Self-care, y’all!I get friendly greetings from the happy staff when I walk in, and I’m so glad I’m in my favorite salon. I have fair features and minimal pigment, but Jessica changed all of that for me. I now have lashes, eyebrows, and tinted lips. Permanent makeup is very natural-looking and easy to maintain. Waking up with visible features has been a game-changer for me; I’m an outdoor woman and love hiking, camping, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Even if I swim, I can do all of those things and look good in photos without any makeup! I’d encourage everyone to get permanent makeup; you can always change your look if you want to appear more put together, but Jessica’s skilled hands bring out the natural beauty is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.Their manicures and pedicures are a delight. Honestly, I come to the salon every 2-3 weeks and leave feeling like I’ve spent a few hours with good friends. Each person in this salon is kind, caring, and has a good soul. I simply adore them and hope they stay in my life for years.

Jessica and all the other employees are amazing they are so gentle with my nails and toes. If u need a Mani pedi I would recommend Ar Salon thank u guys

Unbelievable wax burns/skinning on my eyes both above the brow and underneath after an eyebrow waxing. This is the second day after the waxing and it is obvious they peeled lots of skin off.. I had my brows done due to being part of a wedding party, hence pictures and a week long celebration in Chelan County prior to the big day itself. . The person who did my brows did not put anything on after treatment to help protect or heal the skin. I read I cannot be in the sun with these burns yet I am going to a very hot climate for a week to boat, hike and swim. Have never experienced such burns or skin removal during an eyebrow waxing. Just be warned. PS: I called to ask why they didnt treat the skin and they did not apologize but said I could come in and they would put something on it. I asked what that would be and she said some petroleum jelly. No apologies. The burns from the skin peeling have taken a week to go away. I could not go in for any treatment of the wounds due to leaving town the next day for the wedding. I see a lot of excuses from the owners. Heres a tip: Take better care of your customers. You charged me $32.00 for a brow waxing a tint and $32.00 for a lash tint. I didnt mind the pricing but I expected some aftercare if you wound my skin.

I have never in my life left a review, good or bad, so this should already tell you how bad they were. I always make appointments because I want to make sure I am out on time to continue with my daily activities, they made me wait 20 minutes when I first got there, fine they were busy sure. Then I told them what I wanted and asked if they are able to do the design, the lady said yes yes sure sure, so I asked again and she very simple black and white design. The lady doing my design said another girl was going to file it and get it prepped and that she would do the rest. I told them I didn’t want color under my design but the lady doing it wouldn’t allow me... imagine that. The person doing the acrylic little was filing my skin multiple times after I told her what was happening but she kept going until my fingers were bleeding.......... after an hour and a half of her just filing my skin rather than the nail, she gave me a length that was much shorter than what I asked for. Then the girl doing my design (no exaggeration) spent only 10 minutes and it all came out completely different, my hands didn’t match at all to each other as well as the picture.... saying they are unprofessional, terrible, and lack the skills to communicate with costumers is an understatement. Keep your money sis you’re better off doing them yourself

Booking was easy, my appointment was right on time, and the lash artist worked very efficiently. I felt like I was in good hands, she also wore a mask while working on me, I appreciated that extra level of safety. Such an awesome, friendly salon!

I would never ever step foot in this place again. If you’re thinking of getting your lashes done here please please think twice. The lady literally took three hours to practice on me and I could hear the other one telling her what to do. Literally y’all I paid for the lady to teach her friend how to do lashes. After three hours, there were barely any lashes on me. When I called her out she was like it’s because I didn’t have my glasses on…. Really?

Jessica did my eye brows and eye lash extensions and she is AMAZING! I got hybrids and she is fast and gentle with your eyes! My lashes have never looked this good! The staff is friendly! Her lash studio is adorable. The whole salon is so cute! I 10/10 recommend anyone to go there!!

