I have been going here since I got my first car 18 years ago. The work is always done quickly and they always call and update me with anything that they see while my jeep is there. I drive a 98 Cherokee and they keep it running great! Also the point program is cool, spend money and earn a discount later!

Always the best. The dealership recommended new pads and rotors. Jeffs Auto Repair tested the rotors and found them to be in good working order.Not only was their estimate lower but they didnt push any unnecessary work on us. We saved about $1000 thanks to them.Our whole family is using them now. Thanks guys.

This is the second time Ive taken my 2014 F-150 to Jeffs and Ive been very happy with their work. Their techs are top notch. They they use high quality replacement parts. Everything they quote is very transparent. Prices for labor are fair, parts are on the high side but thats because everything is warrantied for 3 years. They put a new turbo on my truck and replaced both warped exhaust manifolds. (A problem with this model). Thats not easy to do and its got to be done right. So far Ive had no problems with any of their work. I could have given them 5 stars had communication been a little better as to the status of repairs. But I will go back there if I need anything done in the future. A very good shop.

Wonderful place that we have been using for maintenance and repairs on our family vehicles for years. They are friendly, thorough and have a more than full service shop. They also honor their warranties without a hassle.

In short, Jeffs in Lynnwood is thoroughly reliable, dependable, reasonable, and trustworthy. To be fair, Ive also taken my cons car to their Bellevue location, and theyre just as fantastic as the Lynnwood guys. At any rate, been taking my wifes and my cars there for eight years and theyve literally never given anything less than five star service at consistently reasonable cost. We experienced our car warning/ dash lights flash all at once and the car was looking power on the highway. We had the car towed to Jeffs and the tested the car and find nothing wrong with it. This would have Bern a good time for them to say something major was wrong and it was going to be expensive. But they did not. Honesty, integrity, is what I find at Jeffs!

I had gotten an estimate from another mechanic who suggested all sorts of expensive repairs for a check engine light issue. So i made an appointment at Jeffs via the online scheduler and called the day before to confirm the process. George explained everything and I dropped the car off in the morning via the night drop box (no contact to keep everyone safe because of covid). When I talked to George later in the day they had already diagnosed the issue and gave me a detailed explanation and an estimate. When they got in to do the work they were able to fix the problem with even less parts replacement so my bill was less than originally expected. I really appreciate that they explained everything and that they were dedicated to doing only the work that I actually needed. Very competent, professional, respectful, and trustworthy. The warranty is also great. I will definitely come back for all of my car repairs.

Quite some time ago, around late August or early September, I came to this particular shop to have my Nissan Frontier checked up on, and get the oil changed. It was all done in about a half hour, and I went on my way. Two weeks after that, my truck started to make clacking sounds whenever I pressed on the gas pedal. Eventually, my check oil light started flickering. I checked the oil stick, and it was dry. When I checked the oil filter, it turned out to be loose. I tightened it by hand, filled my truck with oil, and will not be returning.I understand that people do make mistakes from time to time. There at least shouldnt be a reason why a business would want someones engine to seize up, and get even more upset at said business. There was a clear oversight here, as something as trivial as tightening an oil filter was not done, and that is all I can really say on the matter.

Ill never forget when my fathers truck, which I inherited, was taken to this shop by my mother for general repair after sitting for several years (clutch replaced, alternator issues fixed, etc.). When I first started driving it I noticed it was making strange noises. Being inexperienced at the time, I didnt realize this shop had completely drained my oil, but had not replaced it. Took me several days to realize and fill with oil. Irreparable damage was done to my truck, and this place charged my mother thousands of dollars for this. Its always really bothered me, so I thought Id give this place a deserved 1 star review.

Taking a vehicle in for repairs can be scary, even if you know a little about cars. I had taken my S10 Blazer to a shop and was told I needed all my ball joints replaced 2200.00 I took it to Jeffs and found out that what was wrong was my control arm and my ball joints were OK. Trust is what its all about. I found that I can trust Jeffs.I have a few friends who feel the same way, Thanks

I am relatively new to the area and relied on a recommendation from my son in law where to take my subaru impreza for a growling noise at idle. Apparently the AC compressor froze up and it was a 2 grand repair for compressor, condenser and expansion valve. I looked up the parts online and while they did the repair the markup for the parts was at least 40% and their shop rate is 140/hr. They do warrant the work for 3 years/36k miles but are extremely expensive. Make sure you shop around before going there.

