I made the perfect decision to join 24hr fitness. I love this place and all the staffs - James who was very accommodating, Ryan who went through goal and program setting with me and Kristen my fitness coach who was very patient and understanding. You all made sure to me safety above all and to deliver results. I appreciate it all! Keep it up and I wish you guys to continue that exceptional brand of customer service. Best of luck!
I cant handle the sauna with mask, sad
CJ’s Level 2 Silver Sneakers classes on Mondays and Fridays are the highlight of my week! She gives plenty of instructions, in advance of each move, her instructions are crystal clear, her choice of music is perfect for the tempo of her workouts, she gives options for increasing intensity, and her own movements are perfectly in step with the music. You will LOVE her classes!
The place is conveniently located on the outer ring of the Alderwood Mall. There is ample parking avaliable and the lot is well lighted during nights. As far as the club, they have good complement of Cardio equipment, weight lifting and toning machines, hall for group sessions, etc. They are staffed with friendly personnel and always ready to help!
I like this gym. Lots of equipment for lifting, 3 power racks with deadlift platforms, and an awesome pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room
Older machines and not much equipment compared to LA fitness. Lot of machines only have 1, or dont even have, so you have to wait. You also have to bring your own basketballs which I thought was weird. Then after being called and emailed multiple times I even called to have them place me on the DNC list and they still emailed me....no now a review.
A while back i was personally trained by a blonde woman. I was Not satisfied with my session. She seemed very inexperienced and un professional. Did not help me have confidence in the work out at all. She was constantly on her phone and was wasn’t focusing on the session.
Stay away, they will never stop billing you. I cancelled my account pre-covid, they billed me anyway, I didnt notice it, now there isnt even a location still open to attempt tp speak with someone. Dont waste time calling them either, this is a nightmare.
Hunter Bisset was best to the customer service. Thank you for your first class service Bisset!!!Revised.Today 07/01/2021, general manager James S Gabbert Jr. explained the benefits of 24Fitness Membership club. I signed up. Thank you for your professional services James.
This 24 hour fitness is certainly cleaner than the Northgate one !It’s a different layout than I am used to but it seems to have everything I am seeking.Pools are closed currently due to water issues ?
Just being open is great for me. In addition, the staff is doing a great job keeping everyone healthy. Checkin and reservations work great, and 45 min sessions are just long enough to feel like you did something. Thanks to the great 24 hour staff for making this work!
Staff is really nice!! Shoutout to Cody :) super helpful.
The worstand frustrating experience. 1 treadmill stops abruptly, 1 declines abruptly and often, and some it is so hard to press buttons.Other Information:It got basket ball court. Group class. Cycling class (around 25 bikes it got i guess), first come first serve during classes. You can reserve your spot 1hr before by paying $1. it got thread mills, cycles, 2 rowing machine, trx, steps. I feel all this equipment are old. In the top floor it got all weight machines. There are huge collection that are missing compared to seattle downtown 24 fitness. In the ground floor it also got souna and swimming pool. As default it got showers.
Great staff friendly and willing to answer questions. Clean organized and well kept.
💚 Its a 24 hour fitness. Its one of the larger ones I believe, thou the layout an looks may make it feel midsized, its definitely not one of the small ones. It has one heavy bag, a ton of machines (no forearm machine if you traveled the nation looking for one like I have), a few of the newer olympic lift platforms with the cushioned drop spots. A bike area, some cardio areas, a smaller treadmill section (unless there is more in that area I have not went to yet), a pool, nice workers. The restricted locker an shower area for the agenda 21 society restructuring ; err I mean covid panic, could use some fixing. 🏴☠️
Its a great place to wear yourself out, regenerate and the staff so friendly and helpful
Awesome service! The team really went above and beyond to help!
