I cannot understand why this business has gotten so many bad reviews. I didn’t want to write a review until I had gone there at least three times. After having my SUV, a MB GLC300, washed there four times over the past three months I must strongly disagree with many of the negative reviews and even question the legitimacy of some of them.Will my car come out of the touchless washing system looking like it has gone to a detailing shop? No, but I can get the road grime and dirt washed off my vehicle 10 to 20 times before I have spent as much as one trip to the detailers. And, I don’t have to worry about my finish possibly being damaged by brushes and sponges which might have grit and other abrasives stuck in or on them.I will continue to use Clearwater Carwash happily and once a year treat my vehicle to a full detailing.THIS IS A VERY GOOD SMALL BUSINESS OFFERING A VERY GOOD SERVICE AT A FANTASTIC VALUE!

Its a typical car wash. Reasonable prices. Small parking lot can be a challenge to move around in. Had a free air hose which is handy.

At best, a light quick rinse, not clean. Our car: just about as in need of a good washing as it was when we had the premium package!

The machine wasnt working for some reason today and the owner is very responsive and took action right away and reimbursed the money. I really Loved it.....having good people in the business (chala)

I could swear that I used to get good washes out of this automatic, brushless car wash, but this last time, after tons of water and soap and more water, my car came out looking almost as dirty as it was when it went in.

Worst car wash I’ve ever had. I opted for the $15 & highest wash and when finished I still had tons of dirt on my car and twigs still stuck in places. It barely looked like it had been cleaned, I was shocked by how little was done. The layout of the car wash itself is also a nightmare and if more than one car is waiting, you will have to wait on 99 in the turning lane. Highly encourage going anywhere else.

I am baffled by people who say “bad location, forensic wash your car at all” and then give it 4 stars. I mean if you think a carwash that doesn’t actually touch your car with a sponge/brush would clean your car like the traditional carwashes, I have nothing else to say. I really wanted to see if this place does “magic” and was correct in my assumption that it does not! It rinses your car, then once the water dries away, your car is back to being as dirty as it was before.

It wont get your car spotless, but it also wont scratch your paint or tear anything off your car. Always well maintained and a quick wash between those more intensive ones.

Good for a quick exterior wash... and thats about it. (Just did the cheapest basic wash, which seemed fine.)There are two touchless car wash bays with automatic wash while your parked in the bay. No self-serve car wash. *THERE ARE NO VENDING MACHINE TO PURCHASE INTERIOR CLEANING PRODUCTS, like ArmorAll, window cleaner, dust cloths, etc.* Nowhere to hose off mats or liners, etc. There are exactly TWO vacuums, awkwardly placed across from each other IN THE DRIVEWAY. You can pay for the car wash with your debit or credit card, but NOT the vacuums. Must have lots of quarters for that. $1 per 4 minutes of vacuuming. Oddly lacking set-up for a car was that looks like a fancy, fully equipped, self-service (or full-service) car wash from the street. Next time Ill just travel the couple extra miles to a Brown Bear car wash— youll know before you arrive that they all offer pretty much the same services & products for full car cleaning... inside & out.

Great touchless car wash. Be careful about when you go as sometimes the line is really long. Late on a weeknight seems to be the sweet spot when no one else gets their car washed.

Ill start by saying my car was really dirty. I brought it here because I just dont have the time to clean it myself. I paid $15 for the best package, but my car came out slightly cleaner only. The car still had a bunch of dust and pollen on it. At first I was frustrated, but then I realize. It costed me only $15. it could have been worse. With that said, I will not be coming back to this car wash. I can have my sibling do it cheaper lol.

Nice car wash nothing special

I spent $15 to clean my car and it didnt do much for cleaning it. I had to go clean it myself. It was a waste of money! I was upset that I spent that kind of money for nothing. Thats what it feels like. Save your money!

The building was clean and accessibility was pretty easy. However my car looked exactly the same as it did when I walked in just wetter. I know people get sarcastic and dramatic on reviews but I can honestly say this was the worst car wash I’ve ever had. I laughed when I saw that all the dirt on my windshield was still there. I don’t know how other touch less car washes that are cheaper do a better job.

