I really love this gym.They are the only CrossFit gym I have ever joined, but compared to prior gyms (Orange Theory, Kickboxing, planet fitness 24 fitness) I have belonged I have had the best experience at this gym.It is not cheap to attend, but the workouts are effective and worthwhile, and I am the most fit (and leanest) I have ever been. I love coming to Industrious, instead of feeling like I have to drag myself to attend like I have at prior gyms.Everyone, coaches especially, have a positive attitude and they are good at helping you learn to use all the equipment.When I first started out there was a big learning curve to learn how to lift weights, and to lift weights safely, and the coaches were great at helping me with that learning curve.You also see a variety of different people at the gym, which I appreciate seeing a gym that welcomes both the very fit, and those just starting out, with diverse range of ages, ethnicities, fitness levels, and stages of life (a couple mothers bring their babies and workout with their baby in their carriers in their workout space; it is awesome that they have the space to do that).Right now with the pandemic everyone has their own personal bordered-off workout space to workout in, which I also am pretty happy with.Highly recommend attendance here.

This gym is my happy place, my me time, my stress reliever. Ive met so many amazing people over the last 3 years and I continue to meet amazing people. We work hard together, we laugh together, and we support each other in and out of the gym. The coaches are the absolute best and really care about their clients treating them like friends and family. Even though it is a group class you always feel that individual coaching helping you to modify if needed and ensuring you are getting the most out of your fitness journey. I am so thankful to have found and am now apart of this amazing family that Steve-O and Molly have created and continue to grow. I truly do work hard to live fit because of what has been instilled in me by all the people who inspire and encourage me every day in and out of the gym. Everyone one is so nice, staff and members, and I love that they take time to individually help and give great advice. The way that they handle covid obstacles and find ways to provide space for everyone so that it’s safe is awesome! I’m so excited to be a part of the CrossFit family. From the first day Industrious has been so encouraging and so motivating! They focus on making sure you are doing the exercises using proper technique. One of my favorite things about Industrious is all workouts are modifiable and the modifications make sense. All levels of fitness are welcomed and supported by both coach and fellow members. The community is amazing!As if that wasn’t enough, 2020 has thrown multiple curveballs and Industrious has done everything imaginable to keep the community fit and still working out!!

Crossfit Industrious is always reinventing fitness!! Times have been hard in 2020. One thing that has helped tremendously was the ability to keep working out during closure. Industrious jumped into action!! They loaned out gym equipment and sent our daily workouts to do at home. They were prepped and ready to open as soon as the green light was given, having set up high standards for sanitation and isolated space for each athlete. They also set up on demand workouts for those who felt more comfortable staying at home, and continues to allow us to rent equipment.I have had two children recently, Industrious helped push me and motivate me to not only lose the baby weight I had put on, but become even more fit and strong than I was prior to having children.They are a great community to be a part of and they are there to help each person individual their journey to better fitness!!

While I was already in love with this gym before, I cant speak more highly of them now. After the recent wave of shutdowns that included gyms, Industrious management did an immediate about-face and offered us Zoom virtual classes 3 times a day, with multiple equipment/no equipment options (depending on what we have); these started a mere 3 days after the current shutdown was announced. Not only do I applaud their ability to go with the flow and succeed during challenging times, but the coaching and the commentary during the Zoom classes is so positive (but still real). If youre in a shutdown slump, I urge you to check these guys out NOW! :)

This gym is exceptional! It has a very welcoming atmosphere with great coaching every step of the way. I was new to CrossFit, and I never feel alone. I am safely coached to new levels of fitness. Industrious Work Hard Live Fit is the absolute best place to go if you want to get fit and achieve healthy goals. They have the best coaching staff and are very thoughtful and strategic in their workouts. They also redesigned their layout and created individual 150 square foot halos for each athlete, to keep everyone safe from the virus. Highly recommended!

Love this gym! All the coaches are great. They really help you no matter what you’re going through! I’ve had a broken leg and worked out my whole pregnancy and Industrious helped me through all of it! It doesn’t matter if you go to LYN or SLU, hands down best gym I have been a member of!

