Great service, went for wedding ring and band, very patient with my fiancee and I. Had to make a change after a week and they were very understanding and helpful. Will definitely return in the future when the time comes.

Beautiful jewelry, Ive got some good items off their clearance. I like to get their care plan that covers the piece of jewelry for damage. The plan also covers free sizing up or down for rings, as well as 6 month cleaning. Their stuff is pricey but they also have items under $200 for those on a budget

Most sales associates are very helpful and polite. They dont push too hard for sales which helps keep the pressure off of us. I recommend Helzberg Diamonds, they provide good quality diamonds and stones at an affordable price.
I got my wifes engagement and wedding rings here. The celestial star cut diamonds are so bright and dazzling. I also really like that they track every diamond from where it came out of the ground through every stage of manufacturing until sale. So you are assured that you are not getting conflict diamonds.
DO NOT GO HERE! I had the most terrible experience here. Within six months, my engagement ring had three stones fall out of it at three separate times. This is obviously something that does happen occasionally, I just wasnt expecting it to happen so soon after getting my ring. The first time was only a couple months after we had bought the ring. When it happened the second time, I had just gotten my ring back THE DAY BEFORE. I hadnt even had it back 24 hours from being repaired when two more stones fell out. During all of these times, the employees were extremely rude every time we called, including the manager Josh. They also did not communicate to us at all as to the status of my ring and when to expect it back. When it happened the THIRD time, we asked for a refund. We kept getting told This is just what happens with rings like this, stones fall out. Something as simple as putting your hand in your purse can make the stones fall out. To which I interpreted as they sold us an inferior product. They refused to give me a refund, and I had to speak to their regional manager. Once I explained to her the hassle we had been dealing with the rude employees and lack of communication, she did end up refunding us and we went elsewhere where we have had a GREAT experience. I would encourage everyone to go ANYWHERE but here. This company does not care about their customers, they dont even pretend to.

Theres a sale on, we saved a bit on a choker. Very nice, and my wife loves it.We also had our wedding rings cleaned. They clean them and check the settings for free.
The lady I had the joy of interacting with was definitely not meant to be in a customer service job. Very confrontational and impolite. I used to like this store, but not sure Ill be coming back with such service standards. Id rather soend my money somewhere I feel appreciated as a customer
Do NOT get your rings here especially wedding bands. We had purchased a wedding band for my husband about 6 weeks in advance. We even took the time to size his finger and order it. But mostly they were so focused on trying to get us to sign up for their credit card (wasnt interested at all) she even went into detail about how she got a little incentive because their particular store (alderwood) got a certain amount of customers to sign up and shes on a roll. Weeks go by and we never hear from them. We finally gave them a call to hear about our order status and they said theyve been trying to call us for a question about the size (basically, what size did we need although we already sized it and saw them write it down on the order). We had to call them every day for a week leading up to our wedding day and they just said nope, not in yet On our wedding day, an hour before our ceremony begins, i get a voice message from Helzberg saying hi, congratulations on your wedding day today. The ring came in so pick it up anytime Our venue was over an hour away and ceremony was already beginning. After the wedding, I had a little chat with one of the associates and she said oh well, at least you have it now, right? need less to say, I am not happy with any of this. If they would have just told us from the beginning that it wasnt enough time or cutting it close, we would have not bought it from there. But they wanted our money so they didnt say anything. If you want a wedding band on your wedding day....do NOT buy from this company. Or sign up for their credit card!

Outstanding service and attentive salespeople. After negative experiences at competing jewelers, I tried Helzberg. From what Ive experienced, they take every customer seriously (regardless of age and apparent wealth) and give you their full attention until all of your questions are answered. I do not yet own any of their jewelry, only their earring backs and cleaner, so I cannot yet review based on their quality, prices, etc. What I can say is that the service you will receive at this location is top notch.They will even tell you why your ears smell funny when you take your earrings out! =]

Was looking at engagement rings for the first time in my life. Had ask to see one and the lady needed tWO forms of ID which I thought was for security ie stealing the ring. Before I knew it she tries signing me up for a credit card. Very pushy and have decided to take my business elsewhere. Horrible service. Take NO for an answer!!!

My ring has some very tiny diamonds, so regular wear and tear has made them fall out a few times, which is why I wont give five stars, but the ring itself is gorgeous and Ive never had to pay for a repair under their warranty (which just requires inspections every six month, which is pretty standard).There is one male associate thats been abrupt and hasnt had the best attitude a couple of times, but Ive rarely had to deal with him and have had no problem from anyone else. The lady who sold the ring to us actually still works there (5.5 years later) and always remembers the ring because its somewhat unique, and shes always been great.

I was in the Lynwood store just today looking for a wedding band for my husband and myself. While The rings seem well priced for The quality, the rep helping me actually rolled her eyes and shot her co-worker a look of annoyance at one point. Im new to ring shopping, so I was asking a lot of questions, one too many for this lady I guess. The store was empty, so there wasnt anyone we waiting to be helped. This lack of customers in the store might be a reflection of the service?
Repeat customer with them. For our 3-year anniversary my husband bought me two new anniversary bands and I also bought him a new diamond band. I had a diamond in my engagement ring that needed to be repaired so I sent it for repair along with the new rings to be sized expecting to get them all back the same time. I got a call saying that the rings were ready but I got there and only one of them was back which was a huge disappointment. I thought that lacked a little bit of customer service care especially for such large a large purchase.

This is a long review but I cant make it any shorter. Please read. Ive been married 21 yrs now and the first 10 yrs were trial and error finding my husband the perfect ring, come to find out he was allergic to gold. My ring however was perfect. My husband chose a simple design that explained our love, a diamond heart. Over the 21 yrs of marriage we had 5 children together and most women will know your body goes through changes and swelling and gains and losses of weight and unfortunately my ring spent a lot of time in a box. We had not discovered helzberg diamonds yet and we were left with some disappointing adjustments to my ring. I had to have it resized bigger and smaller and the companys I chose were the band out so bad, I assume to save money and time, it weakened the band and again I was unable to wear it. Then I discovered Helzberg. Obviously everything costs money but it wasnt as expensive as I thought it would be. The gave my ring a half shank band with original thickness and help refurbish the settings that held the diamond and of course I bought an anniversary band to go along side it and I could not be happier. Finally, after so long with my ring just sitting in a box I can wear it again and feels like it shines just as bright as the first day my husband proposed to me with it. Thank you helzberg for giving me back the one symbol that speaks without words to Express the meaning of my marriage. We also were able to get my husband a band that is just as beautiful even though it was not gold. We could not be happier with our service.

The customer service is horrible. I bought a ring with warranty and every time I go in for inspection I get couple eyerolls sometimes gets ignored for couple minutes even tho I only go twice a year. I’m not sure if it worth it all.
Terrible company on its last legs. I wish I never would have done business with this company. Long story short I bought my wifes engagement ring here in 2008, and was up sold the lifetime warranty with the catch that it needs to be inspected every 3 months. This was at the Bellevue location. I was assured they would not be going out of business anytime in the future. SURPRISE!! Store is closed!! Awesome! Now we get to kill an entire day off in traffic 4X a year driving up to lynwood, what a major inconvenience considering we live 2 minutes from bell Sq and we never go up north. I will *NEVER* do business with this company again, I regret not going with Shane Co. They are highly recommended.

Not impressed with the store in general, looks like a Fred Meyer jewelry store with young guys working there. Got my guy to sign up for the warranty never said anything about having it inspected. Want a new less gigantic clasp and now its a $150 charge. Just not ever planning to do business there...jewelry looks cheap.
