This is the poorest excuse for a national dental practice I have ever had to endure...due to the pandemic last year and the extreme limitations available I went to them for a dental emergency. I went from needing one crown to supposedly needing 3 critical need crowns..a 10k bill (I have very exceptional dental insurance) and it was still going to be over 5k my cost...I had one crown come out 5 times..ultimately I was able to go to my dentist who could not create their horrible work and to make a new crown for a fraction of the price..then 2 days a 2nd crown came out, being their fault, I went back to have it put in...no dice..posts came out with it..they can do nothing...I can pull it or have an implant...I have always been OCD about flossing, teeth maintenance and now I am looking at tremendous expense from their blatant negligence. On top of that last year, while getting my teeth cleaned, the tech said, OH YOU HAVE GINGIVITIS! YEAH I DONT.. without my Auth, he hands me a bag of goodies... nope, it had a $200 toothbrush that I tried to bring back unopened that I didnt ok...nope, sorry cant take that back either...I an reporting them to the BBB and contacting an attorney and please take warning....they are the worst of the worst...RUN DONT WALK TO ANOTHER DENTAL PRACTICE!!!!!

Visited Aspen Dental in Wesley Chapel today for the first time. Great experience, friendly personnel, not your standard scary experience not knowing what to expect from the dentist. Very pleased with my first visit, they keep you at ease and make you feel like you are their only concern.Looking forward to subsequent visits with my new dental facility.

If youre going to Aspen dental I highly recommend that this is the only location you visit. Ive been to the carrollwood office which is closer to me several times and was not very satisfied with the staff or the service. Not so with this Aspen dental. The staff are incredible, to include Orlando and Katie. They worked with me on every aspect of my dental work and payment. I could not more highly recommend them. Thank you!

The worst experience I have ever had at a dental facility. I now have to have a different dental office correct the work they did to my crown. I have a crown that has no tooth ridges, its just flat which Surely is not the mold of my original tooth. This tooth presses my food it into my bottom teeth and flattens the food because there are no ridges. I have pain In this tooth, it bleeds and doesnt go all the way to the gum line. Instead of wanting to correct it, theyll rather lie and say theres nothing wrong with it. Okay aspen dental, this will be reported to a higher authority. Just bad business practice across the board with their rates because they are inflated and was being billed for a procedure I never had.

My whole experience at aspen was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Allen was not only very professional but extremely empathetic to my dental needs. Ive never cried about my teeth but how he made me look and feel was more then I couldve asked for on my visit!! They worked with me as best they could as I dont have insurance at this moment. Thank you to the whole staff for being so kind when I was having a difficult moment about my teeth.

They were amazing! My mom is wheelchair bound and has dementia . They were very patient and kind. Her chair was to short so they gave her blankets to help prop her up so it would make her taller so they could use the X-ray machine on her. The doctor was amazing and so was the staff!! I’d definitely would recommend this place!!

Our visit was very satisfactory. We were given a complete treatment plan and costs upfront.

I went to Aspen due to a tooth problem. I have to say that I was very impressed by the staff. Everyone was very efficient and professional. My wait time was short. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental needs.

The staff at this location is not a pleasant group of individuals. My last cleaning they rushed me in and out with in 9 minutes! Now how good of a job my teeth were cleaned is unlikely. And to be charged $120 for it! Rude and unfriendly! We won’t be returning! And will be more than glad to find a great company that actually cares for their clients instead of rushing them through for another dollar!

The staff at this office always does a very good job. Bri, Katie, and Dr. Patel take care of me regularly when I go in for dental work. All three of them are very efficient and have great customer service skills. Me and my wife love going here.

It was my first visit to Aspen dental. My experience was great the receptionist was awesome so was Alan, Katie, and my dentist Mrs. Patel. I wasn’t nervous they all were so kind and thoughtful. I’m so glad I went, they work with your budget Katie was wonderful about my finances.. I would recommend them to everyone.

