This place is a joke! I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost if you want your hair cut the way you want it. First time I went in I had asked for a low fade which came out okay; but then out of no where the barber gave me hard part into the side of my head without asking. I DID NOT ask for this. Who cuts a line of someone’s head without asking?! Not only that but he began trimming and shaping my eye brows. Once again, did not ask for this but okay. My mistake, gave them the benefit of a doubt and tried them again. Asked him again for a low fade and please no hard part this time, nothing off the top. He went and proceed to cut off most of the top of my hair to a length I haven’t had for nearly a decade. Literally probably cut 5 inches of hair off my head without my permission. Not only that but ended giving me a goatee, I don’t ever rock any facial hair usually just stubble. I left with a goatee, I never have had in my life. Also spent 10 minutes of during my cut talking to his coworker about whatever. Can’t believe I was charged $42 for this. Super unprofessional and I would recommend not going here if you want a hair cut that you actually want. Please learn how to listen to your clients and not do what you want. You are dealing with people and their appearance.

Four visits, twice haircut and beard, twice just to touch up the beard—left happy every time! They did a good job of understanding what I wanted and making it look good! I like a zero on the sides to fade up to a high fade and down into the beard, seems like this has been to complicated for other barbers but I’m very happy with Fade Kings execution and delivery. I’ve had barbering from several of their professionals and as I said I’ve been happy every time. I’ll be a regular here for a while I’m guessing. Nice too that it’s close-by!

Took time to cut my hair, making sure it was done right. I left very satisfied with my fade haircut.

I went to get my long hair a fade on the sides. I had an appointment and was on time. This is a new style and I needed the barbers opinion. I was polite in asking questions about different type of fades. But, the barder was rude and rushed to get started. He said: Do you want a haircut or not? I proceeded with the haircut. There were two customers that came in right after me and he rushed my haircut to get to the next one. As a result he scratched my scalp with the razor and missed some hair on the sides. After the haircut he started to be nice, but its too late because i will never come back here again.

Every employee knows how to treat/take care of their customers and always deliver when it comes to getting a fresh cut.

The first time I came here my hair was cut by a girl whos name I didnt catch and I loved itThe second time it was cut I hated it. I asked for him just give me a fade but leave my top length because I want to start my dreads. I want able to see it until after he was done and he had practically cut off all my hair. I didnt say anything because I was anxious and just paid and went to leave. As I was leaving the guy asks me if I can leave a review and I say I do it when I get home. He practically pressures me into doing right there and telling me what to write.Maybe I shouldve said something but I just didnt like that experience

I called in prior to coming in to avoid a wait was told it would be an hour so I waited over an hour before I went in and sat for over 50 mins.... they are extremely slow and under staffed out of 6 chairs they had 2 people working... there is a new barber off 99 they charge half the price of this place.

Everything about this shop was unwelcoming. They need to work on giving off a better energy. The barber didn’t once smile( how do I know) he wasn’t wearing a mask the entire time we were there. Worst part was their TVs. All were at level 100+. Maybe if it wasn’t too loud in there, he would have listened on not cutting the length of my siblings hair too short.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. The guy reeked like cigarettes, he didn’t give me anything I asked for. When he was done I had no hair left becuz he kept cutting and cutting. He gave me a line up that I didn’t ask for and it came out crooked. I would NEVER go here! Seriously the worst I have ever had! Save your money.

Hands down best Barbers in the area. The shop is clean and the staff there are all amazing. I got a fade and trim and my 3 yr old boy was in the waiting area while I was getting it done. Everyone talked to him and joked with him and made him feel special. We left with my son giving my barber a big hug and a huge smile.

They do good fades! They work nice and fast. Even though I had 2-3 people in front of me I waited for only about 20-25 minutes for my turn. Good barbershop. I saw guys had their beards done. I came for simple clean haircut and I left satisfied. Nice, good looking haircut, a generous spray of cologne, sharp fades in 15 minutes for $20. Im likely to come back for this kind of deal.

