The excitement on my pups face when we were done shopping is too cute! I love that he can wall around the store and meet other dogs and get to explore. Its a great place with wonderful staff. 5/5 for sure!

A shadow of its former self. Fish tanks were dirty. Pet toy shelves were mostly empty. Only okay thing was the pet food shelves were decently stocked.Go support one of the many local pet shops instead.

This place has excellent choice of 🐟🐠🐡🦈🐚🐌 and aquarium set ups... Staff was quick to help 🤩.

Best, friendliest employees here. Always greeted at the door. Had an employee help me pick out food for my supper picky dog, and he was kind enough to offer to walk the food aisles with me and assist me with picking something based on what I needed. Grooming department was also fantastic and did a great job on my Yorkie.

I brought my fur baby for the first time to Petsmart grooming. Chloe was amazing! I had so many questions for her and she answered them without me asking! One of the things I liked was that dogs have their own kennel while waiting to be groomed . I really recommend Petsmart, thank you so much Chloe and staff. CheChe will see you soon today :)

We shop here frequently however I am no longer comfortable buying fish here. My partner has 30yrs experience with fish tanks and asked for a particular amount for our 100g tank and 5g tank. The experience I had was that of and interview and told how many I am allowed to buy. It seemed the individual didnt actually want to assist me and did not take extra care with rocks falling into the bag. As well as the amount I received was not the amount I asked for. I am not sure if the information I provided through the mask was misheard but after initial experience I just wanted to leave and go some where else that would provide better customer service.

If we could give less than 1 star, we would. The store manager is un helpful and just plain rude. He argued with a customer in front of us, then proceeded to argue with us because we had a question. We will not be spending money here. We were not rude-- however-- it is clear, the store Manger thinks its ok to be extremely nasty to paying customers. We will not support any store with our wallet who does business this way. I feel very bad for any employee he manages. Pet smart please do better!!

They have a lot of stuff for dogs...The aquarium gear seemed plentiful, but the tanks seemed like they could use a good cleaning

I love the grooming salon at PetSmart. Chloe is my go-to girl for my older dog! She is seriously the best! My dog loves her! Everything is always perfect! All the employees are friendly and helpful and I can always find the grain free treats my dog likes. This is my favorite pet store hands down!

Petsmart used to be better, now the store is low staffed, under stocked and sad.

Groomers are always friendly and take time to listen

Keri is amazing at suggesting different techniques, so you dont feel defeated if your pup doesnt learn the first time around. We have done 2 of the 4 training classes with her, and plan on finishing with her. And the best part is that our pup enjoys himself!

Ummmm... they are one of the worst businesses ever they dont take care of the animal. They let little children run around and tap the glass. I got a hamster there and it died one day after the warranty. My friend also got a pet there and a employee said to keep the water at 90 degrees and they boil there fish alive. Worst pet store I have ever been to.

This was my go to post store until I went to petco. Unfortunately their very limited on inventory and prices are really high. When you go in make sure u compare prices on their website. Ive saved hundred of dollars that way, as they price match their website but dont tell u that in the store.

Was a bit small to me prefer petco any day of the week i went in right as they open to look at hamsters mine died a week or so ago wanted a new one. Took about 15 minutes of me standing there and then finally asking the cashier to get me help to get a chance to look at one. They are also a bit expensive but thats nor here or there

Just set up a new fish tank and we are loving it! The store had a great selection (as you can see) and was priced very reasonably.

Grooming dept very busy. But they are still nice, friendly and go thru what you want very calm n polite. And my babies always look amazing.

Fast, friendly, helpful and really know their stuff. Good staff of knowledgeable people friendly at checkout. Stopped going to Petco for these reasons.

I love coming here just to look at the animals and get my fur babies food and bedding. The staff is very friendly and they also have humane society adoptions. This little rabbit in the picture is Prancer and he is 3 months old and came from the Tacoma Humane Society. Love this store!

Awesome place to try on some clothes for your pets but Amazon is cheaper. People working here are very friendly.

I love PetSmart, although... There wasnt a large selection of items. They also do not have proper care for their animals such as hamsters, the cages they recommend are WAY too small and they sell unsafe products such as cotton nesting fluff which the long strands can get caught and tangle your hamster and sometimes resulting in death. And some of their social animals are are alone in their cages which is not acceptable. I recommend watching the small pet Youtuber Victoria Raechel which can help you in being more informed about this species.

We showed up at the store 15 minutes until closing because I needed spray to redirect my kitten from our new Christmas tree and it was a Sunday night. We walked in and were looking everywhere for it and an employee walked up and said very rude we are closing soon and walked away, not bothering to ask us if we needed help. I had to go up and ask the cashier where it was and she was helpful, but the rude lady took the cake. The silver lining is we found a cool pet store thats a little farther of a drive but I will never give them my business again which suck because I live right across the street and went often.

