I have severe anxiety and going to the dentist makes it worse. The entire staff from dentist to reception were awesome! The atmosphere when I walked in the office was calm not crowded and hectic like they were just getting as many people in and out as quickly as possible. I felt at ease when I opened the door and it wasn’t chaotic. I felt no pain at all during the procedure and dentist was very assuring the whole time that I was doing great. I usually leave too anxious to return unless I have an emergency but I am actually planning my next visit for cleanings I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you for treating me with such good care. The name Serenity Dental is so appropriate!!.

I just love this whole office! From Maryanne in the front, to Brittney and Dr. Patel in the back. They are always so kind! I’ve never once felt like I was “upsold” on anything here. They’ve always presented different treatment options when needed, and most recently I’ve gotten Invisalign through them. I’ve been nothing but happy! I’ve been going to Serenity Dental for years, and I have never been disappointed. I had a lapse in insurance for one year and had to go to another dentist, I could not wait to return to Serenity Dental. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist, they’re all very professional and on time . My last cleaning, which was this week, was done by dental hygienist Nirali. She was actively aware and responsive to my sensitive areas and was very thorough. She did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth, and was one of the best cleanings ever, hands-down!

Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The Dr. explained all options to me without any pressure, and the pricing was cheaper than others in the area. Make no mistake, lower cost did not sacrifice my experience. The office was clean and organized! Great experience!

This is my first visit to this practice. The office is clean. I like how Dr Nilash Patel explained his diagnosis with the technology used to point out problem spots on the screen. His assistant, Britney, was super nice and thorough. She explained how things were done in this practice. Also, there were no surprises on charges as she printed an itemized statement for me to review before the service was rendered.I would would given this review 5 stars if not for the front desk. She was rude. It also took me several phone calls to my insurance to have them conference with the front desk for not accepting my insurance.

I was a Serenity Dental patient for years. I changed jobs, my insurance changed, and they didnt accept the base package at my new place of employment. I thought, oh no biggie, all dentist are the same. I could not have been more wrong. After multiple horrible experiences with two other dentist offices, I made sure to pay attention during open enrollment at my job to up my plan to get back to Serenity Dental. It only cost me $3 more per pay period to get on a plan they accepted. Boy was it worth it! I went in today for a crown replacement (from my previous horrible dentist). I was super nervous because of my past experiences. Dr. Nilash Patel was AMAZING. I has zero pain during the procedure and after. He and his assistant made me feel at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. My temporary crown fits better and feels better than what I had. All dentist are not created equal. I will never go to another dentist again. Even the cleanings were far better than my previous dentist office. They were always uncomfortable and slightly painful. Lauren did my cleaning a few weeks ago, and I could not believe the difference between my experience with her and my previous cleanings. Zero pain and my whole mouth felt amazing. I cant say enough good things about this dentist office. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, all are top notch.

Overall it’s good. However, in my recent visit, the hygienist was rough on my gum while cleaning. I can tell she is new. Also, I didn’t like that the dentist only comes two days per week and no other doctors were available that time for consulting. The hygienist told me you can schedule another time when the doctor is here..well..I value my time and it’s hard to get off work early just to go for second appointment. I will probably choose different clinic next time.

I’m very grateful to have chosen them for the my dental needs. Everyone I have encountered so far has been super nice & caring. The hygienist Mena or Nena not sure what her name is unfortunately, was extremely kind, gentle & made me feel comfortable.

As usual, I was quickly accommodated for my minor emergency. My options were explained and with my full understanding and approval, efficiently resolved. The staff is friendly and professional.. Dr Patel projects a quiet competence that is reassuring, especially for the anxious patient. I would and have recommended this office to friends.

I went for my cleaning and the Hygienist was super careful with my mouth, gentle and also at the end explained to me what she got done that day. I recommend this office, the front desk staff is very helpful.

I had change insurance and I need to get a new Dentist, I always prefer a Dr with there private practice but with my insurance was very limited. I was so happy to find this office, one of my grown broke in half on one of my molar and I need to get it fix ASAP. Ive been coming to this office for many years. There has never been any kind of an issue. The office is doing what they can to be covid safe currently.

Frustrated that at my initial visit 10 or so x-rays were taken w/o me being asked. Patients should be given options out of concern re radiation exposure. Also disappointed that the visit didnt include a cleaning, which would seem to be a given.

Don’t wait your money and time to come in this store for your toothI spent $150$75 for exam and $75 for glue the teethit’s work only 1 week same at I buy in counter but on counter cost only $15 and can keep 1 week tooI came back asking them fix it they didn’tThey told me have to got New it been old but I know it last for 10 years but my only 4 yearsThey just want me spent money from them because if they glue on it I will not order new oneHe asked me do you want to order the new one today is cost $9000.00Last week Im thinking when it fall off I will order the new one from them but now is not work for us .Don’t wait your time to come to them to get your teeth

I think it was rude of you to put me out of your office. I do not owe you and I have dental insurance. I had an appointment to which I arrived timely. Your staff requested a preapproval for teeth #12 and #04 and received it; however, failed to ask for a preapproval for tooth #3. When I arrived I was asked to pay full amount for a crown for Tooth #3. When I asked if that was my portion after insurance, I was told I was too many problems and asked to leave. I valued you and I enjoyed your services; however, I do not agree to paying more than my fair share nor do I agree with insurance fraud. Thank you for not charging me $25.00 fee for failure to keep my appointment. I think you were rude and insensitive.

