Had my truck just shy of a month after reassuring me multiple times that it shouldnt take more than 2 weeks once they got the part. I had to call every single time for an update even when Mr. Vinnie said hed call me right back with an update, I had to wait an hour and half and then I called back, suddenly he had an update. I finally get my truck back and somehow these dopes forgot to put the splash guard back on, instead they threw it in the bed.

I do NOT recommend getting your oil changed at Loving Nissan. The first oil change they left several shop towels under my hood (drove around with towels under the hood for over 3000 miles). The second oil change I woke up to a puddle of oil all over my garage floor. Oil now covers the complete undercarriage of my Murano. Even after that I still gave them one more chance. Third oil change they left the oil cap off now there is oil splattered all over my engine bay. I will NEVER again get my oil changed at Loving Nissan. Very disappointing because I thought the best service would come from the dealership!

If you buy a brand new car from here, and something goes wrong 2 weeks later.. they will give you a “courtesy loaner.” They will remind you that they don’t HAVE to provide anything, it is simply a COURTESY. And don’t expect a clean loaner, it will be dirty. Also, if you have questions, be prepared to ask them numerous times before you get an answer.Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointed--Had my vehicle serviced there. When it was finished they recommended I do a coolant and brake fluid service. The coolant was $159.95 and the brake fluid was was $129.95. I didnt know what this was so I asked. I was told it was toping off these two. I asked, you mean youre going to charge me $289.90 to add fluid, and I was told that was right. Naturally I didnt do that. Later I called the service manager and he acted like he didnt care. I was bothering him. He told me in hi condescending way that they were going to drain the coolant and brakes and refill them for that price. I told him that wasnt what I was told. No one ever apologized or anything. I also told him that I would look at another dealer next time I needed vehicle, one with better service, but he didnt care about that, either. But, I wasnt bluffing.

I had the oil changed in the 2006 Nissan Titan. I was able to sit outside and did not have to go inside. They were fast and exceptional. I always take it there for oil changes and I have the oil changed regularly. Its a good old fun truck.

First brought in my 2017 Frontier because transmission coolant line was leaking. Had no appointment they took me right away. I wasn’t even charged due to line just being loose. Just now had oil done there to. I was in and out real fast. I plan on having all work done there. I also plan to get my next 4x4 there.

Drove all the way from Tyler to do business with these guys.....had a tough start but dealing with James Bruce was great! He told me what he could do for me and my wife by just looking at pictures and a video of our walk around, got there the following week and is wasn’t exactly what he said but it was very close witch made me very happy! I have had my Rogue for a little over a month and like it a lot. I hope to look at other Nissan vehicles in the future. It gets great gas mileage and easy to drive.

Took my Armada in while on a family trip. We were passing through and there was an issue with car. The service department spent 20 minutes looking at the car and stated that there was no issue. Two hours later the ring on the outside of the clutch on the air compressor came off causing damage that could have prevented. I forced to give them one star, they deserve none.

They took my car right in, although it took a little longer than stated it was finished in a fair amount of time and my car is working as good as new. My son-in-law is a mechanic for a different car dealership and he said the price for parts and labor was spot on.

Horrible experience!! After having my car for about 4 days I talked to a guy named Franklin in the service department!! He told me flat out “we’re not going to work on your car, we’re done!!” because I have an aftermarket stereo system. Very rude when I asked questions on which direction I needed to go as far as getting the problem resolved, acted as if he was frustrated because I wanted more information on getting my car fixed. This was my first time dealing with this place, makes me want to get rid of the car if they treat paying customers this bad

Update: service department worked with me to get my car fixed like new. They took care of the labor to put the broken parts on for free. I covered the parts and they installed them. This is what good customer service is all about.—————————————————————It all started on Friday and Well I should have seen the signs from the start but I over looked them thinking this would get better. They did not. 1. No VIN number was listed on the buyers agreement I was given. 2. I went to my bank and was approved for the loan however dealership never gave the VIN number to Chris my loan agent. 3. After the bank I went back to dealership and put a $5,000 down payment. Since I was committed to the new car. Then I grew aggravated as my bank closes for the weekend and the dealership never called me or my bank. So there was no way I was getting the new car by the car loan from my bank till Monday at the earliest. They did tell me they couldn’t find the car I wanted, so I told them a dealership online had three of them and they told me no one at that dealership was taking their call. Which was a lie in my eyes because I too had contacted that same dealership and had no problems with getting through to them. 4. Got a phone call Friday evening from Jimmy who’s tone was rude which caused me to change my tone and from that hateful call I will never ever buy another car from there again. After getting the hateful call, My wife and myself went up there to have a chat in person. Everyone was aggravated before we got there because My wife was standing next to me when my tone changed while talking to Jimmy. When we arrived there the tone and the way Jimmy talked was in a crappy manner. Won’t never ever buy from here ever again. Horrible customer service in the manner he talks to us. I still want the car at this point and he tells me car will be here in the morning but he still can not give me a VIN number. 5. Saturday dealership calls, the driver has gone to get the car be back soon. 5. Saturday about 4:15 pm dealership calls car is ready. About 5:00 pm we head up there to buy our new car. Since my bank is closed I apply for a loan at the dealership. My credit score is 780 so it’s not a problem but the loan is 72 months, nope not doing it so Jimmy calls and changes it to 60 months okay that’s better. We check the car out and be sure it has everything we need. Then we sign the paperwork. I never looked inside the fender wells or under the front bumper. We drove the new car from dealership to taco caso to eat, then drove it home. It was around 6:00-6:30 when we left dealership and never drove it again that night, then around 10am Sunday drove it to church and I hear something knocking so I get out and find the front right fender well all messed up and just under the bumper damage where something has been ran over at a high rate of speed and it has broken all the securing points off the bumper, damage and broke the fender well. I can’t prove it and I didn’t look there when I picked up the car but I know I did not hit anything while driving it that I’m aware of. Oh well to the body shop it goes for three days next week and $1400 of my money. Again I will never ever buy from this dealership again. Took the car back so dealership could see what I seen, they to only seen the fender well after I pointed it out and didn’t see the bumper damage till I pointed it out as well. Once the bumper damage was seen then the man in charge was sent out to inform me it was not like that yesterday, so no problem that’s what insurance is for. But since the damage was not over five grand I will just pay it and leave insurance company out of this one. The dealership did send me to parts where I paid for the fender well and informed me I would also be charged to install the new fender well part. Hey it’s cool why would they want to help me out, it’s not like I just bought a new car from them and in less than 8 hours of owning it I find a problem with it. I even sent pictures and a message to the sales guy as soon as the problems where found.

If there were another Nissan location within 90 miles of my location, I would never use this location or its service department again. Appointments are useless as they will end up keeping your car all day long and not even do anything to it in that time, forcing you to bring the car back another time for the same issue. They never have cars to loan you, either. I have had 3 issues with a brand new car, and for each problem it has taken 2+ appointments to get the problem addressed, let alone fixed.Terrible service department.

Im at my whits end I have been to the service department severaltimes since I purchased this car expressing my concerns about thepaint chipping off, It started doing this even before my first oil change.the service department have been rude and condescending talking.they keep saying it road debris doing this. but the paint is flaking all over not justthe hood. Im just wanting this problem solved I love my car but please help me withfixing my paint job.

The regular workers are extremely nice and helpful. But the big cheese is not. Wants to do a 119.00 check before fixing my taillights. I already told him what the problem was and where it was. He said they couldnt just fix it for me.
