I had my first appointment today and I cant say enough good things. Everyone was so nice, took their time explaining everything, and honestly made me feel good about going to the dentist for the first time in a while. Amber specifically was phenomenal! Highly recommend this office!

I just got a root canal there and everyone was super awesome through the experience. From the dentist(Chris)and his assistant to the front desk woman(Keisha). Amber was also very fun.

The people here are the absolute BEST! The staff are super friendly and the Dr. Petrotto is nice and very informative ! Keisha the office manager definitely made my experience here a ease. Dental Associates of Florida-Lutz earned these 5 Stars and we would give them more if we were allowed! We found out that our son needed an emergency root canal. After calling several places to find out that they either did not answer or return calls, take our insurance, would not see a pre-teen and at least 3 calls to our insurance an insurance rep gave me this place. I called and they answered, took our insurance and were very responsive to our sons situation. I spoke with the office manager, Keisha, directly. She had me send over the x-rays and orders from the orthodontist so she could get them in front of the dentist as soon as possible. She was knowledgeable about what our insurance required. Keisha kept me informed every step of the way and within an hour or so we had an appointment set up for the next morning. When my husband arrived with our son the next morning he was immediately at ease. My husband asks ALOT of questions and they took the time to not only answer each one but to make sure we understood the answers and were comfortable.It is a rarity these days to find that an entire staff cares about their reputation and truly care about their patients.

I’ve been coming here for a while now but had great Friday the 13th luck and got Amber as my hygienist today. She is AMAZING! The most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had anywhere and on top of that her personality is contagious. She’s a complete gem. Usually going to the dentist isn’t the most fun experience but she made me feel like I’d known her forever and I can honestly say I enjoyed my visit. The office staff is always nice and helpful as are the actual dentists. Highly recommend.

I really dont like dentist offices, but I had to do something about my tooth pain. I am so glad I got this office. From my first phone call with the office manager, who is from the same area as I am. Oh my goodness then they had a male hygienist, and the young talented dentist, that took good care of me, and explained and went through everything going on with my teeth. On top of a tooth being extracted on first vist. The best dentist I have been too in years. They usually make you go back and forth with many appointments. I only need 3 more appointments and I am good for a year. I plan on sticking around for sure.Love this place already.

Just moved to Lutz and was looking for a new dentist and I’m glad I found the Dental Associates of Florida-Lutz. The entire staff was very nice and inviting from the time I walked through the door. I had a chipped tooth and they were able to get me in the same day! Not only were they accommodating but the staff was super nice and welcoming. Keisha, the office manager was amazing from the very first phone call, all the way to the end. The two hygienists I had were very friendly and knowledgeable, keeping me safe (as I am pregnant). Dr.P has a GREAT bedside manner! He kept me informed of my options, let me know what he was doing during the procedure, was thorough/efficient and overall just has a great energy. The place is beautiful as well. I would highly reccomend them for your next visit!

We were back for another visit at Dental Associates in Lutz today! All 5 of our kids have been seen here now. Dr Chris is amazing with them. Talks to them not at them, makes them understand the importance of proper dental hygiene and answers all their questions. Dr Chris is a more conservative dentist on some issues which with 5 kids, we greatly appreciate but the care you receive is still beyond compare.Just as important as the doctor is the staff. Keisha, the office manger, is wonderful! She is always friendly and goes above and beyond for the patients. She tries to make everyone as comfortable as possible wether you are a patient or a parent there with your kids. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and loves her job.The hygienists and front office staff are just as awesome. The staff is always friendly when you walk in the door and prompt at getting you checked in and seen.The hygienists are always great with my kids. They put them at ease and take the time to explain everything they are doing. They are very patient which I’m sure is not always easy with kids at a dentist office! But they never seem to get frustrated or impatient and they always have a smile.So happy to have found the perfect family dentist office for all of us!

Their appointments actually start around the time when theyre scheduled, which is a nice change from most doctors. Yasmine was super fast and efficient with the set up process!

I called in with a toothache. Keisha eased my mind over the phone and squeezed me in for an appointment, x-rays and to set a treatment plan to resolve all my issues with my mouth. I am scared of the dentist and everyone that I talked to today was amazing. They all were supportive and genuinely cared about my well being. Dr. Petrotto was kind, compassionate and listened to all my concerns. He explained the entire procedure in detail. I was even laughing at one point while in the office. I was a little nervous going to a new dentist after being with my previous dentist for over 10 years. However, I missed a 6 month cleaning during the pandemic, and started experiencing some tooth pain. Dr. Petrotto was so thorough, taking his time reviewing my x-rays, and quickly diagnosing my issue. The hygienist, Mosen, was also very thorough and informative. He carried out the treatment plan and cleaned my teeth, so I didnt have to make another appointment. They were both so professional and informative. The office personnel were equally helpful and friendly! Ive got a new DENTAL OFFICE!

