I stopped in for a quote, and I have scheduled an appointment for Monday to replace both radiator and condenser fans on my Honda Civic EX-L.

We called because transmission fluid exploded under our truck. come to find out there was a lot more to it they did a wonderful job it took a longer than quoted bit issues kept popping up when we got the truck back it had another leaking issue ( no fault of theirs) but they fixed it as well at no cost

My wife took our car in earlier this morning and the man behind the counter was extremely rude and was very mouthy toward her. I don’t know if it was to early in the morning or if this is how customers are always treated but I’ll be sure to find a better place to do my business.

Got an engine swap on my Jeep and the manager quoted me 875 labor by the time I made it home he called in jumped it up to 1300 it stayed n shop all week, called that Friday n told me I had three broken bolts on oil pan witch are only an inch long and took another three days and an additional 527 for three little bolts that didn’t appear to be broke when I dropped off engine . First n last time with these shade tree mechanics, wouldn’t recommend them to work on your go cart . There was missing items on Jeep n they piled wires instead of putting back in place .

They were exceptional and very kind. They did a great job on my vehicle. I have had no issues since the have worked on my truck. They are considerate when it comes to pricing. They updated me if I needed another part for them to finish the job and let me know the full cost and asked if I wanted them to move forward with the job. I would definitely do business with them again!

Excellent service and very timely. Got my jeep in and out within one day, quoted the job fair and gave me updates on other issues and time frame. David and the team did a great job!

They dont lock their parking lot at night and will leave your car unlocked outside. Someone broke into my car while in their possession and now Im responsible for all of the damages to my interior. Be careful if you have to leave your vehicle there overnight. They do not care what happens to your property while its in their possession. I highly recommend taking your business to another shop around town.

I waited four and a half days just to get my car diagnostician to let me know what was wrong with my car they were still working on cars that they had at their shop a week before slow customer service friendly staff dont get me wrong good customer service friendly staff they just have a slow process

This place was awesome. I have never had a shop to be so precise on what they were going to do. They kept me informed on what the progress was and they came through with flying colors. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I dealt with Mr Darien Allred over the phone because I live in Pearland and my granddaughter lives and attends college in Lufkin. I called him told him where the car was, he had it towed to the shop, told me the situation and got right on it and got it fixed. I wish all red air shops were like Family Auto Repair. They truly treat you like family. They get a 5 ⭐️ rate from me.

David was great. I was two hours into a long car trip when one of my spark plugs started misfiring. Panic ensued! My phone sent me to Family Auto Repair and I am so glad it did. David could see I was in a bind and so he took time away from his lunch to assess my car, diagnose, and repair my car quickly and inexpensively. This place was an answer to pray. They went above and beyond to fix my suburban after another place didnt fix it but charged me 1000.00. David and his crew go out off their way to help you. They even took me home 22 miles when I was stranded and towed my suburban two different times to their shop. I wish I could give them more stars. I couldnt be more satisfied with what they did, as a women by myself, you dont always know who to trust. Well you can trust Family Auto Repairs to do the job right and have a fair price.

My 2007 Nissan Xterra was leaking water into the passenger side floorboards; Family Auto found the problem (a poor design for outflow from the A/C condenser unit) and fixed it. No more leaks, the A/C runs better than ever, and I know how they fixed the problem and am confident it wont come back! It took some time at the shop; 4 days, and they had to get in behind the dash, but it is fixed and everything is perfect.

I would like to give them less than 1 * but I cant if you take your motorcycle to get it inspected there please know everything about your bike because they will try to say that it wont pass they Dont Know about tires they act like they do safe yes knowledge of tires on a bike need to be schooled went but they were by me read the lettering on the tire it says it on there (front tire D O T WITH ARROW GOING CLOCKWISE IN CASE YOU DONT KNOW LIKE A CLOCK RIGHTY TIGHTY LEFTY LOOSEY GO RIGHTY
