Great place that I will be going back to when I am in the area. I travel for work and took my truck to them for a problem I thought I was having. They diagnosed it as something much simpler than I thought and that they easily could have done and charged me for. Had me on the road again and at not a bad price.... I took my truck back there for an oil change and tire rotation. I have oversized tires and always have to tighten the lug nuts after I have other mechanics rotate them. I did not have to do that with Precision Auto Care, they were tight when I got it back and even pressured the tires to what I had asked. Great people who do great work. Thanks.

We went through MANY mechanics over the 15 years we have lived in Lynchburg, looking for one that would be fair, honest, and reasonably priced. We have been taking our vehicles here for the past several years and have ALWAYS been happy. Recently, we let all 3 vehicles inspections run out (darn - blame it on COVID-19), we took two here and they immediately worked on the vehicles and got the inspections done. The 3rd one we brought to a mechanic near our house, just to get it inspected quickly (convenience). This other mechanic failed the vehicle and quoted an over $700 bill to get it to pass, and added on over $300 more of things they strongly suggested. We said, no, and brought it back to this tried and true place. They went through that list, stating some things were not even apparent! Less than $300 later, our car passed inspection! Ive learned my lesson, stick with those who you trust!!! Precision Auto Care EVERY TIME!!!

They have quick and great service. Have never had a problem.

Have been a customer here for about 5 years. Friendly, quick service and quality repairs. I like that they have an after hours key drop and are very good about calling prior to repairs to explain the issue and price. They do get busy from time to time, and sometimes have to order parts, so some repairs may take more than one day, but that is expected in a small family owned shop. The waiting area could be upgraded, but is pleasant enough with adequate chairs, a restroom, and coffee available.

I have been using them for all of my automotive needs for about 10 years because they do gre@t work and are honest they have comprehensive records on all of my vehicles and really friendly

Priced Right...and did what I asked...I think...BUTI got a wheel alignment...tires are now warn. Why, because, they never told me I had things that should get attention quick...for example, the WARPED rotors and pads. Also the cushings needed attention along with the steering column as a whole. Glad I took it somewhere else to get it all fixed, before my tires became useless.

I give it a 3 stars because they wouldnt dispose if a gas tank they had to replace and I went to get my own and they do all repairs by appointments only and if they run into am issue where they have to order another oart and its going to be the next day or so b4 they can get it in well they may not be able to squeeze it in and it could be a couple of days longer to get your vehicle out because of this they out an engine in my pick up in March of 2017 and wound up breaking a part trying to remove it from the old engine well my opinion is that if something breaks as you are disassembling then it should be their responsibility go replace it but they made me buy it and it costed around $360 not cheap at all considering j paid 2300 for the motor as it is and 65p for labor plus I got a new power steering pump and A.C. compressor so total bill over $3000