Im so glad I found this office. It was easy to find and very clean when I arrived. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor. His assistant took my X-rays then the doctor came in a few minutes later. He reviewed my X-rays with me and explained everything as he went making it easy for me to understand. No other dentist has done this with me so I appreciate it very much! The entire experience was great. Everyone was very friendly!

Dr. Petrotto is thorough, honest, and all around a good guy. I developed a severe tooth ache Sunday and Dr. Petrottos office took me in first thing Monday morning.The procedure itself was easy. I had a broken tooth and needed it replaced. I had the tooth taken out and an implant put in the residual hole immediately after. A couple stitches and I was done.What really stood out about this practice and Dr. Petrotto was the way he explained everything for myself and my wife to understand. He showed us models to explain the different parts of the implant, we went over the timeline and stages of getting a dental implant and then putting a crown on it after it heals in the bone, and he explained thoroughly the steps I needed to take after surgery to keep the area clean and healthy.I had a great experience in this office and recommend it to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and honest dentist.

Ive been seeing Dr. Petrotto at Dental Associates in Lutz for about a year now. He always spends time explaining what he is doing as he looks at my teeth and answers all my questions. He also showed me this neat floss holder that holds the floss different from standard flossing picks and its significantly easier to clean between my teeth, especially the ones with crowns. Highly recommend!

First, let me preface this with the fact that I have honestly NEVER written a review for anything...EVER! But my experience with this dental office was so absolutely amazing that I felt the need to. I recently moved to the area from Buffalo, New York and literally cried when I had to leave my dentist there. I originally chose a different dentist upon moving and had a couple appointments that left me feeling pretty terrible. I didn’t know the area so I thought maybe this was just how it was. I could not be more wrong! I decided to make an appointment with this office in hopes that I could have a better experience. WOW. From the time I made the appointment, I knew it was the right decision. Fast forward to my actual appointment and I am just BLOWN away. I chipped my front tooth and looked terrible! I was so embarrassed about it but the only time I could get to the office was late in the day so I assumed it wouldn’t be taken care of. WRONG! Andrea took all of my x-rays and assured me not to worry about anything. She explained so many things to me and made me feel so comfortable that I could cry....again ( this was such a change from my other experience where I really wasn’t even sure what they were doing or where they were going when they would disappear.) She is absolutely amazing and after only 1 visit I’m in love! Then comes Dr Mueller who is just as amazing! The relationship they have is one of a kind, something I could instantly sense and this relationship pours out to their patients as well. He also took the time to go over everything with me and also fixed my terrible tooth, even though it was late in the day and they had already spent more than enough time with me. I left feeling AMAZING! I couldn’t stop telling my husband about my experience. I could keep going on and on with praise because I have never had such a wonderful experience (I forgot to mention the receptionist who is top notch also! So friendly, helpful, etc...everything you could ever want!) Please look no further if you are looking for a dentist. I can’t stop smiling! You will NOT be disappointed!

Dr. Petrotto did my root canal and fixed it with crown. I was nervous about having a root canal procedure but the doctor explained everything and the process was MUCH easier than I could have ever thought. He took care of everything in one day and I left that afternoon with no pain at all. Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming.

They all also gave me information which i was ignorant to.I did a lot of research before I went to a dentist. I was highly recommended to this place by other colleges. and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mueller and his staff to anyone that needs a dentist out there.I had a my wisdom teeth, 2 moles, implant and deep cleaning done in one day and the level of pain that i have is very minimal. I’m not just a number to them. This visit was a big one. I needed a few fillings and my wisdom teeth removed. To say I was nervous would be an understatement. Dr. Petrotto was so patient and kind. He takes the time to explain everything to you. What he was doing, why he chose to do this, how it’s going to feel during and after, EVERYTHING! Which definitely helped my nerves. I have gone to Dr. Mueller for over 15 years at various locations throughout Tampa and Brandon. I first started going to Dr. Mueller after my last dentist (in South Tampa) told me I needed a ton of dental work that was going to be very expensive and time consuming. I ended up only needing one filling with Dr. Mueller at that visit. This was my first visit to this location and it is a beautiful office. Everything in the office is brand new and very clean. They have a huge waiting room with a TV, free coffee, etc. All of the other employees are also very friendly. Andrea Stone was my favorite, taking time to explain to me what was going on and calm me down when I felt nervous. She was also extremely thorough and detail oriented in her work. I will now be making the 45 minute drive from Tampa to this office!