Aspen Dental in Lutz is fantastic from the receptionist to the doctor, hygienist and excellent on-site lab. I highly recommend them. I had a great experience at aspen dental. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They are very quick and I was not waiting long at all. Aspen dental was very clean and updated with new equipment. Highly recommended going here. I only had one visit with them as a new patient and I knew right away I was coming here. The doctor was very nice and explained everything clearly!

From all of the front office staff, to the tech, hygienist and the attending dentist I give a five star rating. Everyone was professional yet very personable. I have always had a morbid fear of dentists, but these folks have done much to alleviate those and I am grateful for the trust I now have in their abilities to take care of my dental needs. Go to this place only if your teeth are perfect. There is a huge difference between and experienced dentist and newly graduated.It’s true what others have wrote about costs and they do push extra services. I was in the chair, mouth numb and having a crown prep when they came in telling me the tooth next to the one being worked on needed a crown. I trusted them only to learn that was not in my initial dental care plan. What they did was irritated a perfectly good tooth that now gives me problems. Dr. Patel had me come back twice after the tooth kept giving me problems. Now the tooth need a root canal. It didnt need a root canal when you put the criwn on to protect the tooth.. i didnt need a root canal after the first folliw up visit but now it needs one. So on top of paying for a crown i didnt need,, they actually think Ill let them touch another tooth in my mouth. I went to a new dentist who had to adjust my bite because Dr. Patel after adjusting it twice only shaved the tooth so smooth that when i chew, it just presses the food into my lower teeth instead of fringing the food. And this is only half the problem Ive had with aspen and Ive been seen at their Dale Mabry location and Brandon thinking Ill get better service by switching locations. I never want to feel the way I did when I left that place.

My experience with Aspen Dental in Wesley Chapel has been nothing short of fabulous, starting from the initial booking of my first appointment. I had been so apprehensive about finding a new dentist since my move to the area and then Covid! I have had the same dentist for the past 25 years back in NY that I loved. Well rest assured not only did I find the amazing professional, personable and knowledgeable, Dr. Patel, but her entire staff was amazing. Alan the hygienist is awesome. Caring, learned, outstanding professional. Joel, so patient and efficient on taking my diagnostics. And huge shout out to the office staff, who made me feel so welcome. If you are as picky as I am about the people you will need to rely on for your health and guidance, this is the place you want to be for all your dental needs! Well done Aspen.

Scheduled four patients at the same day, did not have enough nitrous for all so they forced me to reschedule to an office in south Tampa. Now I have to scramble a way to miss two days straight from work and get transportation all the way down there. Theyll charge you for breathing inside their lobby, but wont care how many days off work you miss or how far they make you drive because of their irresponsibility. If youre gonna play with your patients wellbeing, maybe your company isnt fit to be in this line of business. Were people, not numbers on a screen.

Aspen dental OVERCHARGES their patients. PLEASE check your claims statements through your insurance carrier to verify your out of pocket cost. They repeatedly collected higher out of pocket amounts and even after the claim went through and theres a credit on your account, NO ONE will notify you. They just keep your money. They also create outlandish treatment plans aimed to rob you blind. I dont need a customer rep to respond to this post because Ive already spoken to the customer Relations person and nothing got resolved. They are aware that they do this, they just dont care, its all about MONEY

This place is for those who have atleast 10-20k for dental work. I knew I messed up when I noticed it was a dentistry chain. Although they seem like they’re technology is advanced. I was a new patient due to me moving earlier in the year and I had extreme tooth pain and they didn’t even talk about that or came up with a solution. They are so worried about wrapping you up in a treatment plan that went around my issues and was over 10k with top tier insurance and that’s without cosmetic work like braces or teeth whitening. And mind you, I have no cavitis or damage. I went there for help for tooth pain and ended up leaving with the same tooth pain and a fat expensive treatment plan that didn’t even make the pain I am currently dealing with, the top priority. This place is straight up about money. If you’re rich and got money to blow have at it. But I’m 25 and don’t have my hand in mommy’s or daddy’s wallet, I’m out here alone trying to make it. I’ll look for more affordable options. Not $250/month for 60 months.