The mask I had has no filtration rating and does nothing to protect myself or others from covid, but apparently thats perfectly fine with the staff here. Especially Shailyn. (the mask-enforcing staff member in question) The only practical thing it does is restrict breathing, increasing the danger of respiratory distress and passing out, which she seemed okay with too. I informed Shailyn of this as well as telling her I would hold her personally responsible for any medical bills I would incur should this happen (not 24Hour Fitness - herself) and she seemed happy to oblige. I dont mind masking up while on the weights, but doing so for cardio is reckless. Ill let my membership run out, then Im not renewing, because the staff here are unsafe.
I’m very disappointed you decided to change course and close the pool. And then use the excuse that the State Guidelines changed yesterday which they did not. Now I’m forced to go back to the City pool which is still open with a lot more people allowed in the pool. If I go everyday it’s going to cost me $140 a month to swim for 1 hour a day... After 8 years with you I’m definitely a gym free agent. My swimming workout is very important to me. I wish it was just as important to you...
James the GM was very helpful getting me started
For the most part, these gyms are .. mostly clean, but still smell of mid- aughts sweat and rubber coated plate weights. Generally speaking, most 24-hour fitness clubs here no longer have the towel service, nor the smoothie bar. This one has 4 squat racks, the steam and dry sauna, and programmable locks on the lockers.Ive learned to ignore the deficiencies and focus on the workout pump. Friendly staff at all, including trainers. All have plenty of complimentary parking, all have lap pools, all have free weights, all have a variety of cardio machines. Just sign up and commit to go!
I am only giving 4 stars because I would like to use their personal trainer service but I can’t afford a package. Having a small group session at a lower cost would work for me.I have found the staff awesome and the equipment just fine. Some equipment shows wear so if u are looking for new equipment then u should probably look for a club that charges far more than $30 per month. Or there is also a new equipment store around the corner.
Excellent equipment, friendly helpful staff
They name is 24 hr fitness why they not open 24 hrs???
My wife and I bought a Costco membership for 24 hour fitness. Because of the lockdown, our local gym is shut down for good. We are not going to drive 13 miles to another branch. Because nobody could be reached to cancel our account, I had to file a case with the Attorney General of Washington State. Days later, 24 Hour Fittness’s legal department responded by having us go to Costco and get a refund from them. I paid Costco, Costco had to have paid 24 Hour Fitness. There is something wrong with that picture. How can 24 Hour Fittness be allowed to keep operating? This is theft.
This is the best Anytime Fitness Ive ever been to in both the UK and the US. I love it so much, in fact, that Ive actually just booked an earlier flight so Ill have time to workout here before I have to be boring. Top of the line equipment, workers who actually smile at you, and all of that space! Cant wait to return.
9pm is too early to close. 10 pm would be acceptable but I think we all deserve a discount at this point
Very clean! low monthly prices!!!
Maddie at the front desk was amazing! Gave me a great tour, a lot of information, and was genuinely friendly, kind, smiling, inviting, and a pleasure to talk to! (Are those enough buzz words?😅) I might not be signing up today, but the quality of service is definitely swaying my decision in 24 hours favor! I hope everyone at that gym provides the same level of positive, friendly, above and beyond service! Maddie truly provided an incredible experience today. 😀- Moisey Meyer
Friendly front desk staff! My wife and I feel welcome and are always treated well. They have a lot of cardio and weight equipment. The members are pretty much all business-they, friendly, but focused on working out. Im pretty happy with this gym.
If you like a gym where it’s a 50/50 chance your treadmill works, the weight equipment is outdated and broken for days and weeks on end then come here. The paper towel dispensers are empty often at times and fencing on the second floor isn’t properly secured so that’s a huge lawsuit waiting to happen. I’ve been deployed to Afghanistan and went to gyms that had better equipment. Gonna be canceling and going somewhere else soon.
Had a membership at 24hr fitness for roughly 15yrs if not longer. Im finally tired of no parking and all the broken equipment so I cancelled my membership. 3 months later I discovered they havent cancelled my membership and have been charging me even though I moved on. Be careful.
The facility is older and you can tell it is a Sport 24h Fitness and not a Super Sport. Equipment is older and well-used, but it is generally in good condition. That said, the people there are great. The instructors know what they are doing and give a great work out. The facility staff are responsive and helpful. The childcare area is well-kept and the staff that watch the kids seem to genuinely enjoy being with the kids.
