This is a really nice car wash. I just purchased the monthly membership and it’s honestly dirt cheap compared to buying per wash. They put a sticker on your car that automatically scans your membership so you roll into the car wash within seconds. The staff are also so helpful and friendly! I highly recommend getting the membership!!

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!They scratch an entire side of my vehicle. When I spoke to Justin the manager he pretty much called me a lair and to pack sand. So the safe wash guarantee is BS. Let your kids wash your car its safer and they will do a better job. Google doesnt allow 0 stars but I would give thus location -5 stars and a bill for almost $5,000. Finally got to run thru this one... they were offering a free car wash so we hopped in the long line of cars ahead. The staff was very prompt to get everyone lined up, they had things well orchestrated and kept things rolling right along. I think we maybe spent 10 minutes for the entire process including the 4 or so minutes to wait in line. The car wash was good, it isnt a touchless car wash its as close to the real deal as one can get around here. Plus, did I mention the wash was free to begin with! The results were great! Car was clean it was awesome! Thank you brown bear car wash!I recommend stopping by if you need a quick wash or vacuum this is the place to do it. Right one the corner, cant miss the big brown bear out front!

Initial screen where you pay for the car wash is not the best if you use your knuckles. Have to use your fingertips, unfortunately. Or the plastic gloves that are, conveniently, next to the screen. I’d recommend to bring some hand sanitizer if you don’t wanna use the plastic gloves.This car wash seems to be more modern than any of the other ones I’ve been to, expected since it was built not that long ago. That being said, will definitely come back.Would give 5 stars but 4 cuz of the payment touch screen.

My seven year old calls it The Monster House!!! I dont have a super fancy car, but this wash is FUN to go through and he LOVES it so we go through when it is sunny and we drive by it. It is a soapy light show inside with monster brushes that scrub the car and it shakes the car while you go down the conveyor belt. You would think it was a ride at an theme park.worth the 8 bucks for the solid two minutes of giggles and laughter from my little! 😍❤️

I have been using this car wash since 2018. Not until about this month have I notice any scratches on my Chevy Volt 2017 (Zelda Edition) until today. Where I see a. Eyelash scar on the side above the back tire. I go to wipe this white eye lash off and lord behold it’s a scratch!!! It must be from the new green bristles the have. Be warned. They SCRATCH THE F*CK out of your car. Go ANYWHERE else. Forever.

Brand new facility. Got my buddies truck squeaky clean on the cheap wash. Free clean, moist towels available for hand dry and inside areas. The vacuum on turbo mode will clean neglected carpet in one pass. Worth it. If you plan and have a helper, three minutes gets it done with time to spare.

It was a good place to wait in line even though there are two lines and four vehicles that came in after me got before me first, due to a client having to be dealing with something that caused our line to wait longer. The car wash was fast enough in itself though.

Nice, new facility. The attendants are very nice and helpful. It is on a small lot so be careful entering or exiting the property. There is no self service carwash but there are vacuums. If your car has a rear wiper, you can ask for the attendant to tape it down so the car wash machine doesnt pull it off.

In love taking my car here. It looks really nice after the 1 minute car was and after I can vacuum the car and there is garbage cans so I can throw any garbage away.

Very good car wash! My car came out clean, needing very little touch up afterwards. The whole facility was very clean and organized.

Had a attentent almost lead me into hitting the car in front of me and blame it on me. My windows were up and he was pointing at the neutral sigh like I was an idiot. I didnt follow him completely at the beginning, so it was all good.

Convenient with the monthly membership. We dont have to play with paying every trip, and no limits on how many washes a month.My only wish is they would provide more delay between cars when it is busy. Its likely just me, but cant see what is in front or behind me, I want a little elbow room for error.

Quick and clean.The vacuum worked really well.The dog hair is gone!!!I did notice my rims were not very clean, I asked for cleaner and the guy told me to use the window wash. I found that odd.As I was cleaning inside of the car an associate came over and offered advise on a good wheel cleaner. I thought that was nice of him.

So far so good. I have the membership so I got all the benefits that comes with it. Employees are always nice and treat you with kindness and courtesy.

Absolutely love this location! I have been a monthly member for almost 3 years now and I enjoy experiencing all of their locations—that being said, I love this location almost the most because of how easy it is to enter the automated wash, compared to other locations. The track is unlike any other wash that I’ve been to and I will go 30 miles out of my way to go to this location, just for the ease of the track. It is a newer location as well so it’s always kept very clean and tidy. There are plenty of vacuums and you hardly ever have to wait to use one.

Went through for a quick wash and came out with this weather strip hanging off my car. Luckily this piece just clips and tapes back into place. Definitely do not recommend a car wash that damages vehicles.

Removed 1 star because you have to pay to use the vacuums. In Boise, when you pay for a car wash, the vacuums and trash cans are free. Otherwise it was pretty darn good and cleaned my truck very well.

The car wash is fast and convenient but like most it misses some spots. The vacuums are turbo charged and clean very well. They provide cleaning wipes, glass cleaner and towels for your interior.