The “basic” wash lasted maybe 45 seconds and was almost nothing more than a quick rinse.I’d have been better off waiting for it to rain, which would have done a better job. I feel like a just threw $9 straight into the trash.Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I have been searching for a no touch car wash for months now and found this place tonight. I simply will not allow any of my cars into a paint grinder wash. I got the best wash you can get and loved it. I never let my car get very dirty but this place rocked. It did at least 3 coats of soap a polish and a wax. fantastic rinse after each one and finished with a nice low pressure spot free rinse. my car looked great after.I have used lots of spot free car wash places and this is nearly the best. you need to understand that no touch washes are not meant for cars that get washed once every few months or have mud all over. even then it will not get everything off if your car is only dirty from a week or two of rain. it will leave a very fine layer of dirt that should be cleaned by hand.Dont expect a no touch to ever do as good as a hand wash. when I can I do a 2 bucket hand wash but I live in an apartment so this is my best option followed by some lite detailing after for a quality shine.

My car was Dusty from a lot of summer fun it wasnt perfect but I like the touchless aspect of it and it did the job. I chose the basic car wash for $9.

I was getting a car washed for someone who was having Chemotherapy at the Swedish cancer Institute. The pricier carwash options was purchased. I was so embarrassed by the outcome of the car wash, the car looked dusty and unwashed. I tried to call the carwash office and e-mailed them, just to let them know how bad the service was. No response after almost 2 weeks. So here I am, if negative stars could be given, that would be the option I would have given here on google. Warning: do not support a place that claims to help the earth. If you have to just go get the car rewashed again the same hour.

Great touch free auto wash. Always best to get their best wash as it is only a couple dollars more and you get under carriage wash plus all the waxes and RainX applied. Perfect for a fast winter wash.

Been coming here for years for my little car it tends to work great. The only thing I dont like about this place is when things break you are S.O.L. about getting a refund. Today the sprayer isnt working in the middle only spraying on the sides. It will get fixed and I understand things break, but when I pay $15 for a wash and it malfunctions I expect a refund or another free wash. Things break and to returning customer you should be able to refund or give a free wash when the issue is fixed. This happens very often that I think Ill be looking for a new wash place.

Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t even look like I went through a car wash. Should’ve looked at the reviews, looks like this is the typical result from this place.

Cracked hoses deliver product and water on low pressure and not getting my car clean in any discernible way. It appears that the ownership does not want to pay the overhead to maintain their machines. This is the third visit and the third strike. I will not return. The no touch car wash on Bothell Everett Highway does a much better job.

WORST car was I have EVER been to. Water wash was broken and I had to drive into a different bay with soap all over my car. Got a second wash at the same car wash and it looked the same as it did before I went there. I would not waste your time or money here !

Good car wash has proper water pressure and dryer for vehicle

The worset car wash ever. I live nearby so go there a lot and almost each time I have an issue at this car wash. Sometimes you pay the money or use a ticket but the car wash doesn’t get started. They also use a trick of not having enough shampoo or putting it on low setting so the car doesn’t get washed properly. I have tried calling the number provided there but no one ever answers. In the future I will be saving myself the headache of dealing with this place.

Gave it a try with the coupon they give you at magic Toyota, worst touch-less wash Ive been through. Didnt really get any dirt off the car, didnt do a thorough rinse and left some soap on the car, and the dryer you have to drive though wasnt on long enough to actually dry the vehicle.Ill be telling magic to keep the coupon next time.

I paid for the 2nd best wash (Clear Essentials) for $11, and my truck came out almost as dirty as it went in. I called and left a message, and I emailed photos and my receipt asking for a refund. Eventually, I did get a call back, an apology, and a refund. So I will say that they do have good customer service. But the wash is nothing more than a rinse. Dont waste your money here.

Such a quick and simple wash that it barely cleans anything, plus leaves a bunch of foam on the car when it’s done. Only good for quick refresh if your car is already clean enough. For better results go to a good self service wash instead.

We live down the road from here so we have tried on plenty different occasions and not one of the 10 plus times has are car even come close to clean. We always paid the 15$ or whatever for the best wash other than maybe once and honestly didnt see any difference in either. Finally just gave up and started going else where.

