I have used Buckys a couple times in the past for muffler replacements with great results and today I needed a tailpipe for my motorhome and stopped in there around closing time. They made it on the spot and I was on my way to install it 20 minutes later. I will be using Buckys for all my future exhaust system needs.

I came in without an appointment and was able to take me in with my problem. Very professional and best service. Will definitely come back.

If I can lower than this I would. Worst experience and still didnt find the problem even after all day three inspections . I took my care to different mechanic and they found the problem within 5 minutes and suggested what to do.

They do great work and great prices. I called around and they were by far the best price! Thought my heater core was bad but they identified a crack in the heater core elbow which fixed the problem for ALOT less money. It’s was right at the firewall instead of inside the cab. Joey, the service manager is amazing. I had never met him before, and I dont have any connection what-so-ever to the business or the people who work there. I had concerns about a previous oil change I had had done elsewhere, where my oil had been filled too high and I was also concerned I may have gotten the wrong oil and filter installed (I am a worry wart!).The first thing I noticed was how attentive Joey and the service technician, Riley, were to my concerns. They said it would be a short wait, as they had other cars in the bays, so I ran off to do some errands. When I got back, they had kept the bay open for me, even though there was another car waiting to go in after me. Since I wasnt back yet, most shops would have just moved that other car in place. But Joey knew I was coming back by a certain time, and so they waited for me to return. I was really impressed by that, and grateful (and I didnt keep that other car waiting too long).After that, they took care of my oil concerns, and double checked that my filter was correct. They also let me ask a whole bunch of questions and kindly answered them all, with knowledge that I could tell was legit and with no run-around. It turns out that Joey has worked there for 30 years or something like that, and he is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and courteous. I really had the sense that they truly care about excellent service to the car, and excellent service to the customer. They went above and beyond with the service to my car.The vibe of this shop is very nice. Its clean, orderly, and not too big. It was really nice to be able to talk about my concerns with knowledgeable mechanics, which I really appreciated after my last car, which I always took to the dealership, and where I never, ever got to speak face to face with a mechanic.I have complete confidence in this shop, in their quality of work and their service ethic. My car actually needs a ton of work and I have wanted to locate a trustworthy and detail-oriented automotive repair shop. I feel like I have found it with Buckys in Lynnwood. I would like to note that there are several different Buckys Automotive locations, and I cannot speak for those other locations, but I can say that the one in Lynnwood is awesome and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed in their attention to your service needs.

Absolutely amazing. Maybe not the most friendly but definitely amazing amazing staff amazing people did a wonderful wonderful job to help me to day. My catalytic converter was stolen about 20 minutes before I showed up to their place and they were able to fix me and get me back on the road and get my car back onto a safe legal running standards. But I just wanna say an absolutely amazing place I would highly recommend going there they have really good prices like I said the staff is really really good theyre knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars definitely definitely 5 stars I will definitely go back there for other automotive work. Its kind of a small lot so be careful when you pull in-and-out of there right across the street from Costco on highway 99 but definitely if you have any kind of muffler any kind of issues like that even just need your brakes done they have really really good prices really good prices

This is a great place to go for trustworthy honest auto repair. Took my 2008 G37 to them a while back they did a great job installing exhaust and intakes at a great price, and later when exhaust bolts got loose (as they do being aftermarket) they tightened them up free of charge even while being busy. Cant recommend them enough!

Very courteous and generous with their time. This is the 2nd occasion Ive needed help with a tight bolt and they were there for me every time! Thats all I need to know.

My dad and I have been going to get our vehicles serviced and checked here for several years. Theyre always honest and helpful. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable and so much more affordable than a dealership.We trust them and have recommended them to our family and friends.

These guys are awesome. I needed an adapter for my slip on exhaust on my motorcycle as my current one had a horrible leak. It was pretty late in the day and I went to 2 shops before Buckys and all the other shops didnt really want to help. When I got to Buckys, they were eager to help. Gary came out and took a look and knew the exact solution to fix my motorcyle exhaust. I expected to have to come back another day to get the adapter made, but he made the adapter from scratch right then and there (even spray painted it matte black to match my slip on). This was my first time at Buckys and ill definitely be coming back. If you need any motorcycle slip on adapters or even have your slip on welded directly to your mide pipe, these guys can help. Im sure they do great auto exhaust work as well.