I was discriminated against by manager Sam. And refused to sell two pet. His excuse was unfounded. It is a shame that discrimination still exists in 2021.

Staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you cant find any version of the tidy cat breeze litterbox systems anywhere else this place has all 3 styles. From the basic to the xl model. If it doesnt work you can return it within 30 days of purchase. I would recommend coming here first to anyone who has cats.

Went to buy filters for my fish tank. Was told the store was sold out of the size I needed. They told me to go to their website to order.Website doesnt offer a one time order ship direct to house option, you can only order to pick up at the local store which is sold out,, or have doordash deliver which relays on the local stores...Tried calling 1-800 number but they close at 9pm easter time so cant call and talk to someone since I work nights shift and live on the west coast...F***** up system petsmart!

Just your average pet smart.. not much different from all the rest.. but the cashier was super helpful and friendly.. Ill be back to that location for sure..

This store is always clean and pretty well stocked. I wish they would get in more fresh frozen dog food and bones. I hate worrying if they’ll have what I need, as I can’t fill my freezer full of only dog food. My only complaint is that covid guidelines have been in place almost a full year. Their employees should not be allowed to wear side vented masks. It allows their exhaled air to go straight into the store and if they have covid, those masks do not filter anything for the customers or other employees. I’m high risk and have lost family this year. I take this seriously. I don’t want to get a deadly virus trying to feed my pets. I hope they take this seriously and change their policy.

There are a good variety of pet supplies and toys. Its clean and offers many services such as grooming and care for pets. The only thing I absolutely disliked was that we went to petsmart to get a lost cat we picked up to check for a chip and they brought out the scanner, said there was no chip so we happily brought the cat home. At the vets they found a chip and the cat had to be returned home. They have a faulty chip scanner here.

I have an older dog and was so worried about having him groomed. Courtney was wonderful with him. He was very matted in places. Looks fantastic now.

Went to the closest Petsmart in town with little expectation about their grooming service. However, I walked out absolutely impressed by these ladies who were able to squeeze in a spot to trim Toris nails. Although Toris nails werent awfully long, he is one dramatic, anxious dog that doesnt like anyone touching his paws. These ladies were gentle, caring, and skilled with the techniques they used to keep Tori calm.I will come back once Tori needs a groom!

I go to PetSmart exclusively because the other chain pet store had such horrible customer service. Im including a picture of my puppy, Inde, that shops there with me. Lots of empty spots on the shelves when I went and what we were looking for was pretty expensive here. If we didnt need it that day, I wouldve ordered from another store online instead

Terrible selection of both pinkies and mealworms. Actually didnt have pinkies at all, which my small snake needs to eat. Only had one option for small frozen rat and one for large and both were too large for my snake to eat. Only mealworms they had had an expired date written on them and therefore all the bugs were dead of course. Wasnt able to get ANY food for my reptiles. Wish we could have gone to Petco instead but they closed one hour earlier so we went to PetSmart. We ended up having to wait until the next day to get their food.

They were semi helpful. The cashier was much more helpful then the lady helping me.

The store was clean, the selection was overwhelming, the employees were very helpful. I even wanted to take home a fat, hairy little Guinea pig. I was buying cat food. Bad combo. Couldnt find a thing to complain about.

I would give my experience at this specific PetSmart groomers location no more than a 3 star rating. Wasn’t great, wasn’t terrible. Upon first walking in, I wasn’t greeted until announcing that I had an appointment, which all they had to say to me in response was that I was late for it. Apparently I was scheduled for a 1:00 appointment in their system, but I got a reminder email that specifically said my appointment was at 1:30, which is the time I showed up at. I tried to explain this to them but was essentially told that I was wrong and that my appointment was indeed at 1:00 and was left with that. Luckily I was still able to do the appointment at the time I came in. Upon handing them over my cat to be groomed, they grabbed her by the skin of her neck, which I understand is a standard way to pick up a cat that you aren’t familiar with, however, this is actually an outdated method that’s proven unnecessary and uncomfortable for many cats. My cat doesn’t like to be picked up this way AT ALL and had a noticeable change in demeanor and I just would’ve preferred to have been asked the best way to pick her up because all animals are different. She is rabies vaccinated and is not labeled to have aggressive behavior whatsoever so I just felt like it was an extra step that they didn’t need to take. She was scheduled for a full service groom for $59 which ended up being $30 since I opted out of a bath for her, which I appreciated that they discounted me for. They did a fairly decent job grooming her, however, there was a noticeable chunk of hair missing from her back leg that made her trim look a little bit funny. Not a big deal, since hair grows back, I just wish they would’ve been a little bit more careful. I was told she was well behaved and that there weren’t any problems so all in all this was an okay experience. I just know that I have received better service elsewhere.