Awful car wash. Didn’t clean my car as much as it left streaks from where the water hit the dirt. Do not recommend going here go to touch less aloha car wash or the touch less at the karmichal auto salon.

While having my car washed here, defective equipment in their car wash cracked my windshield! I brought this to their attention and they acknowledged it and said they would pay for the repairs, and are now summarily dismissing/ignoring my calls to have them fulfill their obligation. This type of unethical business practice should steer anyone away from business here. They admitted that their equipment caused the damage, offered to pay for repairs, and never followed through.

Awful. I picked the best option, and it didnt remove any dust. Any. I got home and thought maybe it just missed the back window somehow, but there was enough dust left on the side door I drew a sad face. Also the blow dry was fairly ineffective. Will not go here ever again.

Automated touchless car wash. Wont leave small scratches like most car washes. It gives a thorough cleaning if you choose one of the mid or high-end options. Its a machine, not perfect but also doesnt leave buff scratches which annoy me more. Taking stars away for not fixing one of the point of sale machines.

Horrible horrible horrible. Why didn’t I read the reviews before throwing away my $15 on this awful business? Didn’t clean my car AT all, I had to find some paper towels in my car to try and get off the dust on my window and it’s completely black. Not happy.

Price has gone up. Convenient. Not always has both bays working. Dont block the bus lane on 99! Cleans well. Give it a try...

I didnt believe it when I was told the mid grade wash job was bad. I tried and wasted 15$ on the top package and my vehicle was still very dirty afterwards.

My car was just as dirty after the carwash as before. I bought the most expensive wash which did nothing. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend to anyone else. If you like to throw money away then this is your place. I would give zero stars if possible

I dont like leaving negative reviews for a place but my last few visits were not good. Not that my car was very dirty in the first place but it sure wasnt clean when I got done. In fact it was visibly still dirty as though I never went through the process. My first clue was that the windshield still had dirt on it. Once I got home just a walk around showed that it didnt even look as thought it was washed. Seeing as that I cant take my project car through a brush, conveyor style car wash, Im guess Im back to hand washing it. I just wont be back Im afraid, the price of a regular car wash with the result of driving through the rain.

It was a great 14$ car wash for a full size truck, I tend to wash it every 2-3 weeks and it took all the road grime from the recent snow completely off, I wouldnt expect it to take off caked mud or anything of that degree, but a touch free car wash has its strengths and this is a great car wash. The many low reviews dont do it justice.

I really should have read the reviews first, Clearwater Car Wash is TERRIBLE! I paid $15 for the best option and all it did was smear the dirt around. It DOES NOT wash your car, just sprays and never actually rinses the dirt off. I paid extra for the undercarriage service and after the wash I dint even believe it sprayed under there, its filthy. It also ripped off one of my mirror panels which I have never seen happen before. Avoid this car wash and ho somewhere else. If you have a smaller car there are plenty of other great washes around and if you are like me and have a large truck, go elsewhere and get a hand wash. Will never return here and I hope this review helps others.

Does not clean full size chevy pickup! I have the same dirt in the side of my pickup that I had when going into the carwash. I paid for the top of the line wash too! So sad

It did not wash as well as Id hoped. The bottom sides were still very dirty. Plus the polish squirted out onto my rear window as my car was in the dryer area, so I had to wash it off once I got home.

$15 to make my dirty car wet. As soon as it dried it was just as dirty. I feel swindled. I never really leave reviews but this car wash is anything but. It should be called car wetter and sorta drier. The suds dont make it a wash.

The card reader instructions are opposite what you actually have to do. The wash missed the rear end of my car but somehow removed my bumper magnet.

Wasted 9 dollars, this brushless wash, does not clean pickup trucks, just finished washing, and it looks like I did not clean it at all, also the dryer doesnt do a good job, dont waste your money!

$15 does a very nice job of washing, waxing and sealing my car. Being as this is a no-touch car wash, it does not get all the dirt if it is deep. This car wash is ideal for new cars, whose clearcoat can easily be scratched by brush car washes, or worse, leave swirl marks and ruin the paint. Clearwater doesnt do that at all.Instead of driving your car through the car wash, you drive to the middle of the bay, stop and park (with the engine running), and then the robotic arms and sprayers do the rest. Its really cool how it works. They have to be very careful about the so-called undercarriage spray, because if the water hits your 2,000 degree exhaust pipes or catalytic converters, they will explode. So dont expect water to be dripping from under your car after the treatment.

