We are from out of town and made a special trip to get a cell phone repaired. Called ahead to make sure that they were not busy and could get to us. Drop the phone off and when we returned 10 minutes before closing time they had not touched our phone. Did not bother to call us. Very disappointed and definitely a waste of time.

Eric Miller is AWESOME!! But the assistant he has working for him leaves a lot to be desired!! Eric was SUPER friendly, personable, competent, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, and for less than I was quoted ( which really meant a lot to me)!! The place was a bit hard to find, but well worth seeking out!! I just wish the assistant had listened a bit better!!

Ok, I never heard of this business until a situation came up where I need a laptop repaired. Went to this location and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service that was rendered. I asked a million questions and they answered them all. I know where I will be going for any future issues I may have with my devices.

We took our laptop here for a screen replacement, and had a bit of a wait as there was an overturn in staff. They have new management now, and Eric Miller did an outstanding job at taking care of us. He found the best deal for us, and went above and beyond to take good care of us.

Former employee and save your time and money and go to another shop to have your devices repaired. I quit after working here for little over a year the owner does not care about customers or his business/employees. This shop and the plainview one are a complete waste of time. If your device gets broken make sure you take it to a shop that has EXPERIENCED technicians. Make sure to ask these questions before you hand over your device. Have you worked on this device before? What’s your success rate with this repair? What are the possible risks of device repair? Do you have any technician certification? It’s may seem like a lot to ask but these questions can save you time and the possibility of handing your device to inexperienced people on average a phone repair should take no longer than a hour at most for tablets possible two hours if they have your device longer than this without any notice they do not know what they are doing. If you have questions and they cannot answer it that should tell you everything you need to know

I went to get my charging port replaced because it wasn’t working. I dropped it off and went back the next day expecting a tab to pay but no, he comes out looks at me “YOU ARE GONNA LOVE THIS” with a smirk on his face, he totally could have replaced it and charged me but all it took was a cleaning, should I need anything done with my phone this is the place I would go.

My kids make it a goal of theirs to crack the screen on their iPads, luckily this place exists they always fix them fast with quality results.

Replaced the screen fast and at a good price, but now every time I take a phone call on my iPhone, I somehow lock myself out. Most of the time it is only for a few minutes, but I have been locked out of my phone for an hour before. After my phone came back from repairs, the sensor has a hard time reading when I am talking on the phone and will not shut off the screen. The replacement is nice, but I do miss the functionality of my phone even with my cracked screen. Do yourself a favor and just get your screen repaired through your carrier.

Guys, please update your website pricing to match your actual price. It feels a lot like a bait and switch when I create an appointment on your website after choosing my device and requesting service under the price quote option only to show up and be told double the price. Yes, double. I used my lunch break to drive to your establishment after I was told I would have to come in...only to then be told oh, those prices havent been right in a long time. Not great.

Got my iPhone XS Max repaired here. Very friendly and timely service, my screen was replaced in about 40mins. The clerk, however, failed to mention that what she installed was not the ultra HD retina display that comes standard in all iPhone XS Maxes. Instead she installed a standard OLED display that is lower quality and didn’t bother to tell me until I called back to ask about it, since I was noticing an ever-so-slight reduction in performance as well as a lack of pinpoint sharpness. The fact that that important detail was left out means they intentionally left it out or aren’t familiar with the product enough to know the differences.

CPR was the only store that would work on my older generation phone. My charging port on my S7 edge was busted. Brought it in on a Saturday and it was extremely busy. Carlos was extremely helpful, nonetheless and got the phone back to me in less than an hour.

When my battery came in I received a call and was not able to pick it up then, however the representative gave effort in calling me a couple times and was very patient with me to pick it up. Best price I could find around town for a Google pixel hands down and screen is top notch 👌 but and there is always a BUT a few times I tried calling I got nothing just voice mail tried a few more times, still just voice mail, so I decided to go up there personally on a later day tried calling before hand but same shizz voice mail. So I arrive at said store and the doors are locked it was well past an hour after open time, try calling, still get nothing, I wait around 45 mins in my car and some other folks/customers pull up and they walk right into the store as if the doors were never locked I never saw a guy open the doors but Lord and behold they were open. It would have just been nice to get a lil heads up like hey people the doors are unlocked and we are open,our cars were parked right in front of the main door, remember customer service goes a long way.

The repair is great! I was told it would take one week, actually one month. In their defense, I think they had a complete personnel change the last week.

My ear speaker on my iPhone 6s Plus continued to get more and more quiet over the past couple of months, to the point where I could only talk to people on speaker phone or I couldn’t hear them. I went to the AT&T store and they couldn’t help me without me buying a new phone, so I went to CPR and they had my phone completely fixed in 15 minutes and for only 30 something bucks! I highly recommend CPR!

My nephew decided along with his friends to take the Sim cards out of their phones and compare. Why theyre kids who knows. So he decided in his infinite wisdom once he had it out to put it back into the phone without the Sim card tray. Surprise surprise it didnt work after that. If I went through Apple I was going to have to mail it in and the since my sister doesnt have Apple Care they were going to charge her for a replacement handset. I got her to take it to CPR cell phone repair and they took in in the back and it was fixed in like 10 minutes and it only cost me $37 dollars. If I ever need anything fixed Ill definitely bring my stuff to them. Support your local repair shops.

As a former employee I can tell you this establishment is a joke. The ownership is greedy and trying to milk as much PROFIT out of the customer as possible. The quality of repair is so much lower than that of other repair shops in town. Dont waste your time or money on this turn key operarion. Do yourself a favor and get your repair done somewhere thats actually Samsung/Google/Asurion certified

Went in to get a ZAGG Warranty replacement and they charge more than ZAGG does to give you a new one. Also, tried to go in the day earlier and they were closed early.

They fixed/replaced my phone screen in under 2 hours and had all the Samsung Note 8 parts for my phone that other stores didnt. A bit pricey

Very quick turn around. After 3 months of putting off fixing my daughters phone they fixed it in less than 2 hours.

At the beginning of the school year I had a problem with the lcd screen in my MacBook Pro being shattered. if anyone is in college they know it it very difficult and almost impossible to function without a working laptop. I took it to CPR to be fixed because I had seen good reviews online and wanted to try it out. They informed me that the repair would only take uo to two weeks and it shouldnt be a problem to fix it. The repair ended up taking 2 months when I could of taken in somewhere else that would of been much faster. When receiving my laptop the screen looks all scratched up on the inside and the brightness doesnt work anymore. They also returned it to me un finished with repairs so there are wire hanging out go my computer. The computer is currently not working anymore due to them messing it up. I wasnt even able to shut my computer properly after repairs. This is the worst repair Ive ever seen on a product ever. I also strongly believe that the reviews posted online about them are not all real. save yourself the time and dont take any of your products here.

They were friendly and nice but ultimately caused a lot of hassle.I brought my LG G3 in after I cracked the glass. They replaced it but there was suddenly a weird pressure spot on the screen where something was not laying flat behind it.They ordered another screen and fixed it, but after a few days the screen started having a bunch of pixels turn black and bleeding under the glass. The glass felt wobbly and light leaked through the edges. They replaced it again and again but never really fixed it. I think they replaced the screen about 5x total.I eventually gave up because I was tired of not having a reliable functioning phone for weeks on end and I bought a new phone.
