They’ve done good work for me. Even when there was an issue, they went above and beyond and made it right.I’ll definitely go back to them.

Called to get a quote for tires on my car lady on the phone suggested high priced tires. After asking for her to quote tires for less she repeatedly called me cheap even after I explained that I just wanted some low priced tires that would make my car safe to drive. And to end it all she suggested I go somewhere else and buy cheap tires and they would would mount and balance them for $90 most places I know charge half that. But i guess compared to them i am cheap i dont charge double the going rate for my work totally unprofessional and rude.

Took wheels to get tires dismounted and they scratched the heck out of the wheels. owner said he will call his insurance company and took over a week of me calling their shop for updates and when i ask for the owner it was always “oh hes not here right now” and different excuses. I also talked to one of the workers and he tried to say that they never scratched the wheels and accused me a of taking already scratched wheels there (mind you the wheels were brand new out of the box) absolutely bs. After calling numerous times that were full of excuses i decided to call 5 minutes before i went to the shop in person. They said he hasnt came in the shop yet and when i walked in he was in the back. Not impressed with how they handle things. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Had to jump through hoops to finally get the wheels payed for.

Had my customer from my own shop have me do some work to his car and i took brand new wheels to get the tires dismounted and they completely scratched up and dinged up the wheels. its been almost 2 weeks and still havent got money back from them. i wound up using my own money to pay for my customers wheels and still waiting for them to pay me back for it. they asked for a receipt and i provided that to the email they told me to send it to. still no reply and everytime i call its either Brad is not here or brad himself will say he will call me back which never happens. the lady that picks up the phone also says brad is busy he will give you a call back and it never happens. this is the third day now of calling and its the same excuses.

Always up front and straight with what needs to be done. In a time thats hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. Brad and his crew are a breath of fresh air. I never worry about taking my vehicle there. Ive have had ball joints, tie rods, steering column, air conditioning composer, and much more done and have always been happy with the results. If your looking for a mechanic, give them a shot. I dont think youd be unhappy.

These are the greatest people I have had take care of my car . They get me right in at a moments notice. I am always treated with courtesy. .but most of all they are right with their prices. They dont try to overcharge you.

Took my truck in a year ago...started to have problems with my ball joints that they replaced. They told me that there was a warranty. Well, I took my truck back in and they said there was nothing wrong with them. Lie!!! Took it to two other shops and BOTH of them told me that the UPPER BALL JOINTS WERE SHOT. I was referred by a good friend. Wish I would have trusted my gut and went elsewhere.

Buddy of mine sent in 1000$ rims to be mounted and got them back with severe damage on them. They would not give him a full refund for the rims and screwed him over. I don’t recommend coming to this place they really don’t care about there customers product.