Dentist Dr. Reshma Patel listened to my medical history, understood my eating habits & preferences. I follow vegan, gluten-free diet. My molar tooth # 15 from upper jaw is partially broken. Dr. Patel understood that I dont eat hard-food like chips, cookies etc. Dr. Patel was very courteous, respectful & willing to understand. She clearly explained me the current condition, medical options, benefits/risks with each option. Dr. Patel is compassionate, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. She instantly earned my trust & confidence. If I decide to get any dental work done in the future, Aspen & Dr. Reshma Patel would be my first choice. Overall, entire team of people that I interacted with office manager, front-desk person and other medical assistant - everyone was very helpful. I am grateful for your professional approach.

The staff is very friendly. They made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. With that being said I knew I was dealing with professionals from the start. I would recommend them to friends and family for all your dental needs.

They did their job. I just didn’t feel very welcome or put at ease throughout the appointment. The passing between the assistant, hygienist, and the dentist felt like it lacked customer service and just felt like I was just another patient they needed to get through. There wasn’t much heads up or comfort given while they put things in my mouth other than just ‘open your mouth’. The doctor was helpful with her information and was professional. I would appreciate a little more intentionality regarding my comfort and also just general transition cues letting me know what’s next and how it’s going to feel so I can feel like there’s care involved in the procedure.

This place, where do I start...... First Id suggest finding a dentist thats not a chain company. They only care about your MONEY. You may or may not get any real customer service. I could go on and on but no need, their business practices are horrible.

I had an emergency appointment with the Wesley Chapel office and from the front office staff to the xray tech, hygienist, doctor and just every single staff member I came in contact with was simply amazing. Professional, kind, extremely empathetic and very gentle. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care. Dr. Reshma Patel Has such a warm and pleasant bedside manner. If you’re like me and afraid of dentists you will love her and her staff.

My visit was nothing but exceptional, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant experience! I received superior services at this location and would recommend it to everyone!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband went in for a check up. They told him that he needed his wisdom teeth out and needed invisalign. We said okay lets schedule the wisdom teeth and discuss invisalign later. The day the surgery was scheduled I drove my husband to the office and waited while he had his surgery. When he got done and we got into the care to leave he told me that the doctor he originally did the wisdom teeth consultation with was not the one that did the surgery. He then said that the doctor didnt have the right materials to numb his mouth so he didnt. I asked if he had a prescription for pain medicine and he said no. I went back into the office to get more information and they refused to speak to me cause I wasnt the patient, even though I told them I was his wife. Finally we found out he only had a script for antibiotics and not pain meds. A couple weeks later, my husband still says hes in extreme pain. I told him to call and get a post op appointment. When he did they told him the doctor couldnt see him for 3 weeks from now. I then suggested he just call a different dentists. He went to that dentist and they said the doctor had botched the surgery and severed a couple of nerves. He needs more tests now to see how severe but its very scary. Please do not get anything serious from this office. They have no idea what they are doing.

Not the best customer service and you can get better care elsewhere. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CLAIMS statements from your insurance company because they are thieves. Had it not been for the insurance company sending out the claim statement i would not have known I was over Charged and surely they didnt process a refund of my money.

Completely dishonest and deceptive business practices being demonstrated by the folks at Aspen Dental. Quote a $2500 treatment to an individual without insurance or discount plan. Individual acquires discount plan and attempts to get the same quote updated with new pricing. Aspen Dental then adds $1200+ to the treatment before marking it down for the discount plan. Multiple requests to match the previous treatment plan are either ignored or staff purposefully chooses to continue to try to deceive by not matching the initial treatment plan.Take your business elsewhere and do not give these crooks a dime of your money.