Jeffs Auto Repair is my go-to vehicle repair facility. Their knowledgeable mechanics have been able to provide quality care for my car, no matter what issues it has had. Their service writers always treat me with respect and listen to me, a woman, which can be hard to find. The only problem Ive ever found is that theyre very popular, so its necessary to make appointments for routine service, although they have been very accommodating when my car has needed emergency repairs.

I had electrical problems with my body control module. Since it was an older caravan it took awhile for them to get a new reprogrammed module, but the wait was worth it. Van running great. Will continue business with them. 👍👍👍

I have a Cadillac ATS with a Maxcare warranty and I needed a new radiator. They had super fast service. Both the lobby and the shop were extremely clean, they had water and coffee available and its also within walking distance of Dicks Drive-in and Starbucks. The service technician I dealt with, George, was extremely helpful, informative and answered all of my questions in a way I could understand. The hourly labor rate and diagnostic rate is more than fair and then took care of communicating with the warranty company. I would highly recommend this shop.

Quick and efficient service, good prices, and beyond excellent communication.They take the time to explain what they find, and how it affects the vehicle. They have never pushed unnecessary repairs, and have encouraged us to scale back when a requested service would not benefit a vehicle.Last week we took our JK Wrangler in for an ominous valve train noise. George and his team methodically laid out projected costs, kept us informed during the process, coordinated with a grumpy warranty company, completed work earlier than expected, and even took the time to lay out the damaged parts on the service desk and walk us through exactly what failed. (A roller bearing died, allowing the follower to carve deep grooves into the cam lobe 😱)And this being March 2020, they are swapping gloves for every vehicle they touch and disinfecting high-contact vehicle surfaces and around the office. Heck, they are sterilizing EACH pen as customers come and go.Totally outstanding.

I’ve been coming to Jeff’s consistently for over 5 years. It all started with a Honda CRV battery issue, I brought it by because they were closest and I was stuck on the road. They were only open for 5 more minutes and they still saw me and fixed my car so I could safely drive. They have always treated me with respect and kindness. The guys are certified technicians and are very good at what they do. They turned around my Honda Accord from almost a completely failed engine to a fully operational vehicle. They always look for ways to keep things affordable, they even have a points system to help with costs! George has always been a friendly face and always willing to go above and beyond to help! Awesome experience! Great customer service! I just moved here recently so I wanted to find a really good auto repair shop that didn’t over charge me or make up issues about my car that weren’t there. They helped me with my car every step of the way! They called with updates about my vehicle with diagnostics and pricing to make sure I was ok with everything being done. We ended up stranded on the side of I-5 when our 2007 Ford Escape had catastrophic engine failure. AAA towed the car to Jeffs, one of their approved auto repair shops. To make a long story short, Brian and his team were great to work with. He communicated with us throughout the process. We just drove back from Lynn wood to Portland and the car is running great. We have been going to them for a long time. They have got us in when it wasnt the most convenient for them. They replace a part that was under warrenty with no charge for labor. They really are the best.

I dont really like to give this low amount of stars but to this visit at this time I will have to do it.This is truly the first time I feel like I got cheated out of my money.Went there for an issue I had and paid $800.00 to fix it.Same issue was still there months later and I paid another $800.00 to fix it again.Same issue still after that.Honestly. I have probably overpaid many times before and its my fault but issued got always fixed.I rather pay more and get things fixed, then keep paying and still same issue.They said noise is difficult to fix. Mhmmm, probably true but I still feel like I was dooped out of money.Was invited to come back and pay employee discount to fix it. Thanks, but no.You will probably have a great visit with them, and they are nice enough. And they fixed other things for me before. But for me this visit left a bad feeling about it.

I brought in my Chevy Suburban in for scheduled maintenance this would be my second visit to Jeffs auto repair and again I was satisfied with the quality of service I received at a good value the mechanics are professionals that gets the work done in a timely manner.