I been going to 24 hours gym for over 20 years. The front desk staff are great and i have been enjoying the classes for years. I am beyond disappointed with the management. I usually drop my kids at the kids club and join the clases. A couple weeks ago, after i paid for the kids club, i was told there is a 45 min wait. I missed my class because of it. I waited 45 min since i already paid but was not able to use the kids club for the 2 hours i paid for. It was time for the kids club to close after an hour or so and was paged. I talked to the supervisor and asked for a partial refund. I did not use the 2 hours i paid and i was not told there will be a 45 min wait. If i knew there was a 45 min wait, i would not have paid. I was told by the supervisor i was not going to get a refund. I did not even ask for a full refund but still the answer was no. I asked to speak to a manager but he was not there and was told he will get back to me. He did not, i went back last week and asked the supervisor again, same answer you are not getting a refund and the manager will get back to you. Another week passed. This is not about the refund but the fact that there is a process issue but management did not care enough to address it. This is bad customer service and hope they will lesrn their mistake and implement a process to let the customers know a head of time how long they have to wait before making the customers pay for the services they did not receive.
Love this gym.I feel comfortable working out here better than I do at LA FITNESS. People come here to work hard and sweat not just to flex and pick up chicks or d**k. Trainer that I met was really nice and smart and amazing. Needless to say I dropped my membership at LA fitness even tho there three convenient locations close to me and I would have to drive a lil distance to get the 24 hour fitness. But its worth it! I love the fact its 24 hours better for my work schedule and I feel like the place is a bit more sanitized then LA Fitness
I wouldnt recommend this gym. It is a little outdated. Lots of treadmills are broken or dont function well, there was a water leak in the main gym from when it poured that made a decent size puddle and the steam room is down at least 2-3 times a month. The water heater for the showers has gone out several times while I have been a member. Other then that, staff is friendly, minus the bodybuilder trainer they have.
Friendly club that’s keeping it clean!
I remember this location when it was brand new!!It doesnt matter who the manager is.Now its a DUMP!!Equipment is old, some new.The pool area is definitely aCESS POOL and has NEVER BEEN DRAINED FOR CLEANING!!!! They just keep adding chlorine.....The staff friendly, but just a bunch of brown noses to keep their jobs.Corporate needs to see this place....
This place is a mess at best, horrible front desk, the employees tend to not know what they are doing. The whole place just smells worn out and in need of a change, in short the whole place is falling apart!!
Do not commit to full year membership!!! They tell you you have to pay a small fee if you cancel, but then when you try, they hit you with paying off the remainder of the year. Manager and employees were not helpful at all.
The layout is great. Weight room upstairs and cardio downstairs, keeps if from feeling too crowded. But I had my wallet stolen out of my locker which had a lock on it (the lock disappeared too) the 3rd time I had ever been there so I won’t be going back. They didn’t really seem to care and while I completely understand it’s not there responsibility the fact that it happened at there gym and they were fine with it says a lot.
Professional coach and beautiful place .
Basketball environment is pretty good there. Members who play are more easy going and fun loving. The court could be better. The runs are good.
This place is overhyped because it’s next to the mall. The amount of money I pay a month isn’t worth coming here. The equipment is disgusting and old. The pool and hot use never gets cleaned, it’s always dirty and yellow. The showers is absolutely disgusting urine everywhere and hair everywhere. Worst of all, the managers here are excuse makers, liars, scammers. They make up stupid reasons when a customer asks or needs something. Especially James the manager. I would highly recommend anybody who is looking for a gym to attend and join, pick a different one and a new one.
My Gym .. Place where everyone knows your Name .. Clean and real .. Been here for a long time .. we are a family and if you dont like being in a melting pot of an abundance of different People we dont want you here .. Go to La Fitness ..