Touchless!! Its hard to find touchless car washes in WA for some reason, and this is one of the rare ones. Its clean and not badly priced ($15 bucks for the most expensive option) when compared to other beat your car half to death places. I have a little honda car and it did a good job.

There arent brushes that go over your car. Its a soap and then water rinse and doesnt do much. Lol definitely the worst automatic car wash Ive been to.

The M5 eguipment in a wash like Clearwater needs constant adjustment and work well when tuned. I had it in perfect running condition when I managed it from opening to 3 years later. I relocated to another state and was told it went downhill. It just needs a good mechanic to stay on top of the myriad of adjustmdnts, sensors and inspection of chemical several days a week and on-call repair. The machine can give you a great wash with above attention. You got a great wash when I was there or you got a refund or hand wash. I kind of miss the service I was able to give when I was there. It could be great again but who knows...sad.

Well my experience could have Bern better. Went with my kids, who love going through car washes, only to leave one of them screaming and crying so hard that he did not stop for a full half hour. The woman in front of me had hers stop half way through her wash. She sat for a few minutes with her car covered with suds. Finally she drove out. The carwash then came back to life, so I drove in. The spray arm started moving around only to hit the drivers side while dispensing suds. It went around twice, each time impacting my drivers side mirror, and scraping along the side of the car. Then it got to the powerwash. The arm started to jerk, and sputter water, only to spray a powerful blast, breaking off and slamming from the force into the ceiling then nearly bouncing off my car. There I was, being told to drive forward, covered with suds, and getting blasted by the air dryer. The signs say Not responsible for damage to this that and the other, but I am sure that if they do not agree to fix the scratches on my vehicle, that small claims court would be agreeing with me. Avoid if you do not want damages to your investment, or scared kids.

Even on high end setting does a terrible job. Wheels are basically untouched, leaves soap on the car, water spots despite “spot free” demineralized water claim. Doesn’t adequately dry. Just as rough on your paint as brushes- so what’s the point? Lastly, it takes forever. There was only a short line and ended up waiting 15 minuets. Go somewhere else unless there is no line and just want to knock the dirt off your truck.

This is a touch less car Wash. There are no brushes or anything that scrub your car. It is less likely to cause damage to your car but it is not going to be as clean.

Not my favorite car wash, this, but I was too far from the usual place that I take my car to. I will say that I spent more here than what the gasoline to go from where I was to my neighborhoods car wash — which I think is twice as good — anyway the low rating is obnoxious & undeserved. Under normal circumstances, I would only give 3* but heres a 5* to make up for the rest in the average.

A great way to damage your car without cleaning it!The idea is a good one; no brushes, no scratches. Unfortunately, without brushes this wash was completely infective. My car was still dirty afterward, plus wet because the dryers work as well as the wash. While Ive never seen damage from a standard carwash, the high pressure they used pulled up the rocker panel underneath my passenger door and broke all the clips, so now I have that to deal with.Even if the wash were good, I wouldnt go back because the location is so awful. Its on the corner of a busy light where traffic backs up and you cant get in or out.Complete and total failure of a car wash.

Not a good wash

The basic wash is a Good car wash to knock off dirt quickly. It wont get everything but perfect for touch up between hand washes or a prewash if your car is really dirty to keep from rubbing in dirt.

My car was just as dirty if not worse before the wash; and the dryer might as well not been on. I wasted the majority of my lunch to leave with a wet and dirty car. I want my money back.

Took my truck here that wasnt even that dirty. Not only did it not remove the dirt but it didnt even rinse the soap off. Now my truck is all streaked up with soap scum. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Today was the first time I visited it.Its the one in Lynwood, WA on Hway 99.I should have known something was not OK there as Ive tried to pay with credit cards and all were rejected.I finally paid with cash for the car wash.Not only was the car not clean when the wash was done but it looked actually more dirty than before and the only difference was that it was now wet.The car had stains all over it.Ive contacted them for a refund.