Industrious is a fantastic place. The coaching is superb. The facilities are clean, organized and well stocked - they have everything you need and more. On top of all that, the community is fun, supportive and very genuine. Great, great place to get fit.

This is the warmest and most community-driven style gym I have ever been signed up for! It’s not just that either, their trainers are consistently professional and tailor the classes to every student’s capability. All in all you get an environment of He-Man and She-Ra looking athletes working out alongside people of all body types and backgrounds and it feels organic. It’s a high energy environment (which a good gym should be) but super positive. They’ll never make you feel like you don’t belong or you’re never going to “get it”. I’ve been going for two and a half years and am really impressed by their consistency. This is worth it if you commit. There’s no need to get prepared. They’ll outline a plan for you from the fitness level you’re at right now and if you stay consistent it will happen!! Such a positive thing for the world to have this place :-)

Soi walk in to this place i didnt even get a chance to ask what I need to know about this place and this guy told some time I dont understand what was he talking about. Then he told me that I have to leave I said ok and leave just wondering how can I get in here .

I have belonged to many gyms in the greater Seattle area. Industrious is one of the best gyms all around. Great programming, friendly community and most of all the coaches are amazing.

I have been going here for 4+ years. The quality of the coaches, their friendliness, attention to detail... I’m not just coming to get a good workout in but am enjoying time with friends. Truly love this community. Every movement can be modified (I do it daily) and it truly is for everybody. Love just showing up and being coached through a good workout!

I believe that the service experience I’ve received and how the owners, managers and employees of Industrious intentionally curate an informative and positive experience for their clients is a rare thing. I’ve become a big fan; and I’ve grown So much as a result of their consistent attention to detailed instruction for each workout.

I love Stephen and Molly and the entire Industrious crew. They care so much about every person that walks into their building. No matter if you are an athlete or just beginning they pay attention to everyones specific needs to help them progress to their full potential. I go to a Different crossfit gym, but every time I walk through that door for something they greet me with open arms.

This is the best gym I have ever belonged to. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly, and really care about their clients. The workouts are challenging, but can be scaled to any level. There are members of all ages and skill level here, so it is very diverse and welcoming. They also keep the gym very clean and have updated equipment. The Owners obviously have pride in their business and are always reinvesting back into the business to make it as high quality as they can for their clients. Really a top notch gym!!!

The most amazing coaches starting with Chrissy the General manager. I was always intimidated by the mystique of crossfit culture but bar none, Industrious is the best in the business. The community is welcoming and supportive. My body completely transformed after only 8 months. Now after a year and a half, it’s a lifestyle! My strength and mobility continue to increase, and at 50, I can still keep up and keep close with people 15-20 years younger! After now having traveled to multiple gyms, you will not find a cleaner, more well equipped, exemplary coaching, and better programmed gym. From elite athletes to people like me, the common person, Industrious is the perfect place to workout.

This gym is life-changing in so many ways and unlike any other gym I’ve been to (CF and reg). ALL of the coaches give the utmost attention to detail to everything they do...from an upbeat greeting the moment you walk in the door, to a detailed breakdown of the workout with modifications for anyone who’s new, to the clean floors and facilities...they’re complete professionals and love what they do. The family who owns the gym, Stephen and Molly, regularly work out there (kiddos too) and they greet everyone with joy, yet also authenticity. This gym is for everyone...whether your 100, 200, 300 lbs, whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle, or just want a life change and a new community, they immediately make you feel welcome and break down complex movements in ways that are do-able for anyone. So freakin knowledgeable. Not to mention the top-of-the-line equipment and technology... the combo of everything makes them unlike any other gym.

If you ever wanted to try CrossFit, this is the place to go! I have been coming here for a little over six months and it has been a great experience. The gym is well stocked with new equipment and the coaches are very effective teachers. I have made a lot of progress in the past half year. The best part of Industrious is the community - all of the coaches and fellow students are very welcoming and supportive. Havent been there in years due to out of state college, but it is by far the best gym around. Its fun, energetic, and Stephen and Molly do a great job to cradle the idea of pushing people a little past their comfort zone and keeping a family-like structure at large. Wouldnt recommend any other gym if you want to be apart of a family and get a fantastic workout.

