Always on point. Always has cars. The staff is always on point. Dint know her name but the tall lady tbat wears the glasses and the other taller lady with the short hair cut are always nice and efficient. I give 5 stars based on thoes 2 Queens.

The staff over there on riverside is the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered they pick up the phone like someone is bothering them like they hate their job! They get smart then when you check them they talk like they have some sort of sense it shouldn’t take for you to cures somebody out for them to have better customer service this is horrible just all out of pocket. Corporate needs to get this understanding that without us it’s no you!

Great cars and good prices

I called for a quote, and the customer service was horrendous. I paid extra going through Budget because I will not spend my hard earned money to pay the salary of a rude person. If customer service is not your specialty, please work where the public is not part of your daily duties.

Great Customer service. I inquired about a cargo van a couple weeks before and there were none available. They told me they would take my number if any cancellations. In my mind, I didnt expect to get a call back but I did. The staff was super friendly and even made conversation during check in process. Most places are so focused on just getting you in they become less friendly. They have an area to leave your personal car parked. Dropping the car off was also a smooth process. Also gave me a small credit because I brought the vehicle back with more gas than required. Never have I ever experienced that before. Definitely will use again.

The customer service was refreshing - someone was always willing to assist you. Nice cars inside & out. I rented a vehicle from here for 6 wks without any issues. Drop box for key return available. Plenty of cars but can miss out if u dont reserve. It can oftentimes get busy, so dont always expect to be in & out quickly. Best customer service from Victoria 🤩

Easy to rent from, just needed active checking acct, proof of insurance and valid drivers license. Customer service was excellent. The only down side for those who rent for weekend travels, the unlimited mileage can become limited. Then its 25¢/mile plus a higher deposit.

After having issues with another rental company in town I called John at Economy the day before I needed a 15 passenger van and he got it without any issue for me. The customer service I received was wonderful and the building was very clean and organized. The van was in great condition and the entire experience was so simple. By far the Best company Ive ever dealt with. They most assuredly have the quality over quantity! I wish they either had more locations or tought their competitors a thing or two. Never have I gone here and my vehicle was not ready and they keep their vehicles up very well! Im a lifetime customer!

Great customer service exhibited by John, the manager! Very helpful, polite, and thorough back in October when I had to be placed in a rental, I had to swap rentals also and I didnt have any issues.

The operation looks pretty bare-bones (no way to reserve a car online, very plain building), but every time Ive reserved a car there, they have had it for me with no problem, unlike the folks next door at their rival rental car agency. Polite, professional, friendly service.

They are very helpful and even gave us a free upgrade on our last rental.

Customer service was rude they told me my van would be ready at 8:30 it wasnt ready until 9:30. The big heavy set lady was rude about it when I asked her how much longer we had to wait because I wanted to get on the road I was going out of town. She had a really bad attitude about it I reported her to management and they gave me a free car for two days and took one days rental fee off the van we rented, but that big woman was very nasty.
