Great at being relational while also giving members the guidance they need to excel at their fitness so they can achieve their goals. Whether you live in the area or are in town visiting, I highly recommend!

CrossFit Advantage is an awesome place to go workout. Trainers take the time and listen to you and help you achieve your fitness goals. Very friendly vibe and the small group atmosphere allows extra attention to form and quality of the workout.

Ive been a member at CFA for around 2 years now, and I cant say enough good things about my experience there. It is an amazing community and facility; it doesnt feel like going to a gym... just moving heavy things with your friends! They have extremely high quality coaches that always go the extra mile to ensure thinks are clicking for you. With in-house PT experts as well, it really cant be beat!

I was looking for a box to drop in at while visiting the area and I am glad tha I found this one. They responded to my email very quickly even though it was a holiday. The facility was awesome, the people were very welcoming and the trainer knew his stuff.