I am an all club member who visits multiple clubs for classes. I found this clubs management skills go above and beyond to help there members. James specifically helped my son and i when it really mattered. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond expectation. Thank you James
I was looking for a new gym and ONLY wanted a tour and pricing in order to compare with others. I stated this a couple of times and although the staff was very nice I felt the sales approach to be quite scripted and forced and when I was ready to leave I felt like I was being pressured in to signing up TWICE and then a third time when I was introduced to a supervisor.Gym seemed nice and rates werent bad, but I didnt sign up purely due to the sales approach.
Cancelling my membership as soon as I get off work tomorrow. I signed up at Tour de Terrace two years ago and have been a member since. When I signed up, I was told I could bring in guests as long as they had a guest pass (and hadnt had one in the past year.)I went to bring in two of my friends this evening to use the pool and hot tub area. They had previously considered membership, but we werent in the mood to go through the whole spiel this evening and just wanted to use the hot tub before heading home. I had not had issues before this evening, and had in fact brought in two other people (with guest passes!) who eventually became members. We were told that they had to pay the day fee of $20 (which I was not told about when I signed up) even though it was 9:00 and we were intending to go into the hot tub for a total of 10-15 minutes after work.On top of that, the employee who was supposed to set them up with their guest passes was busy chatting with another employee rather than helping us, and we sat for ten minutes before the employee at the front desk had to call them AGAIN to get their attention.Overall, it was an extremely upsetting experience and I expect more from a gym that I pay $45/month to attend.I have told my father (whose company incentivizes employees to join 24 hour fitness as their gym of choice by reimbursing their membership fees) and if this issue does not get the resolution Im expecting, we will be cutting off that program and switching to L.A. Fitness. Company-wide.Furthermore, I will be posting this on Angies list AND google reviews, as well as calling their corporate office and flying in for a face-to-face appointment if necessary.
Have been using the lap swimming pool for over six years now, usually swimming 3 times a week. Hardly anybody takes a shower before entering pool or hot tub, especially the ladies. Hot tub often smells intensely like urine, sometimes like feces, too. This location has a very high number of people spending hours on end in the pool area, with no intention to exercise. They hang out in the pool to bathe, chat, cool down after hot tub/sauna, not paying any attention to members there to swim laps. Never saw staff asking people to use the lap swimming pool for exercising only. Some water walkers and lots of noodle swimmers. By far, most users dont enter pool to swim. Free-for-all atmosphere. Creates a stressful experience. I never know if I will be able to exercise, or if someone will disrupt my workout. Showers moldy and grimy. Bathroom floors in front of urinals usually urine soaked. Trash and debris around pool might stay there for days. Poor upkeep. Repairs often take weeks. Friendly staff.
No hot water in showers. Front desk asserts that policy(?) does not allow notjfication to be provided to members.
I’d like to get compliment to Alec Bulat the fitness trainer manager of Lynnwood location. He is the most caring, and kind trainer who profoundly cares about clients well being to reach their goal. So, people go to 24 hours lynwood location and ask for Alec to be your trainer👍👍
Clean, friendly, lots to do. The only way I can think that they could improve on the experience is 1) make it cheaper to add family members. And 2) add a climbing wall.
Most terrible customer service ever! Only what you can hear is sorry about that, but there is nothing what we can do !!They making you make calls in circle.Even when you try to explain whats going on they dont listen. They telling one story when you call 1 888 number and totally different when you call your local gym. When you cancel your membership after one year they charge annual fee for next year even if you cancel on time. When you complain again, answers is there is nothing what we can do!After all phone calls I visit club in person.Gym manager didnt even want to seat with me couple minutes to listen. She was speaking with me over check in desk. She printed my contract and she keep telling me there is nothing what I can do.Absolutely ZERO interest to help me!Over past year I complained so many times about people not taking shower between sauna/steam room/swimming pool!Smell of urine in sauna/steam room and jacuzzi is so strong sometimes.I have my skin and eyes irritated in sauna 5-6 times because somebody using strong essential oils. All what they can say is we will make note!Next week all the same! After all this my opinion is they only care about your money!!I personally will never use 24 hours fittnes!!!!