Before Industrious I had never tried Crossfit. In fact I was a little terrified of it. Several people at my company invited me to try it out so I did. While trying something totally new and outside my comfort zone was intimidating, it was completely worth it. Stephen and Molly are the most knowledgeable and encouraging coaches you could ask for. They have passed down the same knowledge and positive attitude to the rest of their staff. When you walk through the door they are genuinely excited to see you. I am not a hardcore athlete by any means. I love Industrious because I know Im going to get a hell of a work out and feel proud of my body after each class. Industrious is continuously striving to improve their gym. This year they invested in new equipment and were so excited to share it with their members, who of course love it all! My favorite part of Industrious is the community it provides. Sometimes its hard to drag your butt to the gym, but I know that I will be missed when Im not there, and celebrated when I am--and that means the world to me.

The staff is one of my favorite parts of Industrious. They are all really friendly and remember your name, even if theyve only met you once! I also love that every workout is scalable no matter your skill set. I leave the gym feeling like I got a good work out and am ready for the rest of the day. The gym is clean and well maintained.

This is a top notch facility and the staff are fully engaged. I have worked out at CF gyms all over the country and this is a good one. Sometimes the classes are a bit large but they do a good job for their members.

I have been going to Crossfit Industrious since I was 14 years old. I am now 18 almost 19 years old. I would never go anywhere else because industrious is my second home and I always feel welcome!! The environment is so welcoming and the coaches are amazing!! They always put in their best effort to make sure you are having fun and they give as much feedback as possible!! I loved these guys! They have a great vibe, I wish I lived in the area, they’d be my home gym for sure. Only downside was that the parking is a nightmare in the middle of they day so give yourself extra time, especially if you haven’t been there yet. Otherwise, everyone was awesome:)

Molly and Stephen have created one of the most fun. knowledgeable, caring, dedicated groups of coaches and an environment that truly feels like home when you walk through the door. CrossFit Industrious was a great introduction for my boys to CrossFit. Even more so than adults, kids need their workouts to be closely monitored to maintain a safe, healthy environment. Amazing coaches and fun workouts that kept my kids (ages 11 and 13 at the time) coming back.

CrossFit Industrious is the ONLY gym I will ever go to. The staff is welcoming, friendly and they work with you at whatever level youre at in your fitness journey. I am not into fitness and I am not a gym junkie. I appreciated how they accepted me at the level that I was at, did not pressure me, and worked with me to not only achieve my goals but get stronger than I thought was possible. I actually look forward to going to the gym now because of Industrious. The coaches and the other members/athletes have become true friends and companions. We dont just work-out and get incredibly fit together, we experience life with each other, we get together and hang out outside of the gym as well. Thats because of the incredible support of all of the people who call themselves Industrious athletes and it starts with the coaches. The only type of person who does not fit in/feel completely at home in the environment the Industrious gang has created are those who are not supportive of their neighbors or enthusiastic and encouraging to everyone about being healthy and trying your best. Even if you are not naturally someone who cheers others on, you will learn to become that way at Industrious and its forever life-changing, as life-changing as the amazing muscles you’ll also learn to develop while everyone cheers you on. It’s not cheesy or over the top, it’s just right. It’s an exuberant, funny, and warm environment. The coaching style is also hands down best in class, you’re getting personal training level support for the price of a typical studio membership which is at least half if not a third the price. I have had many moments in the 4 years I’ve spent with Industrious where I’ve had to fight back tears seeing someone do something so amazing and unexpected like the grandmother who was cheered on by her grandkids while she finished a Crossfit Open workout (that grandmother beat my score too and Im in my 30’s - heck yeah!). I have worked out with full term pregnant women (myself included), grandparents, people on crutches, in a cast, or needing a cane to walk in the door. Don’t think you have a limitation that the unrelentingly compassionate coaches at Industrious can’t help you work around or overcome (SAFELY)…give it a try no matter what your circumstance is and allow your life to be forever enhanced. :)

