If your not using grease monkey for oil changes and inspection you are doing it wrong. Fast, friendly and professional. The location I visit has a food joint next door so I go on a lunch break and by the time Im done eating they have me taken care of. So nice!

I’m visiting Lufkin and had an issue with a plastic skid plate dragging the ground from under my car. I brought my car by to see if I could pay a reasonable fee to have them secure it. They secured it for me, had great customer service, and didn’t charge me a cent.Good people snd service at this store and a veteran that served 3 tours in the Middle East.Thank you again for your service, sir…and I hope y’all enjoyed the pizza I dropped off!

Went in today to get my oil changed since my light came on for it, even though I got it changed at another autoshop 3 days ago.The men were kind, professional and checked my oil levels and to find out the previous shop forgot to reset my oil monitor.I was so worried since Ive been traveling to a few states.Dale was courteous and gave me water on this hot day in texas. Unfortunately, I do not remember the other mans name who helped me, he was blonde and I think had blue eyes, he was professional as well.They definitely earned the high rating that made me stop by to get my car checked out. No longer worried about my car now that Im back on the road for the rest of my trip.

I made my appointment online and received several emails confirming the date and time. When I got there, they had cars lined up at every door...but they had no record of my appointment. I showed them my confirmation emails and they opened up a bay and got me in immediately. The guys were very nice, polite, and it didnt take long to get the job done.

I 1st gave them a call, to check prices and what kind of service they do. I think the guy name was Kenny Im not sure. But I think his name started with a k. But anyways he was very polite, informative, answered every question I asked. I was very satisfied with the professionalism over the phone and in person. Grease Monkey on Frank Ave, the 2 guys that did my oil change were awesome!! I was informed about the service I would be getting, and what was better for my ride before I received it. When they were done, or even in the middle of my service I was informed of what needed to be replaced. Everything that needed to be replaced was highlighted on a piece of paper that had the list of things that were done to my car. Greatest auto service I have ever received from an auto business. Number 1 on my list!!

Has my vehicle inspected and they were kind enough to wait as I tried to receive a digital copy of my insurance via my phone. I know it was a terrible inconvenience for them and bad planning on my part, but I am grateful for their patience.

We love this place. Great people and friendly service. When you think they couldn’t get any better they do. They gave free oil changes to veterans and active military today for Veterans Day. I arrived prior to them opening so I could be in and out. I was told the repair should only take half an hour. The bald employee was the one working on me vehicle. I was there over an hour and for at least 50 minutes he was just joking with other employees or wandering around not working on my vehicle, and when they were finished he just left the vehicle in the bay until someone asked about it. Absolutely no sense of time, theirs or the customers. Dont waste your time, because they will.

I bought a van that had been serviced there regularly for years so they had the information on what was due. The mechanics were very honest and efficient. I will go back there in the future when my oil change is due.

Since it changed owners not near as good as it was. Staff not friendly. Didnt reset my mileage and didnt check air pressure in my tires. When I asked about the tires he said I checked. I was in the truck the whole time he never checked. He got rude so I just left. Been doing business here a long time. Looks like I need to find another place. I will give 1 more chance

The one on South Timberland Dr. in Lufkin, TX. is the best one to go to. Fast and friendly staff. Austin is the manager and he is one that watches his staff very well and very knowledgeable on things. Kenneth is another one I would have working on my vehicle.

I called to ask if you needed an appointment to get an oil change/tire rotation. The guy who answered told me that they don’t take appointments and that it’s first come, first served. I told him that was great and said thank you.Then before either of us hung up I heard a high pitched and mocking voice from his end of the line say “Can I make an appointment?!?!?”.I was surprised. Maybe it’s petty of me to write this review, but I thought that was incredibly rude. I decided not to go to this place.

The last 2 times Ive been here theyre always forgetting something or get something wrong. Guess I need to find a new place. Went today to get my oil changed and there have multiple people switching vehicles not checking everything. Id Im paying $60... I want what Im paying for. I had to get the guys to check my tired pressures, which almost all of then were off and add washer fluid, which was empty. People are nice, just make sure quality of your service is worth it.

Always excellent service. Ive been going with my mom for years, but just recently I took my first car in! The gentleman helping us was really patient and informative, understanding that I was on a budget and couldnt afford the more expensive products they offered. I got an oil change, my windshield wipers replaced, and a new air filter. It took less than half an hour for the whole process! I was very pleased with my experience and will surely be going back. A big plus; I got a free car wash with my oil change! You really cant beat that.