A decent facility with all the amenities that you need to get your sweat on. This place would get a 5 stars if it were not for the high car prowls and items stolen from lockers.
Locker room floors are gross. Not sure of they ever wipe down inside of lockers either. Some machines need parts repaired or replaced due to damage or simply missing. They need to better maintain and clean their machines. For instance, pedal portion of ellipticals have sticky black gunk that sticks to your shoe. Very annoying.Parking can be hard to find during peak hours. Glad this location is convenient and offers a pool, sauna, group classes, and ball court.
Just moved to the greater Seattle area, and followed the prompts on the Google Maps search for the free 3 day pass, attached here. There are a few gym options in the area, and I was looking forward to sampling this 24 Hour Fitness location. I went in the next morning at 5 AM to start my first day of my three day pass, and was turned away because I needed to come in at 10 AM to activate the pass with a sales person. When I mentioned that there was no such disclaimer listed in the promotion, her response was that it was covered under the “other restrictions may apply“ section of the promotion. Hmm...Because I drove 15 minutes to get there, I pleaded with the receptionist to possibly allow me to work out, even if there was a small fee. They then proceeded to charge $20 to work out, which certainly defeated the point of any sort of promotional workout coupon redeemed or discount to try the facility.
3 electrical outlets in the mens locker room were out. I advised then on 3 occasions including the assistant manager. They were still out the last time I was there. Visited the day of this review and they were fixed so raised from poor to good. Also, there have been repeated problems with the pool, sauna etc. These were fixed as well.I attend a yoga class and there have been several times when the instructor didnt show up. We have a new, very young instructor. This club needs to improve.
This is a busy gym for sure. The staff seem nice, and I like that they dont try to sell you training every time you walk through the door. Can get a bit crowded. This is one of their older gyms, but they do have a pool, basketball court, cycling, and lots of machines to use.
BEWARE: 50% of machines out of commission with DO NOT USE yellow laminated signs taped on them. Walked in to Lynnwood with the website advising NEWLY REMODELED club for over a year. Walk upstairs and most equipment has pads, rollers, seating missing from equipment. Hack squat, leg press, leg extension and multiple machines are broken. Facilities guy spotted downstairs with his cart and in no hurry to get to all the broken equipment upstairs. Walked in, walked out 10 minutes later to another location. Shouldve photographed the amount of yellow signs posted but another member probably will soon.
Just moved to Lynnwood in May. Chose 24 because they were close. Since becoming a member Ive been treated with respect and the very few concerns I had were addressed and handled timely. The General Manager is wonderful, he helped me and took care of me when I first started. The staff that I bump inot on a daily basis will say hello and ask me how Im doing. The atmosphere from LA fit to 24 is unreal. I have all the equipment I need and when I asked about one that seemed to not be working properly I met Jay the maintenance tech. He came over as I was there and fixed the machine I was using. Most gyms do not have a service tech on hand, it makes a difference. From what Ive heard it sounds like the management has changed some and most of the other gym goers I talk to agree that the club has been the better for it. Issues may have existed in the past but for the last 3 months Ive loved this place. Give it a try before just reading a review.
The staff are good but the gym itself could use some improvement. Equipment is broken often and not fixed for a very long time. Also, the cleanliness is questionable. It gets the job done but could be better.
Lots of cardio equipment, a decent weight room, lap pool and jacuzzi. Havent taken a class yet, but they always seem pretty full.
New equipment. Small and comfortable. Nice people who work out. Clean. Not crowded (but I was there in a Sunday)
I love my trainer and they have a pool/ sauna/steam room. Even my baby loves the daycare there.
Wanted to come check out the gym as I was interested in maybe joining since a friend goes there a lot. I showed up to pay for a guest pass which he was told $10. Only had time for an hour and showed up. Lady at the front desk said it was $20 and was rude about it when asking what happened to the $10. Not going to pay $20 For one hour at a place I would consider joining. Especially when you can get a free three day pass, yet $20 For one hour guest pass). They lost a potential customer and I will now look else where for a gym to go to.