I went in as a new patient to have a chipped tooth repaired and to get a cleaning and was told by an administrative secretary that they could not treat me without an additional procedure that I did not want. There is something called patient autonomy which allows the patient to be involved in their treatment and choose their treatment. Forcing people to receive additional treatments in order to receive basic care is unethical.

The worst experience I have ever had at a dental facility. This was I feel a money grab.Great looking facility. The tech was outstanding. The dentist however tries pushing things you dont need.I needed 2 crowns(as told be a dentist the day before) and when I finished exam and x-ray. They told me it will ne 2 crowns and a root canal, and that would be $5600 . I asked how can that be, you are in my network and it says crowns are covered. The billing clerks answer was ohhh we upgraded you to the best crowns, if we apply your insurance then it will be $2300..... oh really, well what else did you upgrade me to? Make sure you ask questions and get second opinions

Found my new dentist home. The staff and equipment are very professional. I typically am not a fan of xrays. But the tech got solid images and was pretty painless. Excited to have my tooth concerns resolved finally.. excited to able to point at an image and be like right there. Had my teeth cleaned yesterday, and feels like new teeth. This is the 3rd dentist ive seen in route to resolving this pain. Being both a military brat and active duty, Ive had countless people in my mouth. My experience here was among the top. The treatment plan made sense.. like 100% made sense for whats going on with me. Im ready to get these issues resolved and do great things.Grateful for DR PATEL and her outstanding staff. Theyre a bunch of dental rockstars. And im def a fan. Thanks

I was a nervous wreck going into Aspen Dental as the Dentist office has always been my least favorite place to be.The office staff in Wesley Chapel really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident throughout my procedure. I was anxious when I arrived but I was received with a warm greeting and the staff were understanding of my plight and went out of their way to ensure the most pleasant experience it could have been.I cant remember the Dentists name, she was wonderful. The two stand out performances were from Sherri and Austin. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, they made the experience pleasant and fun.Thank you all at Aspen Dental Wesley Chapel for reassuring me and taking care throughout the process.

This is for the Springhill US 19 location. This was my first visit!I had great service. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My hygienist was very sweet and she did an amazing job with my teeth and gums. At other dental places I’ve been to, my gums are usually hurting when I’m done from all the scraping. But not this time! I’ve found a new home....Thank you ladies! A great start to a new year for my mouth!!

Everything and everybody were fantastic from the time I entered until I left. I did not have a scheduled appointment. I called in the morning and was seen that same afternoon. There was no wait when I got there and was seen as soon as I filled my papers out. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Wesley Chapel, Fl.

All this office cares about is money! Beware! They told me I had to put $100 down cause the extractions they put in as surgery... I go in for the extractions they than ask for more money and made it so uncomfortable and kept telling me I couldn’t leave before paying more. I was ultimately charged $150 over what I should have my insurance has told me as such but my money hasn’t been returned. Beware this office is greedy they only want your money!

I was a little nervous going in, as I have not been to a dentist in years. Everyone from start to finish was amazing. They made me feel great and took care if all my needs. Dr Patel was awesome, she answered every question I had and was a joy to be around. The office manager took care of everything else and she was excellent. I couldnt be happier (and relieved) to have found a dentist I actually enjoy visiting!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to get an emergency extraction the Monday after Thanksgiving and they were the only place that would extract the same day as my first visit. Dr.Patel was able to easily remove the broken molar that had very large hooks on the roots (typically difficult to do). The office was very clean and up to date as well. I would highly recommend anyone to go here for any kind of dental work they provide.

I had a bad experience earlier today at the new port Richey location. I wanted to try a different location and it surly was the best decision ever. Doctor petal has amazing bedside manner and great clinical skills. From front staff to dental hugeness the entire office was excellent. I would highly recommend the lutz location to all my family and friends. 5✨

There has never been a better dentist visit in all 58 be years of my life. The staff were thoughtful, attentive and using common sense. I really didnt want to go to Aspen because of a previous very bad experience with my daughter at another location. But this was entirely different. I would recommend this staff and location to anyone looking for a new dentist. Thanks so much.

