They were amazing ! I lived my mani and pedi

I initially went there and got a pink and white full set. the chick that did my nails did a phenomenal job! so obviously when it was time to get a fill, i went back. the gal that did my fill did it an medicore job on my nails at best, plus her attitude and the way i felt like she was rushing the whole thing has made me reconsider returning.

I have had my nails done a few time since moving here and this is my new favorite. They have a lot of the more fancy/ fun options off the bat for you to ask for and as always offer to copy anything that you ask for- bring a pic.

Fast service however they can be unprofessional. The nail lady literally ripped off my acrylics by wedging a nail tip in between the acrylic layer and my natural nail. It was very painful and my nails are burning right now and it feels uncomfortable. They are not meticulous and only care about getting you in and out the door without caring about the little details like filing the natural nail after cutting them before placing a nail tip. The work was very sloppy and rushed. They are good, however I just wished they cared more about the service and not about getting as much customers in and not doing things the right way.

They were the only place that was available for walk ins and they were all SO NICE. Its been a long time since Ive been fully satisfied at a salon!

So amazed with the cleanliness and the relaxing atmosphere. Had a event to attend in the area (so this was my first time here) so glad I chose Pro Nails for my service. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well groomed nail salon. Wish I lived closer. Friendly welcoming staff

Favorite nail salon Ive found in the north. They do a good job, and the only place Ive found here that cleans underneath the nail also.

I have been doing my nails with them for a couple of years. Have gotten acrylic refills with angel and she has all been great. She take her time and do quality work. I am very picky with my nails and like for them to look natural, they have not disappointed me once. I greatly appreciate the consistency.

I went to do my nails and I had a great experience. They are very professional and attended me quickly, Destiny did my nails and she was great! She shaped them just how I wanted them and she was very sweet. I will definitely be going back to her.

If you like to get flowers or butterflies or just anything cute/fancy this is the place to go!! They are very friendly woman and they do a Great job.

I would not recommend. I got my nails done by them only 3 days ago... They are literally all breaking 1 by one. I’m not quite sure why. I’ve been getting shellac for about a year and never have my nails broken so much in a matter of 3 days. This is unacceptable and extremely painful. Very disappointed.

I would like to make a comment about PRO NAILS in Lynnwood, across from Alderwood Mall.My family has gone to this PRO NAILS establishment for years at least twice a month.We are always pleased and satisfied with the good work they do for us and how welcome they make us feel. This is the cleanest and most professional shop we have seen and the staff are always cleaning and keeping busy.They are keeping in line with the State guidelines and are very careful with their services. They do quality work. They strive to satisfy all customers no matter what.I have a hard time believing that anyone would have a complaint with this establishment or the work they perform.The owner is very fair and cares about each customer and is alert and aware with each persons needs.We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.Thank you,Carolyn Weber and family

Terribly establishment, this was the worst place I have ever been in my entire life. I went to do my nail last Saturday and opted for the regular combo. Ive done the nail for four days and my nail polish has gone out, they use poor quality glazes, the person does not clean the nail properly, the service is bad, they let my nail all over, and on top of it when I asked to dry my nails would not let me use the equipment claiming that I was paying for the regular package. I paid $ 32 to do the worst service Ive ever had in my life. Never return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone. Terrible service offered.

I came here today for the first time. I got my acrylics taken off for now and a manicure. everyone there was smiling and they have a crazy selection of colors. it was clean and pretty. ill be back and will recommend to friends. ty so much, my new nail spa

Loved the service, every time I have visit I don’t get turned away. They always make time for you the do they best service always with a smile.

My shellac started to bubble and peel 4 days after they were done :( Shellac is suppose to last up to 3 weeks. I regularly have my nails done since I was 12 and Ive never had this kind of experience with shellac. Either not enough primer was applied or the product was out dated.

Highly dissatisfied with quality of shellac fill done on my hands. First and last time going. Quite possible worse nail salon I’ve ever visited in history of my life. Bumpy gel and unevenly shaped nails, hoppy and sloppy mess and completely ruined full set from another salon. I only went because my regular salon was closed on Sunday. Never again! Nails are already peel and it’s day 2.

I got a pedicure here last week and can attest that the salon and staff are taking COVID very seriously. As pictured, there are barriers on each pedicure chair on the front and both sides. I made an appointment and there were only two other guests in the large salon at the time. Neither were seated close to me. All staff and guests were properly wearing their masks and gloves.

I love them and the work they do. The atmosphere is amazing and the quality of work done definitely justifies any price point

I love the pedicures here, best Ive had in the area!! However, the nails are not good from my experience so far. Im not sure if its because she overbooks and is in a hurry, but 3 times now...Ive got to find another place.

Clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Angel and Andy run a tight ship and their team provides excellent service. My wife and I havent gone anywhere else in over a year, and do not plan to!Would highly recommend to others.

My 1st and last time visiting Pro Nails! Read up some reviews & thought it may be worth finding something close to home, MY OH MY was I wrong, ugh. Had meni with shellac done “supposably” that glow in dark along with pedi shellac. This place definitely needs some training, I’ve NEVER had to exprience having 4 layers of shellac applied then asked “Not to lift my fingers because nails polish driping off” !! Then after enourmoysly THICK application to have shellac filled OFF with top coat on!! Absurd! My nails NEVER have felt this heavy and UGLY looking! Disappointed, plus they charged $80 LOL 😩 I HAD TO GET REDONE AT DIFFERENT SALON IN A WEEK 😡

Terrible quality and service

I took my daughter and her friend to have acrylic nails put on. Angel did an amazing job on the nails. The salon is very clean and has a classy feel to it. (Newly remodeled). The owner Andy and his wife Angel are very hospitable and kind people I will definitely be a returning customer.