Its an older facility, but still clean and tidy. Love the staff, especially those who work at the kids club, my kids love them while we are there.
The best way to put it is out of date. The equipment is broken all the time. If its not broken its worn-out to to point of being hard to use. They have ONE squat rack, so good luck on leg day. And the weights are never in order
Dirty, broken equipments, class timings make no sense. If there is body pump at 9:30 am Wednesday then the next you can go at the same time is Saturday. People have same work schedule every week mostly, how can you manage the classes? It use to way better before the new manager came in. The pool area is under construction very often. Sorry to say but nothing good to talk about.
Its a pretty average 24 hour fitness. Decently clean and well maintained. However because its next to the mall and many housing developments it can get VERY body sitting peak hours.
Its a basic gym. Older, not much space for bodyweight exercises. The classes are generally good, plenty of cardio options. Needs updating and a pool. (Shoreline location)
I wish I could give it zero stars! I canceled our membership for my husband and I two months ago and they keep charging me, insane, not recommended, not professional.
Club is a little old. They do pretty good at maintaining it, but it is showing its age. Could use a couple more squat racks.
I prefer to go to the SuperSport locations but this particular 24 is closest to me. This particular location seems to have many machines as well as bathroom fixtures in disrepair. These particular machines and fixtures have been in disrepair for months. Other than that, no towels, and the lack of nearby parking, it’s okay. The staff are friendly and like all 24 locations, it’s open 24 hours. I’m content and plan to stay but hopefully they will improve on this maintaince issue at some point (or build a 24 SuperSport location in Lynnwood)!
An ok gym but i dont think i will be visiting this gym anymore. I am a member of planet fitness as well in Seattle and their gym is much bigger with more workout machines and they are all new. And you get to pay only 10$ for their gym membership. This 24 hour fitness gym is small and crowded with workout machines and has old and some broken treadmills and workout equipment. Apperently the manager does not care about this gym at all. Only reason i would go here is to play basketball, if i dont want to go further to other gyms, use treadmills, have a short workout.
Full of meat heads and hard to find a parking spot. Decent weights
Busy place. Lots of cardio equipment. Due to high traffic, a machine or two is always under repair. Decent weight room but some people dont rerack. Restroom is always damp and stinky, otherwise locker room is fine. Go early morning or late evening to avoid the crowd. Parking can get difficult during peek hours but luckily theres mall parking.
Lots of equipment and staff is always helpful and friendly. There is even a pool here. Unfortunately, people that workout here are lazy and do NOT care about anyone but themselves. No one bothers to rack wieghts when theyre done, or put back dumbbells when theyre done. No one bothers to clean up the garbage they left strung all over the place. And when something does get put back its just thrown anywhere in no particular order. Lazy people are ruining this gymn. Its sad.
Oval all a good gym bit could be better maintained. Soauna and bathrooms are always in need of repair.
Friendly staff but the showers sting so bad I dont know if the use glass cleaner for mop floor or clean restrooms .. I am in the cleaning business, I know about it and this is not good. Also the really need a a dryer machine at the showers same like 24 hrs fitness of Everett silverlake location they have one. I have to take my wet swim suit back home it will help a lot a swim suit dryer.
The gym itself is okay. Has good equipment. Things are broken. The manager is a bit rude.
Towels, daycare, every possible machine and form of work out equipment available. Been a member for 10 years and i have seen the gym grow with the times. HIT, CROSSFIT, TRAINERS, you name it they have it.
It is okay. Disappointed in the pool, the cost is reasonable but no swimsuit dryers or towel service. For that you have to pay more and go to a posh neighborhood.
Company has made it basically impossible to cancel during Covid-19. No one to reach by phone. If you dont know your membership number there is no way to cancel online. Have tried multiple times to contact via email with automatic responses or responses form employees that do not cancel the account.