It is the worst place I went too, they don’t care about their customer, I will never recommend this location, and you better have the invoice in your hand before you do anything because I promise you few month later you will get a bill asking for more $$

My wife and I visited this office and it is pretty brand new. They take walk-ins and emergency patients which is very convenient. The office manager and Dr. Patel were very friendly and competent! Usually I am very scared but after having such a great experience, I am excited I have a new dental office and I will be going in for regular checkups from now on!!!!

I can’t be more satisfied with my experience. The little Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and I haven’t been to the dentist in more than 5 years. I knew I needed a lot of work done and she worked with me to get all of my work finished and I have an amazing smile now! Moreso, my wife is so happy that I finally will smile with her in pictures! I have major dental fears and lots of work that needs to be done. I needed to find a local dentist instead of driving to south Tampa all the time because I’m that picky. One visit, for my free 360 X-rays, was all it took for them to gain my trust. From the office staff like Michelle to the dental assistant Austin to Dr Patel, and the amazing craftsmanship of their in house teeth guy (don’t know his title LOL) - I love them all. They each listened to my concerns with genuine compassion and no judgement. We worked on a plan and it’s been a journey and it’s not over yet, but I’ve never felt so at ease and at home than I do there. They feel like family.And I am not a paid 5 star rating person (if that’s a thing). I just know that office personalities and care can make all the difference when trying to chose a dentist. I was leery about going to a “chain” type dentist but I’m glad I gave them a chance.

I have been so scared of the dentists since I was a little girl and this was the first time being with a dentist I felt comfortable with. Dr. Patel was very kind and patient, the staff was caring and professional. Michelle at the front, Patricia, Alyssa and the hygienist Mihn were great! I would very much recommend this office to my friends and loved ones.

I came in with severe bone loss in my mouth because of an accident. Started with my lowers, 6 months later did my uppers. When all was said and done I can eat salads corn on the cob and apples with full dentures and Dr Patel is the best in the world. I HIGHLY recommend the staff here.

They “forgot” to put in my husbands prescription after his wisdom teeth removal surgery. Their regular lines were completely unresponsive. Emergency line got no callback. This was a nightmare to deal with.

Definitely a great place !! My husband was complaining about a tooth ache so bad.That I was so surprised that a dentist was opened on a Saturday first of all. Also three waiting room was so comfortable.He had a great experience they were able to extract the tooth that was bothering him ASAP !! Thank you Aspen we will be coming back !!

Went in for my cleaning and annual x-rays. I have insurance and was told by person at front desk that i would owe $104. I asked what it was for and they said exam and x-rays. I said I thought my insurance covered both once a year. She said no it didnt and took it off. She said okay, now you owe $48. I said for what? Flouride. I said, do i have to have that? We highly recommend it. I said okay whatever. All i had was a cleaning and then they took these photos but never explained why???? Did ask while I was having my teeth cleaned if i ever thought about having teeth straighend? Is that why they took pictures? Left with no receipt of what they charged me for. Called them and asked them to send it. They said that they would. Still have not received my email. Ugh!

Highly recommend this dental office. I was terrified I would be in pain during my procedure, but they were able to apply a local and numb me painlessly. Thank you so much for the tender touch and understanding. Dr. Patel is the best dentist Ive ever been to.

You were able to get me an appointment quickly when everyone else gave me a 2-3 day wait. From the receptionist, office manager, x-ray technician, hygienist and doctor you all treated me with courtesy and respect. You are truly professional and kudos to your office.

My regular dentist couldnt see me for 3 days so finding Aspen Dental was a blessing. Not only did they see me right away, but understood I could not go on for days in pain that disrupted my sleep. Got it handled. Everyone was genuinely pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Patel is now my new dentist!!!

