental. Set an appointment on Monday with this specific enterprise location for a pick-up the next day at 2pm. They had the customers waiting outside in the hot sun. When they finally get me registered for my vehicle, the rep advised that they were cleaning the vehicle up. 10 minutes later they advised that they had no more cars available and I would have to wait until tomorrow. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate, because I had to find a ride there for an APPOINTMENT. Now I have to come back and find another ride back ... there was hardly any accommodation for this inconvenience.
Didnt have a vehicle after I made reservations. This left me without transportation. Very unprofessional
Made a reservation and SUV wasnt ready. So stood around for a half hour waiting on that. Employee were friendly and made for checking in and out quick.
Been renting from them for years and the service is at best okay... but I think its just with me being that I wasnt always accepted
Excellent customer service. The one thing I like to suggest is a lockbox to when returning the car and keys after hours.
For the first time I have nothing nice to say. I feel like I was stolen from by the company. You all have most certainly lost me as a customer.
Overall good service from the folks at Enterprise. The last car I rented had apparently never had the windshield cleaned either inside or outside. Had to clean it before I started my trip.
Staff was friendly but car was not clean, had maintenance issues such as oil light and tire alerts, pulled to the left, wipers were bad and made driving difficult in the rain, and most disappointing was no cruise control on the vehicle for our long holiday trip. Called about the issues but Enterprise was booked up on rentals and nothing was available.
Recently needed a larger vehicle for a long trip. Initially not sure if we could be accommodated. Contacted Enterprise and was directed to the location on Pio Nono. Extremely pleasant experience due to our representative, who handled our needs professionally and courteously. Thank you Rodney for making our experience with Enterprise a stress-free event. Everywhere was very nice. Customer service was quick and proficient.
Great customer service, didnt have to wait in line. No problems with the rental. It was in range I wanted.