Joined Industrious in August (2016), and it is one of the best decisions ive made. Ive seen dramatic improvements in my body composition, fitness, and all around health. Stephen and Molly are truly caring and inspirational people whose passion and energy are reflected by the coaches theyve brought on and the community theyve helped to build. I first tried Industrious last year for their morning boot camps... I instantly fell in love not only with the workout I was getting but the environment, staff and service. I was brand new but felt like I was a part of a family. I took a while off due to a outside related injury that needed personal training and recovery, but drive by every day on the way home and wish I was participating in all the fun & hard work! They left a lasting impression on me and would recommend EVERYONE to try this place! I cannot wait to return soon!

Great instructors!Even within myself, of starting, stopping, and restarting crossfit at Industrious, I would cover all levels of fitness. The instructors are so accommodating and understanding of the different stages I would be in and of what I would remember of proper form. The instructors are ALWAYS welcoming, supportive, and interactive.THE place to be.

Probably my best gym experience so far! The trainers are friendly and helpful and the environment is relaxed and fun. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!

I cant say enough good things about this place! The coaches and members are super friendly and welcoming. Everyone here supports each other and you will definitely fill your quota of smiles and high fives for the day.The programming is AMAZING. It varies so much day-to-day so you never get bored and you are always discovering a new sore muscle that you never knew you had.The owners, Stephen and Molly care so much about Industrious and their members. They are always coming up with new ideas, new seminars, holiday-themed workouts, and Outside Industrious events like ski trips, hiking, pool parties, day trips, etc. This is also the only gym Ive been to that brings in a live DJ for special workouts :)Give it a try!

Industrious was the first CrossFit gym that I immediately felt totally welcome and comfortable at. All of the coaches are so fun, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. I moved away earlier for school and I still miss going to early morning bootcamp!

What isnt there to like about this place? The coaches are great and committed. The facilities are well taken care of. The community is so uplifting. Give it a try!

This is so much more than a gym, it is a community full of people that support you, uplift you, and share common goals. Crossfit Industrious became one of the best things my life in their first 6 months of business. My son trained me at home before that. After my 1st visit to the gym I was hooked. Molly and Stephen run the best crossfit gym around. They are amazing coaches who really care about their members and treat them like family. They have created an atmosphere in the gym where people truly care about each other and support each other. The equipment is the best quality and most up to date equipment available including ski ergs and true form runners. Their fitness programming is the best and so is the weightlifting program. I love this place!It is my home away from home.

I am a member at another Crossfit gym in the area. I have several friends that go to Industrious so I like to drop in there every now and then. They have a fantastic coaching staff, they are one of the best equipped gyms I have ever visited, and the people that go there are always friendly and welcoming.

Honestly the best gym. So organised, great coaching. Just the best bang for your buck.

Industrious its my happy place! Knowledgeable staff/coaches! Before stopping at Industrious I went gym shopping, seriously, I visited 4 gyms and then, after an intro class, I knew this was my home gym! Molly and Stephen have a phenomenal team of coaches!

INDUSTRIOUS SLU REVIEW:I love them.The facility is super clean (Coach Steve-O was sweeping the sidewalk, lol), and beautiful. Equipment is high quality, well maintained, and organized very clearly. They have space for organized classes and a space for open gym/drop ins that you can use through out the day.I dropped in while Steve-O and Jeremy were coaching. Both of them are very knowledgeable and supportive coaches who make sure that everyone has a great class experience regardless of ability. No previous crossfit/fitness experience is necessary and they are more than willing to suggest appropriate scaling options.Also they’re apparel is super cute and the music is great!In full disclosure I’ve been a member of their Lynnwood location for about 5 years, but if I were a first timer I would give them 5 stars anyways because they run a tight ship and all of their staff are amazing (and I’ve dropped in at a fair number of places over the years) and if my experience at lynnwood is any indication you’ll have a great time!Check the website/download the app to check class times, or just give them a call, they’re really accessible.