Had a tooth extracted today, they put me at ease, let me know every step of the way, and didnt feel a thing. Affordable, kind and caring! Amazing doctor and the nurse who helped was absolutely fantastic and helped keep me calm. Thank you!

Everyone was wonderful super friendly except the on woman at the front desk with dark hair she didn’t have a name tag. She was not friendly at all she didn’t seem to fit in was constantly making faces and grunts under breath other then her they are 5 star dental

Dr. Nilash is one of the rare doctors who cares about his patient and does not give a top priority to collecting money. My wife visited him in his clinic. He checked her case, referred her to another doctor, who could be more specialized in her problem. He did not get any insurance papers signed or any money collected from her. This’s really rare nowadays...

I would NOT recommend!!!! I was told I have a tooth that needed to be extracted immediately, but authorization needed to be sent to my insurance.2 months later STILL WAITING!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I called because I needed a root canal done. They scheduled an appointment and everything, but when I told them what I needed, they told me they dont do root canals and asked me to call Dr. Beach. I did, yet I got put on hold for 10 minutes. A waste of time. I found someone else immediately after hanging up on Dr. Beach.

Have been using this dentist since after moving Tom FL in 2017 and it’s the best dentist my family and I’ve been. Through every six month check ups, all of my family have been treated successfully. Lia, I’m not sure it is correct, but she is the best dental hygienist we’ve been experienced in 20 years in the States!

Dental visits are one of my least favorite things, but Serenity Dental made it a pleasant experience. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Patel is very gentle and soft spoken. The office is modern and rooms have a beautiful view so you can watch the Florida wildlife as you wait.

I would love to share my experience in this clinic. The Dentist Doc. Patel D.M.D is very professional and helpful so that you have less worries. The staff assistants are accommodating, she offered me a protein shake (which was a very nice gesture)since I had not eaten yet. Serenity Dental is great. The hygienist is great. I gave 4 stars because of the billing department which I felt was not up to par. You have to pay 100% up front and then wait for them to reimburse once the insurance pays. It took Serenity Dental to send us the refund after calling 4 times because they received the funds from insurance 2 months prior.

Great dentist office. I am new to the area and went to impeccable smiles. While nice, they tried to upsell me on all sorts of stuff and with my good dental insurance, I still would have had to pay $350-$400 out of pocket. I go to the dentist every 6 months and they recommended a bunch of fillings. Dr. Patel said my teeth were fine and did not recommend additional fillings. This advice went in line with my previous dentist.An honest dentistry and fair prices. Staff is friendly and I had no issues getting in and out. Dr. Patel also offered a thorough explanation of the condition of my teeth. Definitely going back in 6 months!

My permanent retainer behind my 4 front teeth halfway popped off the night before I visited this office. Im from out of state and I didnt have an orthodontist in Florida, so I was pretty apprehensive about trying to find a new one that could help me quickly and cost effectively before my teeth started to shift. After a few calls the next morning I got in touch with Serenity Dental and they saved me. I called them at 9:15 AM and by 10:15 AM I had driven to the office, been seen, and had my bar rebonded for only $75. The office was clean and orderly, and the staff was friendly and professional. Cant recommend enough!

I wanted to share my experience with serenity Dental,The Staff (especially Brooke) has been so friendly and so accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to help me. I needed to schedule some appointments for several visits I have at serenity for this upcoming months, and I was so surprised when they texted me, which I didnt even know this was available for patients!It was fantastic to be able to text and have everything done, I work full time and is so hard for me to get time to call anywhere and for them to be in constant contact with me via text and phone, is so rewarding. The staff was always helpful, friendly, professional and very understanding. The dentist never seemed to care about explaining or even mentioning different options, for example Implants vs. Dentures. Most important to him it seemed, getting me to leave as fast as possible. This dentist wants to see as many patients as possible, I do not recommend this dentist.

Went to have a cavity filled so they took an x-ray and was told that i would have to have the tooth removed. they could not do it so they decided to refer me to an oral surgeon. a total of 5 minutes in the office and maybe 1 minute with the dentist and they charged me $75 for that. dont go if your looking to get charged to have nothing done. i will not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Had an extraction a few hours ago and I have a low tolerance for pain, but felt absolutely no pain at all. I was not expecting to need a wisdom tooth pulled, hoping only for a cavity to be filled. His staff, especially his dental assistant, made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire procedure prior to the extraction. Dr Patel seems to have a warm and compassionate manner that eludes confidence and competency. The prices were good, the service was quick and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My experience was certainly the Serenity their namesake implies.

Definitely chose the right dentist. After visiting several different offices I chose Serenity dental because of there friendly staff and up to date technology. Dr. Patel was truly a professional and explained everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend!

I had 4 teeth pulled and it was painless. The doctor and staff were awesome. The assistant even gave me an ensure to fill my stomach to prevent possibly nausea. I didn’t eat much prior to the procedure.

BEWARE OFFICE STAFF, HORRIBLE FOLLOW THROUGHDentist and medical staff do a good job, unfortunately office staff is horrible. Good luck trying to get staff to resolve issues. I called in to resolve a billing issue with my insurance and was told I would get a phone call back 2 days later. I am not sure why someone couldnt talk to me that day? 1 week later I called back myself, with no return call to be told they were talking about me. I would have rather they talked to me, than talk about me... I am still trying to work through this issue. I asked for them to please email me a copy of my invoice and they said they would by the end of day or possibly tomorrow morning if they have time. I am not sure why they will not just take a minute to email a simple document. I am still in shock of the response, when I have time???? Good luck with this office staff. My favorite part of my conversation with them was when Maria in the office told me it was my problem.... 1st class customer service.