$24.95 for an oil change?! Yes, please.You don’t need a coupon for this killer price on a regular oil change at Bucky’s. (For comparison, a regular oil change is $29.99 at Walmart). Jiffy Lube quoted me over twice that.Conveniently, this Lynnwood Bucky’s location is right across the street from Business Costco, so the hour wait was painless.They do have a little waiting room inside if you’d rather sit and chill.Friendly service. Joey and the guys here are awesome! Taken my 2017 mustang gt to them multiple times and am always overly satisfied. They have replaced both my cats, done exhaust work for me, worked on my headers etc.Very quality work. Much easier and way quicker than dealing with a dealership!!!

He was very rude and told me the cheapest way to fix the problem I was having. I didnt not want it done cheap I wanted it done the right way which was cutting the cross over pipe out and remaking it so it would clear and all he did was argu about doing it the cheap way, so I took it to a different shop and showed them what my clearance issues were and they said that they could handle that and get it where it should be. They did not argu or tell me I needed to buy all this other stuff to make my vehicle perform better, that had nothing to do with the exhaust clearance issues that I was having. I will never go to this shop again worst customer service.

I came in for a oil change, and asked them to inspect the oxygen sensor, extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely be coming back to get my oil changed in the future.

Excellent customer service all around, solid timely repair, and a very reasonable price. I usually repair my own vehicles, but I dont have the capability of doing exhaust work at home. Pictured is my daily beater (05 Audi A4) that had a broken exhaust flex pipe and mid pipe that embarrassingly dropped to the ground while driving.

Been to several mechanics getting the run around with piss poor workmanship, and overpriced work with it as well. Seems as though my review from a few years ago was removed? I still give this place 1 star after they installed the brake sensors wrong and caused extra damage to my brakes. I had to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed and done right. No refund and was told “stuff breaks on cars all the time”. Stay away from here.

Always receive great service here. Have had both regular oil changes and repairs. Joey, the manager, has been accommodating and helpful. Ryan did a great job changing the oil the last time.

Excellent service, they went above and beyond. They will also pay for your tow if you use Dougs Towing. My only critique is that tax wasnt figured into the quote and I didnt think to ask about it so the actual price was $200 higher. I cant complain though, the lemon I bought runs great now without a single issue.

This place is the real deal. In my experiences bringing in my car for diagnosing problems, repair and routine maintenance, Ive found this place to be very honest, professional and reasonably priced. I like that they dont try to sell you something you dont need, and that they provide open and understandable feedback about their recommendations and prices. Super awesome and respectful guys. Did a muffler and resonator delete but was too loud for me. Brought my car back and they reinstalled the old muffler free of charge. Got recommended by a friend will definitely do the same.

There is a whole ugly story to my situation with this particular Buckys location but what Ill focus on in this review is the condition I received my vehicle in after an engine replacement. It appeared as though my rig had been lived in. Grease and oil EVERYWHERE even in places the mechanic would not need to be. My survival food and water were used up, my $90 Swiss Army survival knife and a small underwater flashlight were missing ( guess my fault for not thinking to take them.) Items in the 2nd seat were ripped and trampled including my target of a PERFECT bullseye I was very proud of. I had been going to Buckys for years and it this instance was HORRIBLE. Vehicle still doesnt run right. The shop and I disagree about a lot but this part they cant argue as its UNACCEPTABLE to turn over a customers vehicle in such condition. It took 2 hours to just get the oil and grease out of the carpets and ceiling...seriously why was their oil on the ceiling of the back row??? It wasnt given to them like that. No apology, no explanation but then by that time I would have died from shock if they did.Just take EVERYTHING out of your vehicle.