If you like to get pedicures for the massage and pampering, this place is PERFECT for you! T have 6 affordable pedicure options (ranging from the $20s to $50. They take a nice long time on the scrub and massage and include paraffin wax or hot stone massage. They even use honey for the massage! And they offered a drink (wine is an option!). The massage chairs are awesome and the environment is very calming and spa like, and the employees are so nice! This will definitely be my go-to nail salon from now on ☺️

My bonus daughter and I always come here to get our nails done for girls day and we love it! They are very clean and professional! Always ask us if we want something to drink and we always leave happy with the work they do! We will continue to come back every time!

Angel is the only good nail tech here. If you get anyone else, they might cut your skin with the nail drill. In my opinion, salons should fire nail techs who cut people but what do I know?

I just did my nails 1day a ago and started to come off 2 day also my eyelashes that just recently coming off the same day ...! Nobody should go there it’s a waste of your money when I ask to fix it and she said that is because my natural nails ... I also witnessed another customer came there screaming because the new nails on the exact same day we went there.

The new owner is amazing! Her name is Angel and she really is an Angel! It was my first time at the salon and I have never been treated so good at a nail salon ever! Angel did my dip SNS Nails and they turned out EXACTLY how I wanted them. I am picky about my nails and told her what I wanted and they were perfect! She went above and beyond to make them exactly how I imagined them. I guarantee if you go see Angel you will leave with perfect nails and a smile on your face. This place is super adorable I highly recommend it!

Affordable for sure! It was my first time I was in a rush and Im not sure if its just that lady but she did not cover my entire nail, she didnt wash all my nail polish off, she didnt go all the way down to my cuticles they look like Ive had them for a week but the lady was sweet I hope I can come there agian and get someone else because it is really close to my house and Im always at the mall so its a bonus!

I love this place cuz of their service and how professional they are. The owner, Angel, always does her best for my nails. They have the friendliest staff and the best service. They always do their best to the customer. They cut all the cuticles, best massage, and pain the color perfectly. I love this place so much. This is the SNS dipping powder nails done by Angel. Don’t get me wrong, really nice staff and really nice establishment. However, I got my nails done at the this place for the first time, and I was not very impressed with the quality of the work. I got my nails done almost two weeks ago, and about two days after I got them done, my nails started breaking. The lady that did them just kept filing them down so thin and all of my nails were shaped unevenly, even when I asked her to fix things that didn’t look right. She just kept rushing to get mine done because there was a party of 10 people that were supposed to come in right after me. Anyway, I called them a couple days later to see when they could fix the broken nails, and the person I talked to got upset with me for asking when they would be available to schedule me to get them fixed. I just said I’d be there at a certain time, and then she hung up on me. I got there, and the new lady that fixed my nails made them really thick and uneven... Honestly, I probably won’t ever go here again.

Love the owner there. She is super sweet and makes sure her employees attend to customer’s needs. Ive been there several times and plan to return!

Customer Service was nice, but it was super overpriced! They charge an extra $5 for shaping the nail, no matter what length. And the color I got definitely needed 3 coats, but I only got 2.

Horrible..... i asked for the most expensive pedi. They gave me the oldest women who was also the brand new woman. They wrote down the instructions. I was there an hour all that was done was a massage. Myself and the women onside of me walked out.

I came in for a fill a couple weeks ago with my 8 month old son ...(horrible idea I know lol) having to deal with him I messed up my nails 3 times! They were more then happy to fix my nails and then they held my son since he was being fussy and wanted attention, so happy with their service will continue to keep coming back!

Im very disappointed with my visit tonight. I appreciate them fitting me in last minute, but the service I received was not what I wanted and rushed :(. The nail color is aweful, but that is my issue for not speaking up for myself. I wanted teal nails, not white, that color changes into teal. Also she just shaped my nails her way ( more rounded ) instead of square shaped like I had them. Im tired and hot because of this heatwave we are having, and just feeling frustrated.

Go there once a month with my old lady, its always an enjoyable experience. The ladies are kind and listen when you tell them something like too hard, or dont cut it short.

Been here several times before and always had a good experience. However, the last time I went, I had a terrible time. We had an appointment. Went in at our appointment time and the 2 workers there were giving mani pedis to 3 girls. We waited 45 minutes while out feet got all soggy in the lukewarm water. Then when it was finally our turn for our pedicures, they started on us, only to have 2 more people come in. They immediately started setting them up, trying to multitask, taking away from our relaxing experience. We had an appointment...once they started working on us they should have made us their priority, not more walk ins. And wow!!!!! Pedicure looks terrible!!!! Not even 24 hours later and its already chipping (its not evenly painted either). You could tell it was rushed. Very disappointed.

Really enjoyed my pedi, he actually listened to what I said about just having a broken bone in my foot, the massage was wonderful and not rough

My nail fell off 4 days later and she cut my cuticle after she painted my nails so it looked like Id had my new nails for a week

I came in here and I’m not from here I’m from Houston where the nail salons are absolutely gorgeous I would in there for a Brazilian wax I gel fill The whole nine When she did the Brazilian wax the owner’s wife She burned me really bad And I am irritated she left the wax turn into a ball And when I told her that it didn’t look right she told me I don’t know what I’m talking about I still end up paying her because she’s Chinese But that will be Last time I ever go there It was a very very bad place Very rude people And really don’t know what they’re doing I advise not to go