First time visit for a Mani and pedi and the kind lady took her time dedicated and attentive to detail and very relaxing. She spent almost a whole hour just on my pedicure and plenty massage unlike other places I go to and pay for higher quality but still they rush through. Thank you ❤️

Thought I found a great place for lashes but turns out she double books talks on the phone doing your lashes and texts only to finish in 30 min and charges you 90 dollars. My eyes burn for a week after I left there. Asked her to fix the terrible work she did. Never responded to me. I will never go back she is all about the money not customer

I have been going to Jessica for eyelashes since 2015. I had other eyelash experts before but Jessica is by far the best. She is incredibly meticulous and fast. She makes the clusters custom to your eyelashes- she can do everything from natural to voluminous. I also do my nails there and everyone on her team are kind and gentle professionals. I recently started having nail designs and Michelle is top notch. This location is Jessicas second, her first is Happy Nails & Lash in Shoreline. I highly recommend her for all her services! I make the drive from Seattle just for her. Worth it.

At first they said one price and at the end they charge me more and i asked for pedicure and manicure and another lady came in and told her they were going to do her nails and told me to wait, because they thought i just wanted one thing! bad experience

I got my eyebrows microbladded and eyelash extensions done by Jessica ! I love the area and I loved the vibe of the whole place it was clean and she was so nice ! She instantly made me feel like I was a friend of hers even tho we had never met before . Made me feel very welcome and so nice . I recommend Jessica to everyone!

Ask for Ann. She a dear. Shes very professional and is excellent at customer service & doing a perfect job with your nails. Very attentive to her clients and it shows.

Fantastic job on my nails!! Jennifer was nice, gentle and listened to exactly what I wanted. Im pretty meticulous about my nails and she by far did the best job I think Ive ever had!! Will definitely be a regular customer from now on and tell all my ladies to come here!

I have gotten my lashes done by multiple salons and professionals. I went in to get a volume lashes and I love the results! Lashes stayed on for a long time and the quality of work is fantastic! I give them 5 stars! Definitely recommend this place for everyone to get their lashes done!

I love this new location. Amazing new pedicure chairs and very comfy beds for all the great cosmetic improvements offered by Jessica. I have had my eyebrows microbladed, eyelash extensions that help my eyes pop from behind my glasses as well as semi permanent makeup in lipstick and eyeliner so I literally can get up and go!

They said they will charge 5 dollars more because the alcohol and cleaning stuff ( Clorox wipes,face mask,Lysol) and when they call me they didn’t even clean the chair or the table. And at the end they charge me the $5 more.

I had a great pedicure here, but I’m giving 3-stars because of the staff. The staff was talking loud between the other staff members. It was distracting to be there as a customer. I enjoy going to a salon for relaxation, but did not enjoy my time at AR Salon.Great pedicure, but unsure if I’d return again because I felt like I was not a priority as a customer.

I am a regular here. They do my mani-pedi and my lashes. Everyone is super friendly. I have never had a complaint or concern going here, and trust me... I am very picky about these things. I recently had my brows tinted as well. I was kinda scared, as I have light brows. But it turned out nice!

Staff was friendly, place was clean and pretty. I went in for a $30 full set and walked out paying $55 for acrylics with shellac. They look awful, and I questioned the price they wouldn’t budge even though I said their website said 30 and I booked my appt for the $30 from their website. I can get ombré coffin nails anywhere for that price.

Over priced salon. Don’t even fully do what they charge you for. They do the bare minimum. The salon is dirty, the girls in there are rude. Wouldnt recommend to alone. Worst pedicure I have ever had.

DO NOT GO HEREI paid 50$ and got ripped off. 50$ is expensive for a pedicure and they didn’t do any of the services they said they would. RIP OFF

I love Jessica and this new location. She has been doing my lashes for the last 2 years. I first moved up north and that’s how I met her. Since then she has opened up 2 stores of her own. Lynwood being the newest. I live in Renton now and still drive up to Lynwood just so she can do my lashes that should say how awesome she is. She’s worth the drive. The staff members are also awesome. Very friendly and do great pedicures and gel manicures when I’m due for one.

Jessica has been my lash aesthetician (at her Shoreline branch, Happy Nails & Lashes) for the last year, and I haven’t looked back since! I’ve had 3 other aestheticians before her, and no one has taken care of me and my lashes better than her. She always knows what I want, how I want it. She’s very personable, knows how to tailor her work to your needs/wants, and her prices are amazing compared to the average salon. Not to mention I ALWAYS get compliments on my lashes. Like, almost daily. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and so far, everyone that’s gone to her LOVES her work.