This is my go to place for automotive repair! The manager Joey is a great guy and obviously hires the same type of people to work there; honest, friendly, and experts in all things auto! They have gone out of their way for me here, including checking out a potential problem that turned out to be nothing and telling me to have a good day. And also finding an unrelated problem and fixing it. You can feel confident in being treated well here, with no worries about being taken for a ride! Highly recommended Buckys in Lynnwood!

Ive only had one experience with this shop, it was positive and will make me think of them first the next time I need some work done. I needed a couple hangers to be welded/attached to my exhaust. They got my car in a bay minutes after I showed up and gave me what i needed and more importantly they gave me what I wanted, hard to find places that will do that. Service was straight forward and quick. Will go back again without hesitation.

Today June 16, 2020 I took my car to Buckley muffler Shop to have an estimate on damage muffler line. Joey Jacobs is the manager of the store, he did the estimate for my vehicle on the muffler. He told me he will repair the damage, straighten out the muffler line and get all straight up. He estimate for the repair between $150 to $200 or less, so I was agree. So he worker did the job, i saw him cutting out the muffler line. And he add 10 inches extension welded on and two muffler hangers. After his finish, low down the vehicle. I was asking him nicely. Can you straight the muffler line for me and he get angry, tell his boss Joey Jacobs come out and talk to me. I was asking Joey about straight out muffler line. He gets angry and Cussed bad words at me. That is really bad Customer Service. Be careful when he estimated, he would jack up the price later on, after work done. I would not recommend anyone to come here have bad service. So go somewhere I’ll get a better customer service.

Brought a car for pre-purchased inspection, I called in to set up an appointment but when my saleman arrived, he had to wait for 15min. It took them 2 HOURS to inspect the car and they didnt do a thorough job test driving it. The cars allignment was ruined with the car steering itself to the right but they said the allignment is okay. Both my saleman and I agreed that the alignment is off but they said its okay. Definitely not a reliable place for pre purchase inspection

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!I dropped my car off to them on the 8/18/2020 for a clutch job and they told me I would have my car back the next day. It took them FIVE DAYS to do the clutch job that they overcharged for by far considering they told me one price and then added like $300 to it after the job was done. On top of all that, when I got my car back, the clutch wasn’t even done properly nor were things put back together on my car correctly. So I paid for a job that was never correctly done and still got charged an arm and a leg.

Very fast and extremely friendly service! Both time we’ve been there we have been in and out. Will continue to use them for all of our car needs! Highly recommended!!

I thought I had an exhaust noise. Joey Jacobs, the Mgr, got me right in for a diagnosis. He said my exhaust was in great shape but quickly traced the noise to my alternator. I have another mechanic I work with for this type of thing and Joey was more than happy to talk with him on the phone to explain what he found.I appreciated his honesty and attitude. Good shops are only that way because of the people.Thanks again Joey!

I soon found out that they were the most honest mechanics I had encountered in a long time. Not only are the prices more than fair they do excellent work. I have been there repeatedly and will continue to be a loyal customer. I recommend them to everyone!

Joey said be there at 2 and I can see what youre talking about. He pulled my car in as I sat down outside on bench and chairs provided and sipped on their cold filtered water. I brought in the last portion of my exhaust that Nissan handed me when they lost the last stainless piece that I brought in for assessment. They pulled my 2012 Maxima out in 10 minutes and said no charge sir. Talk about service, five star for sure!Joey said, Nissan couldnt just do two bolts for you.... I have used this shop for over 5 years and find the repairs all done well and the costs are reasonable! What I like most is that they go above the norm to keep me safe on the road. I went in with an alternator problem after work and was able to drive home with my car repaired. They were quick to diagnose the problem, get the part and install it. Ill be back!

