Love this nail salon. They always do a great job. I usually see Hai and he is a wonderful nail tech. He is a perfectionist and really takes his time sculpting and making sure my nails are perfect. Their prices are also great!

My nails are two almost three weeks in and usually I start biting them off to get a new set by week two, and as I’m trying to get rid of these nails by teeth, it is extremely difficult; in a good way! I had a great pedicure by Tom but then he turned me over to his boss for my manicure. She did a lousy job because she was busy chattering away with her girlfriend in Vietnamese instead of paying attention to what she was doing.

I have tried many places and have been going to the same place I always go in Fort Collins... I live in love and this is closer.To keep it short and simple I was very satisfied with this place I am SUPER PICKY and so far I have 0 complaints also its cheaper then what I pay at my original place. The staff was VERY friendly even though I showed up at 720 and they close at 730.Thank you. Ill be back for sure.

I had an amazing experience I believe his name is han. I came in late right before closing and managed to get eyebrow wax and nails done. He made me feel right at home and that it didnt matter they were technically were closed. He asked me more than one time if I was ok and then outside waves at me. Which means they are professionals inside and outside of work. Continue to go here for all my needs. Thank you from the one that got white tips real glitter at closing time on august 6th. You guys are amazing

I highly recommend Regal Nails! I’ve been to a number of nail salons in the CO area over the years, but Regal is my “spot” now! The nails consistently turn out great, but the service is always wonderful! They are friendly, a variety of services/polishes to choose from! You won’t be disappointed going to Regal nails!

I normally love regal nails, however my last experience was terrible! I didnt get what I wanted, I was treated very poorly, and I was overcharged for an extremely poor rebase! I asked for neon and glitter hombre(was told they couldnt did it, even though I could physically see neon polishes on the shelf) and ended up with different lengths of nails on each hand and with black and white paint and some sparkles..... Ive been a regular customer for years now and Ive never been treated this terribly, Im rethinking my customer loyalty!

Hated my experience. The lady was rude and would talk me out of everything i wanted. She actually told me pink and white was the most expensive thing I could get. I said OK lets do it. Then while she was starting to filing my nails,,to take the color off. I changed my mind, to powder. Then she said the powder cost more the pink and white. She was super short and rude. Then she left me sitting there and went to do someones pedicures. Right in the middle of filing. My nails,...talk about frustrating!!!! 😫😟😡

Have had pedicures here and they were great, went and got my nails done last Friday, the lady who worked on my nails and another gentleman worker were very angry with one another yelling back and forth at each other because he thought she stole his client. Chose a design from the ones displayed only to be told they no longer have those colors. Was there almost 2 hours and left with an ok set of nails that I cant wait for 2 weeks to be up so I can go back to my old salon and get something different :(

Got a full set, and it was done well. Plenty of colours to choose from, styles, and services. Average on price. The availability of designs to be added was a nice surprise.High recommendation

I have been going to this place on and off for the past 8 years and always had such a wonderful experience. This past time I went with my step daughter and we had a great time but a gentleman was doing my pedicure and he used the grater on me and went to hard on my heal and cut me. Now I know accidents happen but he was rushing and as a Cosmetologist, I was worried about sanitation and how he handled it. No sanitation or cleaning was done. Just wiping with the towel. This is day 3 after and my feet are just so torn up and over exfoliated. I just don’t know if I can take that risk again. So sad... I loved this place!

I went here for two years loyal customer. Normally they did a good job on my nails good price everything was working. Well last week I got my nails done and when I went home they literally started to fall off. One by one so I went in there to have them redone for free. Well she seemed upset 😡 which makes me mad because it’s like if you don’t do a good job and I don’t get what I pay for then it’s your job to fix it. Anyway she re does my nails and then tells me ok your good. So I go to tip her just because I’m nice like that and she wasn’t the one who messed up my nails. So then she starts talking jibberish and all the sudden I hear dadada 40$ I said how much??? Ya sorry sorry it’s just jibberish more jibberish. I don’t appreciate or respect a company that doesn’t take pride in doing good work. If for some reason you make a mistake as we all do own it and fix especially for a loyal customer ...... I’m done ✅ never again will I go back to such a distasteful place

I never write reviews but I feel that I will do others a favor by doing so.It was my worst experience ever and it is sad that I even have to give it a star !I was running out of time before my trip and couldnt make it to my usual nails salon.I only needed a regular manicure and pedicure, nothing complicated.After three days, my nails looked so awful that I ended up removing the polish and doing it myself.Dont go there ..... it is a waste of money.

I CALLED GUY ANSWERS TOLD ME TO HAVE HER COME IN AND RHEY WOULD BE FIXED. DAUGGTER GOES IN LADY LAUGHS AT HER AND SAID THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE?! WHAT! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TO TREAT ANY AGE THIS WAY AS A PAYING CUSTOMER!

Very poor customer service and wanted a lot of choices in the dip color process

I walked in on time for my appointment, and waited 20 minutes for someone to even get started on me, my nails were looking great, nice shape and i was pleased. Then, i go to wash the nail dust off of my hands, and when I come back, this man is filing his TOENAILS with the same file he is about to use on my nails again. Disgusting. So he files my nails with his nasty toenail files and paints them when my acrylic wasnt completely dry. I didnt think it would matter so i go put my nails under the light to dry. (I also noticed one was messed up and ask him to fix it and he insists its fine and refuses to fix it.) While they are drying, i look back and hes ASLEEP, and stays that way for 20 minutes so im sitting there waiting to pay while sleeping Tom is taking a cat nap, my friend is also waiting, and she tells me her guy smelled like a dirty diaper. Waiting and waiting, she has to use the restroom so she walks out to go to the bathroom, the second she leaves they say wheres your friend? She needs to pay so i pay and she comes back and im finally allowed to leave. As soon as i start driving i look at my nails and every single one looks like someone put wrinkled plastic wrap on wet nails. They looked absolutely terrible. So i called them, still calm, and i get hung up on. I called back obviously upset with my experience and ask for my money back. I am told by Tom that i cant have my money back but he will fix them. What person in their right mind would want toenail filing sleeping tom touching their nails again? So i told them i will not be recommending them to anyone, and they can expect to never see me back there again. Just save yourself the trouble, dont let the reviews fool you, this place is trash.

So frustrated, havent even left. Came in, asked how long told 50 mins unless i wanted to pay $10 more fore gel, then would take less time. Now over an hour and hasnt started polish!

I came here a few times before to get my nails done but now they just are awful. This time I got my nails done and after 4 days the nails just started popping off. Horrible job. 5 of them have now popped off and I went in to ask them to please just take them off and they told me to come back later. Don’t come here.

I had a pedicure. He cut the nails on my big toes so short that the ends of my toes are tender. Then he used the pumice stone on the heels of my feet so hard he abraded the skin to the point of bleeding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!!
