We had 2 friends tell us this was the place to go for getting our car repaired. Our experience was horrible, we wanted almost a month before they would even diagnose the problem. After almost 2 months of waiting for them to fix the car we gave up, found another place and paid to have the car moved to the new place. I would NOT recommend!! C&R Auto cost us $95 and did nothing + we had the cost of the car being towed to C&R and towed away so we are $467 in already from trusting this place would fix our car.

Took over a week to even get looked at, when they told us just a couple days. Then tried to say that there was a problem with something and would cost a lot of money. Took it elsewhere, didn’t even spend $1k to fix the problem.

Chris is honest and a man of integrity. If you are tired of dishonest mechanics, I highly recommend Chris! Works hard and backs the quality of his work. 5 stars ⭐️

I have used this place several times they never disappoint fair estimates and trustworthy where as other mechanic shops will make up stuff thats wrong just to get your business and not fix anything a mechanic you can trust

I understand that mechanics get busy, but when they suggest a day and time to bring your vehicle in.. and not only am I having to call to check status but called 3 times and 5hrs later they havent even looked at it.. that to me is a problem.. especially when they charge $90 just to look at it . My thoughts are if Im paying you and bringing it in on an appointment time.. then it should be looked at within an hour and also given the respect and called to be notified the status.. so for me even though the guy (Chris) is super nice!! I just think thier time MGMT is horrible. This would not be a place I will be taking my business back too.
