I’ve been a regular at the Nampa on 12th location since moving here and in Covington Wa for many years. I had an appointment and watched as walking got serviced ahead of me. I was ten minutes early and after 20 minutes from my appointment time I still did not get a hair cut. When asking the lady at the counter she made one excuse after the other never offered to give me any idea where in line I was . I’ve always tipped really well and had good experience. All it takes is one and I’m done.

No wait. Got right in. Hairstylists are sweet gals.

I just wanted to buy product and what nasty attitudes from staff. If you dont want to ring up a sale of product then dont carry it to sell!
