Paul and his guys are always available and the quality of work is amazing. They know how to safely and effectively cut down trees without damaging personal property or buildings. Theyve cut down 2 trees for us so far, and we couldnt be happier. 10/10 would use again!

Emergencies are never an enjoyable experience, but Paul was very helpful getting me past the hurdles. The work he did to clear away the debris took that mess away and eased my mind. I had a tree leaning over my house and it was dead and about to fall. I called Friday morning and it was done by that evening. They went above and beyond to help us out.they were also VERY affordable.

I requested a quote from this company through the BBB website. The owner, Paul LeBlanc, came to my home on a Saturday. He appeared to be knowledgeable and we spoke regarding prices. He told me he was insured. I called him on the following Monday to hire him but requested he provide me with his certificate of insurance prior to starting the job. He stated he would sent it to me. I did not hear from him for two days. I called him on Wednesday. He asked that I call his girlfriend who had the certificate. I spoke with her and she texted me a copy of a certificate. I called the insurance company to verify the insurance and was told the certificate was for Harolds Tree Service and it was an old policy number. I was informed that no other company or persons were covered under the policy. I informed the girlfriend that I would not be hiring them for the job. I was going to let it go and not worry about it further. However, I received a call today (Friday of same week) and the owner, Paul, left me a voicemail stating he told me he had insurance because he didnt want to lose the job and that Harolds Tree Service was going to go with him to do the work. However, if I would have hired Tree Stump Tree Service and something would have happened, it would not have been covered by Harolds Tree Service insurance. I dont know if they do good work but by the owners own admission, he lied about having insurance to get the job. I cant work with people I cant trust. The owners girlfriend told me they looked into getting their own insurance but it cost $1000. They would have made double that on my job if they would have gotten the insurance.

Very friendly and professional. Safe conscientious and honest. I was genuinely concerned with my problem. Gave great advice. If you need Tree Service this is the company to call.