They have a good system that does no damage to your vehicle if all is tight. i have a membership that cost me about $22.oo per month, and i use it between four and twelve times per month. The value is superb. Then i can buy extras if so inclined. They have rags and pay vacuums for my convenience.

It does a really good job and I dont believe they can make it any simpler for anybody just drive in slide the card in pick your wash and go. I needed to edit my review because Auto spelling the place does a good job.

We received a voucher for a free car wash, and having never been to this particular brand/type of car washes before I can honestly say it was an interesting experience. Very cool. They have vacuums, and free to use glass cleaner and towels. Employees are in buttons ups and dress pants???. Very professional but unusual for a car wash. Overall our car came out looking brand new almost. Would recommend.

This location has the best vacuums for sure! Word of warning, the wash tunnel exit has to cross traffic with those entering the parking lot off of 99 and people arent always paying attention. Be careful!

I had a coupon from Magic Toyota. The gentleman at Brown Bear offered an upgrade to add wax for $6.00, which I did. The car cleaned up nicely and the staff was courteous. Easy peasy.

I recently had my car egged and I was extremely frustrated by the immature incident. I went to Brown Bear because it is close to my work, and DJ the attendant there was incredibly helpful at helping me remove the egg that could of been irreversible to my paint job! I recommend his attention to detail and customer service.

What a wonderful experience! Came by this Sunday for a quick wash. First time at the new brown bear in Lynnwood. Nice kid at the front of the line even asked courteously if I’d like him to remove my antenna for me so it wouldn’t risk damage. I obliged and although he was unsuccessful, I admired that he made the effort to even notice, and ran for a tool when he struggled to get the antenna lose.5 stars.

If youre coming from the north, this place is nearly impossible to get to, you cant turn left into it and you cant get to the car wash from the side street. The left turn lane doesnt permit u-turns either, and its a photo enforced red light. There are not very good indications of where to go once you get into the parking lot. The car wash was fine. It cleaned most of the exterior, but I still had to manually scrub off some small stuff before waxing. My pressure washer has a hard time getting those off, so its not really a big problem. I chose only the minimum car wash, so maybe the more expensive options would do better.

I had an abysmal experience with the two men working the car wash. They almost caused me an accident and told me to go neutral twice when I was in drive on the tracks. They did not help me with my inquiries as well and one was loud to me.

This is an updated brown bear car wash facility. Cards are accepted for not only the wash but the vacuums. Finally! They also have several converted vacuum spaces for a rainless vacuum or sunless wax. I have been a fan of Brown Bear car wash for their convenient locations, value for price, and commitment to helpful service. I like a clean car and I like being able to clean it myself. BB makes that easier for me to do. Don’t be afraid of the lines! They go quickly.

I cant believe the customer service during this trip; terrible experience. Went to the car wash and was asked that not only the car needed to be put in neutral, but traction control needed to be off? What kind of barely trained employees are working here? That is bogus to have to do (traction control will not engage when vehicle is in neutral already! I had been to this car wash location over 20 times and never had to do such a thing.) and employee was extremely rude and even reached into the car to push it for me. Disappointed with this location of Brown Bear Car Wash, definitely can not bring my business here again after this experience.

I prefer this one over the one in north everett. I noticed a few more mop style brushes and car came out clean.

Do not take your car to this place. Came for a car wash on brand new paint and came out all blemished and not right. Even the employee at the time said it doesnt look right and to fill out a damage report to give to the manager. Manager refused to do anything, super unprofessional and basically came up with every excuse possible that their car wash wouldnt do that and it was something that I DID prior to taking my vehicle there. Terrible customer service and walked away from me while explaining my case. Never again, these people dont care and never went the extra mile to keep a customer happy

The new tunnel wash is great, especially with the new ceramic sealant. However on the three separate occasions I have pulled my truck through, absolutely none of the employees know how to guide a vehicle in. I’ve been using Brown Bear Continuously for 5 years and have never had an issue pulling my truck straight in. But this location insists on directing me too far one way or the other, to the point where Im told I need to reverse and try again. How about you let the driver drive, and if there is an issue go from there, instead of this none-sense. At this point I’d rather drive farther to a different location to avoid this situation all together

I recently suggested a friend go here only to has his vehicle covered in swirl scratches from there dirty rollers. They told him that he was crazy that their carwash didnt do that even though his vehicle was brand new and I personally seen the vehicle before it went. If I was you dont go their they will not cover any damages they cause now he has to go get a paint correction on a new vehicle. The manager walked away after my friend confronted them about lying that their was didnt cause the scratches. I cancelled my membership and will go elsewhere.

For what they charged me for their best car wash I was very disappointed to leave there with my car still dirty. it would have been nice if theyd at least offered to put the car through an additional time to get all the stuff that it had missed the first go through. Im not going to pay for a second time through because you didnt get it clean the first time...

There is too many cars and you have to wait a long time to get your car washed.
