After having gone to several different auto shops in the area, Guaranteed Auto Repair was finally able to fix the problem in my 1995 Ford E250. Not only are their prices very affordable and fair, they were able to completely fix the problem within a few hours. They even went out of their way to fix small issues the vehicle also had at no extra cost. Other shops took well over a week to attempt to fix the problem with no success. I highly recommend Guaranteed Auto Repair and I definitely plan on going back for any future issues with my vehicle.

Had a new frame and tires put in my wifes car they did a excellent job. they checked over everything so it would be safe for my wife and called me about anything that was wrong with the car before just doing it. everyone was very respectful I would recommend to anyone.

A lot of these reviews are Inaccurate representations of this shop. None of these people whom have listed reviews have even taken their vehicle for a service. The staff does a good job, and Adam in particular helped me solve multiple issues with my car & even helped me re-torque some bolts to proper specs in order to ensure my safety in the long run. Will return for service !!

I just wanted to share my experience with Guaranteed auto and the mechanics there. I brought my 98 Sierra in for a loud clinking noise and the guys there found the issue and fixed it quickly, and at a fair price. Plus they tied up a few loose ends at no extra cost. Kolton practically diagnosed my vehicles issue by listening to it run when I pulled in. Forget calling this guy a mechanic. He’s a Jedi master when it comes to fixing cars. To my surprise, after looking into what was causing the problem, not only was he completely right about what was causing the problem but he went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going on and what steps were needed to be taken to fix the issue. It turned out to be a broken link and I was in and out of there within an hour! Honest, quality mechanics are very hard to come by these days when most people are just looking to make a quick, easy buck off of you. I’ll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know with a vehicle.

Took our friends car there and got extorted. Brought it in for a loud sound, but then they did other work on it instead without authorization. Charged almost 400 to fix a wire for the check engine light. We did not want this, nor were we told about this until after they fixed it and tried charging all that extra money. They said if she didnt pay they wouldnt give her the keys back. My friend has a baby. She needed her car. She paid it to get her car back. But never again will we use these slimeballs. This company is garbage and not the first incident Im aware of where someone i know got scammed.

Ive been taking my car to Guarenteed Auto for quite some time now and Im very happy with their service. The management and machanics really do take their job seriously and are very skilled and honest. I highly recommend. I wont take my car anywhere else now.

We stopped in with an urgent problem just as they were closing on a Saturday, and they welcomed us in the door with no problem. They took care of the issue immediately and were so kind and helpful. They explained everything to me clearly and respectfully and did a great job. I am extremely grateful and very impressed, and I highly recommend them!!!

We were travelling back from a trip from Canada we stopped on I 90 because we overheated and got a tow and went to their shop they had to replace my radiator they were excellent got the jeep back on the road in 3hours! I am considering having my jeep serviced and rebuilt by these guys!

Did $360 worth of work without authorization. Did not fix the actual safety problem, and was told the part to fix it was going to be $700. I looked online and the part was $120. The mechanic said yeah, things are cheaper online. Over $500 cheaper?! When they didnt fix the problem after having my car for 5 days and realizing how much they were upcharging, I told them I was going to take my car somewhere else. I refused to pay for the work I didnt authorize and the receptionist and owner were so rude. I called the police and they said since it was a civil matter they didnt have to give me back my key...so Im out $360 for services I did not want or need and my car is still not fixed. These guys are total scam artists. Avoid them at all costs!Update (in response to their reply): First and foremost, you are lying about multiple things in your response. Not surprising as the woman with the fried blonde hair and the two extremely overweight men I dealt with were very classless. 1. My sister did not ask you to check why the airbag light was on, it was 100% the engine light (which by the way, the airbag light is still on, cant even do that right). 2. Your mechanic said that the drive shaft needed replacement, and ordered the WRONG part, isnt this your job to know which part needs to be ordered? I was sick of having my car waiting to be fixed, which Im sure would have been done incorrectly, so I took it to another local mechanic who was able to fix the drive shaft within 2 days at less than $200. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you took advantage of a young mom, fixing things that were not requested to be fixed, as I stated, the airbag light is still on lol. You guys are crooks and I will continue to warn everyone about you. 3. I have no idea what you are talking about having 37 people give you bad reviews. Please get some class, and act better than this. It is very shameful.It is very clear customer service is important to you, as it only took you a year to respond. I hope your company fails, like you have failed all of the people that took a chance on you.

This place is amazing, with great friendly customer service. They also have beautiful and comfortable waiting room if you have to wait for your car with access to restrooms, which I found super convenient. Most places dont have anything like that. I got my alignment and exhaust done here and Ive never been happier with an auto shop experience, usually you get shoddy work but definitely not from here. When they say guaranteed, they mean it.

They did work with zero authorization... Then for the work that was authorized they ordered the wrong parts so it never got completed... The quote that was provided was astronomically high compared to local competitors. I would never recommend these folks for any type of work. It appears that they are legitimate con-artists. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Will charge you for unauthorized work, hold your car until you pay for said “work”. The actual work that needs to be done, won’t be... will charge you close to $400 to remove the check engine light- whether you like it or not. What a joke. Not to mention these hillbillies will smirk at your dismay.

Fantastic service and the guys are understanding and are willing to help out whenever you need it. I recently had my tie rod and serpentine belt replaced and they did it in the matter of an an hour or so. These guys know how to do their job! Whats even better about these guys is that they dont charge outrageous prices for parts and their labor cost is incredibly reasonable . They even offered to drop me off at my house after i dropped off my truck there .I recommend them to my co workers, friends, and family. Great service!

Replaced things that cost major money without consulting me. Estimate my work at about 500 then get the bill and its 800. But when i tried to bring it up before paying my bill was only told again what parts were replaced and how much it was.. Trust the work but 300 dollars extra without consulting is a little ridiculous.

Unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Mechanic Sean is illegally withholding my tittle to the car I bought in June because my boyfriend still has outstanding payments. Two completely different situations. Were not married. My bf went there to have his trans- clutch rebuilt. They had it 3 weeks over the time they said. They did not maintain his car while there. After finally getting his car back it dies while running in the middle of the street, instead of sending the tow truck that Sean owns they sent someone else from the shop with a battery pack that had to go under the hood. Cowl induction hood went into the windshield. The mechanics said they would talk to the owner about fixing it. They never talked to him. Later my bf calls to make a payment and is belittled by the shop owner. As a conclusion do not go here. Its problem after problem with them. They dont hold up there end and they seem to not know what there doing.

I believe that they did the work correctly, but they charged me twice what they quoted and they took twice as long as they led me to believe. In five days they called me twice: once to tell me my vehicle wouldnt be ready until Monday, because they broke the fuel line; the other time when they were finished with my vehicle. They never called me telling me what anything would cost until the very end.I will never go here again, and I recommend that nobody else does.