I went in for a new patient exam after avoiding the dentist for well over a year! Yes, I need some work, but the last place I went kept pushing root canals and possible dentures. Aspen says I need a good cleaning and a few fillings. Its nice to finally find a dentist that is worried more about my teeth and less about running up my insurance. Not only will I get the cleanings and fillings, I will even follow up with routine maintenance for once in my adult life!

Was very happy with the care. Downside was that I sat in the chair for 2 hrs. just waiting for a build up for a crown.

Very good service, had an appointment for 8:45 and was taken back even before 8:40. Hygienist was very nice and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. Wasn’t upsold on anything unnecessary and the little doctor took her time and talked to me like she really cared. I found my new dentist office for sure!

Aspen Dental....pure miracle sent from somewhere.Horrible horrible pain and teeth which is my fault.Took free xray etc and consultation while whole time beyond emotional as I was so close to military doing this but no way to another 2 years after all my PTSD.Knowing I need basically full reconstruction and the cost 15k-20k I was just hoping for workable payment arrangements like a car ugghh. Called into office with regional manager, doctor, just everyone and told my new mouth would be gifted.Been crying all day with joy and sweetzness. Along with a leap day birthday... I happily took the offer.

I will not go back. Worst dental experience that I’ve ever had.

✨OMG!!!! I love Dr Patel and the WHOLE STAFF at the Lutz/Wesley Chapel Fl. Location!!!!! From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I walked out, I was treated so great!!!! Staff is very professional and SO CARING!!!! Dr Patel is totally amazing. I have dealt with a lot of dentists and specialists in my time and she is definitely one of the best.... I had to have major dental work done, and the staff at Aspen Dental, were fantastic! From reception, office manager, Dr., their entire goal, was, abd still is, my health, and well being. They gave me my smile, and confidence back, and they treat me, like a dear friend. I will never go anywhere else!

Ive been going to the dentist twice a year since I was a child, and this was the first time for many things, and not just the fancy new equipment (that I liked!). Seeing my own x-rays on the monitor right in front of me, getting a full, easy to understand explanation of what was going on with my teeth was great! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am looking forward to a long relationship with my new dentist - Aspen Dental!I do have one question, though - with all the other innovations in equipment you have, why is the x-ray thingie that you have to bite on still so painfully uncomfortable? Do you think you could get someone to work on making that less painful for your patients getting x- rays?

Went in to repair a broken tooth. They were quick to complete a thorough exam, evaluate options for the repair, and completed the repair with a very short time. I’m switching my primary dentist to Aspen!!!

I went in for a simple cleaning but they refused to do it unless I paid for additional treatment that I didnt want. To put this into perspective, imagine taking your vehicle to a car wash but are denied service unless you pay for an oil change first. Dont get me wrong, I fully support my dentist recommending certain treatment or preventative maintenance based on their professional opinion, but they first have to earn my trust before they can earn my business. Forcing someone to comply with a treatment plan is a strong signal that Aspen puts profits before patients. I had high hopes since this is a new facility with all new equipment, but the business model and high pressure sales tactics dont pass the sniff test. My experience at Aspen was like a miniature version of a time share pitch: be prepared for a hard sell and your dental insurance maximized.

I was beyond pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me by Kahmed at Aspen Dental. The moment you walked in the door, he would greet you with a friendly smile. He is kind, caring and very professional. I am very appreciative of the time he took to explain things to me that would put me at ease. He always made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable. I only had a visit to have them look at what was going on, and I knew nothing could be done that day. I had the exam they told me what needed to be done. They explained that nothing could be done until the swelling was gone. They are going to contact me in a few days days to schedule an appointment for the work to be done. What i really liked is everyone that seen me from the one who signed me in, to the dentist that examined my affected teeth and the one that singed me out. They were all very kind, and very polite. I am looking forward to having the work done at this office.

This location is brand new! My new patient experience was ideal. The deep cleaning was painless, they were upfront with clear costs for additional work suggested, and it was an overall V.I.P experience with polite, efficient and expert staff. I would highly recommend making an appointment.