Fade kings was FANTASTIC. I have a difficult haircut the way I like it and Hyder knocked it OUT OF THE PARK! !! He usually works Tuesdays but they will answer the phone when you call. You can tell a barber knows how to cut hair when every stroke of the clippers and straight razor was confident and precise! Im not joking I have dropped my other barber for Hyder when I was in a hurry one day and stumbled upon Fade Kings!!!

This was the BEST haircut I have ever gotten. My friend was so attentive and articulate. He cut my beard the way I have always wanted. I got lined up too.What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. AND as I was walking out the door he asked me to stop and cut a bit more of my mustache. That is stellar customer service. Definitely found my new place.

I stopped in without calling. Tbey got me in for a fade and beard trim. Hassan did a sik fade and got my beard ( its 24 long) looking fresh. I will go back and see Hassan again.

Fade King’s really live up to the name. The guy that runs the shop is the real deal man. Came in for a walk-in and got the best fade haircut in northern Washington. 10/10 highly recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AN I SWEAR THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT.

They charged me double than they usually do, 40$ for 2 kids haircuts. They put 20$ in the cashier and 20 in their pockets. Besides the fact that they were rude and just kept cutting the kids hair and not stopping to blow any hair off. Highly disappointed. They may know how to cut her but they just lost us as customers and im telling all friends and family.

My son is 6 and pretty scared of getting his haircut due to the last couple places hurting him. I’ve come to this place twice and both times they were absolutely amazing. I had my 2 year old daughter with us and she wanted a cut so the barber set her up and pretended to cut her hair, she was beyond happy. If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Place is great.

Very friendly staff! They made me feel extremely welcomed in their barbershop and shared their delicious traditional foods with me. Too many cuts from barbers hair clippers... Gave a VERY generous tip hoping for haircut improvement for the next visit...it didnt happen!! I have a visual scar due on face and head due from hair clippers.

The guy was digging his nail into my face when he was adjusting my face mask, and didn’t cut hair very well.

We have been here twice, the barbershop is always clean, the barbers are extremely polite and friendly. They do some of the best work I have seen in the area. My boyfriend was afraid to get his hair done somewhere new but I did research and we stopped in.They do not disappoint. Their prices are fair. Its definitely worth coming in here to get your hair done right.We didnt make an appointment either time but the first time we got right in and the second time, it wasnt a very long wait. It was great fast and easy. The guy who did my hair is pretty hot. Just the blades and his brush were too hard against my skin. Other than that I loved my haircut.

Worst cut and fade Ive ever gotten. All these good reviews and for what... Lol I could have cut my hair better. The left side was faded higher, the hair on the right side was longer, and neither side was faded well. On top, the very front was an inch shorter than the rest of my hair which is a weird idea when I came in with a fauxhawk. And the front itself was uneven with the right half being a quartet inch longer. You would have to try to mess up this bad. Couldnt tell in the shop, but nonetheless I wouldnt trust them to fix it. Weldon is more expensive, but far better. I have gotten better cuts at the NEX barber on base for $9 back when I was taking the cheap route. Go anywhere else. Dont believe this 4.7 star rating.

What a messy place was my first thought while entering the shop. But a friend of mine recommended them, so i silenced my instincts and gave it a try. They were very polite and friendly. Since i have a Mohawk-haircut, a zero clip on sides (with no smooth transition) was all i asked for. It should have taken a couple of minutes, but it took a lifetime for some reason. I was charged 30$ for that. What i experienced was no competence and a mess at a messy-place.

A group of co-workers and I were at the bar next door after work and stopped in for waxes (nose/ears) on the recommendation of one of the group who had recently discovered Fade Kings. Although, we were a tad boisterous, we were taken care of promptly (and patiently). The prices are very reasonable and the barbers very professional. They know what their doing!

I want to start by saying that this guy cuts hair real good.I am saying that because I could feel while I was in pain that he knows how to cut hair. Definelty!But his way of cutting hair hurts...I mean this guy literally leave marks on your head with the blades and clippers . I almost felt like I could just k.o. him because is self-defense. Called the place on a Sunday afternoon and ask if they were cutting hair. Most places were closed on sundays. I just did a walk-in and got a hair from Ali... the kid is very good and well experienced fading hair. I recommend this place.