All the customers do is sexually harass the female employees during their graveyard shifts. Its disgusting and there should be more security before a crime occurs. There is no onsite secuirty or backup for these women in the evening. The lack of these 2 things makes me wonder. A billion dollar company cannot provide the basic safety necessities and emergency resources in case there is a problem at these late hours. I dont advise females to use this facility after 11pm; its not a gym at these hours, its a pool of gross people with alterior motives that do not relate to working out at all; coming from a husband of 2 children. Good luck, bring pepper spray
The 100+$ annual fee is a fraudulent tactic they deliberately wont tell the customers when signing up, but then send in email. They say it is the customer s mistake to ignore that. Then why advertise just the monthly cost everywhere. I was horrified to see other customers too in google reviews post this. And why dont you charge annual fee on sign-up (are you afraid customers will back out the very next day?)I reviewed a lot of stores, and never rated less than 3 before even if the experience was bad, andDear 24hr fitness - by 2018 standards you handled this terribly and horribly. So ... it looks like ... Businesses like Costco who advertise their annual fee upfront on sign-up by being transparent to their customers are idiots then. These two points I gave is only for the physical trainers n other support staff who are 5/5. 0/5 for the sales team.I joined 24x7 in nov and I really told them that I will come for 5 months only. I was never told about annual fee. Then, I was surprised to see additional charge of 149$ in jan. I spoke the main manager at lynnwood location, spoke about it in detail. There was no admission of any kind of mistake from their side, i was repeatedly told they understood my concern but they cant do anything about it ... Seriously, it was my mistake to not check all the fine prints, and no other effort from his side to investigate further and rectify this.Damn it, for gods sake ... I havent signed up for this online or on amazon to miss the fineprint. Instead I visited ur facility, inquired in person about the plans, and this should have been the first few things i should have been told. Thats when I looked up other reviews - and am shocked to see other reviewers suffer the same fate. This is when i understood it was a deliberate tactic. When there were customers who reported the same before me and it still happened to me, i will leave it to ur conscience what it implies about their sales team.As for the annual fee i paid, i disputed the charge and got back the money. 5/5 for amex here.I strongly believe you should do the same if you fall into this category.
Annoying annual fee randomly charged without any consent when we signed up. Its really shady how they having random fees just to get money out of people pocket. Managers dontt know how to help out customer and instead keep repeating same thing over and over. So frustrated.
Unfriendly stuff. Showed my guest pass Hector said there is no sales advisor come back in bfore 8pm cannot let me in even with guest pass. Lol
Great pool, always clean, helpful staff, good prices, cant complain about a thing.
24 hour fitnes they are not onest they tell you they have .A good deal no contact after the join they still your money with out your permissions it Is not a aetgood place to be members ship with them. I dont recommend any body member ship in 24 hour fitnes. They layers they are not onest!!!!!!!
Decent gym, however every single machine is on the brink of breaking apart. The smith machine is horrible, unusable. Weights are all over the place, cable crosses are a lot of the times stuck in their position. The water fountain barely works, benches are wobbly. When letting the workers know about the problems that have been existing for months they always reply with Oh, we had no idea! Ill forward it to the owner .On top of this, it is usually very busy.
I am so tired of all the broken machines. They always have around 10 machines broken.. It is very hard at peak hours when everyone wants to work out and 6 treadmills are out of commission.
First time here today and at the gym ever....the people at the front desk helped me out w/ the locker room and the machines :) . def will be back💅🏾
Contrary to other 24 Hour Fitness locations (at least ones that Im familiar with) they dont provide towels which seems like a no-brainer for a gym. Staff is very friendly, but there seems to be a lot of broken and/or malfunctioning equipment.
Not impressed!!! The facility was dirty, smelly and way too hot. The equipment was worn and not well taken care of. Disappointed that there was no towel service. I couldnt get my run over fast enough. I will never go back!
Front desk is rude. If youre not there to sign up for a membership or work out they dont care about you.
This gym is terrible I got staph infection twice the machines are not clean and the service is terrible first they con you with signing a contract so you are forced to go here for at least a year. Their equipment is always broken. There people are rude. Go to la fitness!
Always friendly staff and very clean locker rooms and equipment
Love the club, great placw to work out and socialize.
Good place with a lot of options for losing weight.