I will never forget my experience here. Back around 2007 when I was a teenage boy, I took my first car (89 Honda CRX) here to help with a fuel pump noise. I was naive and had no idea about cars and what I was doing. You were just the first shop that came to my mind. You charged $500+ for a Bosch pump that didnt resolve the problematic noise, and charged another $500 (I believe) for a brake master cylinder. I believe you tried to upsell more unnecessary repairs until my Dad finally stepped in and called B.S while you stood behind your store policies and signs.After some wising up and countless DIY car projects, I know whats up now. Shame on you for being that mechanic that gives them all a bad name. Shame on you for taking advantage and ripping some people off. I hope over the years that your business ethics have improved and that you truly offer and deliver customers only what they really need. Love the work that you do and the people you do it for...

They are not polite they dont greet their customers they really need to practice and learn how to smile and greet when someone comes into the their store. I have been going to this place since I moved to the area but not anymore there are plenty of other businesses in the area where you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Very rude. I had an auto accident and while trying to get the paperwork in order the manager was actively telling me to stop asking questions and just leave. Before that they quoted me on a door replacement for 150$ then had someone mess up the repair job and charged me 350~

Ive been here several times over the course of 20 years and come away in much better shape than arrived in, no exceptions today and its nice to know when you show up knowing what to expect and expectation is met you know youll be back again in the future. Great place and people here.

I called to have a cut exhaust pipe welded back up. Silly kids wanted the car to be louder and cut the pipe. They said bring it in for an estimate. They put it right on the rack to check out the repair. 10 min. Later the car was fixed! I asked how much, he said no charge! I’ll be coming back for future exhaust system repair. Horrible service. I went to the office and no one game inside from the shop. Then I went to the front of the shop and theres a guy which he look at me and didnt say anything. After a minute he said go inside the iffice. I went back to the office and waited about 8 minutes. No one showed up as they were laughing and having conversation. I just left. Rge guy some me leaving didnt do anything. What a waste of time.

I have used this particular Buckys location on several occasions and for 3 different vehicles. They have provided both routine services and repairs on all of my vehicles. One never knows what to expect these days from auto shops, especially when it comes to dependability, cost, and above all, honesty. I must say, however, this place is different. Joey and his crew have never disappointed me. I have never felt like I was taken advantage of or that I didnt get my moneys worth. My experience is that these folks say what they mean, and they mean what they say. Hat tip to this location!

I hadn’t been here in a while, Saturday they took a look at the exhaust my Mazda, discussed what needed to be done. It was a simple fix and they didn’t charge me. I really appreciate the honest approach and friendly service. Definitely will return for future repairs! Also the waiting area has been refurbished new floors and seating and the bathrooms too. I came here because my car is having leaking water. The replace the radiator in about almost 2 hours. Everything then work fine, I am able to drive home after have it fixed. I was really need to have my car fix ASAP since all auto pair need to make an appointment and This place is just walk-in. Very fast and effective.

Honestly the few times that I have been there is because of my friends I recommend them to go there.What I like about Buckys is that some of the workers are sincere others not so much but the last visit I can say that makes it better the person in charge asked how he can help me I let him know That my car did not pass the emission test so he ask me a few questions then he said run the car for a few days that would fix the problem then take it to the emission test if it pass you do not need to come back here.So I did and my car got fix.So I thank him for that.I like his honesty.There are a few people like him which make other people believe that there are still honest people who cares about others packet and the business I am definitely will go back there to do an oil change or to fix my car if it needs to be fix.There is another shop close by that I would not recommend they do the job but charge you more than they have too thinking you do not know anything about cars.So I am definitely recommend Buckys.

I just stopped in for an oil change. They did a very good job in a short amount of time. They were very friendly and gave me some advice on my new hybrid Prius. I had put the wrong oil in the engine so they took the unopened bottles and reimbursed me the difference.

I had my resonator replaced and exhaust hangers fixed the welds are amazing! I was helped by Jordan and she gave me a great price and everything was done with in an hour.

I’ve been coming here for years. They recently changed management and maybe crew too. Went in and got a coolant flush. I had to replace timing chain (unrelated) and I noticed after draining the radiator, I still have rusty looking coolant with a green tint. So I definitely didn’t get what I paid for, which a coolant flush; not a radiator drain and fill. Can you even trust anyone anymore?
