I always have a good experience here. I have been visiting this salon regularly for a few months now and I appreciate how kind and professional the staff is. Today I had the pleasure of working with Amy. She is a very talented nail artist! She gave me everything I asked for (pink and white ombre acrylic rebase with mountain peak shape) and watching her craft my nails was mesmerizing.

We waited about an hour without anybody acknowledging us. Just when I was about to leave a very friendly staff came to us and apologized for the wait time and got me and my daughter back. Both mine and my daughters nails came out amazing and you could tell they took their time and had attention to detail. If it werent for the amazing nails my review wouldnt be so great because of how long we waited without being acknowledged. They were extremely busy and we were a walk in. The staff did apologize multiple times too. The awesome work made up for it.

I had an appointment at 5 star nail spa, an unrelated business nearby, but the technician was not there. I live 1 1/2 hours away. Frustrated, I called this 5 star nails and lashes located next door to Target. They got me in immediately. I was in a time crunch do Amy and Mary did Nail dipping and a pedicure at the same time. Very professional and clean. I will go back!

My nails look better than they have in a long time thanks to Amy.. The spa has been remodeled. All new pedicure chairs, manicure tables and chairs. Very friendly and professional staff.

Super clean, definitely up to COVID-19 specs, and they did an AWESOME job on my nails! This is my go-to spot for getting my mani pedis. They also do lash extensions here too! I’ll update my post if I ever get them done!

Very attentive! All of the staff were so nice! They have the best massage chairs Ive been in- they didnt feel like the were jabbing you to death. I was a little worried about getting my brows waxed, as most places take too much off. Son listened to what I wanted and did a great job! Definitely found my new pedicure/eyebrow place!

Just finished a mani/pedi from lisa and let me tell you I received the BEST massage ever, hands doooooown!! I even put my phone down and I closed my eyes because it felt so amazing I didn’t wanna do anything else but enjoy it! 100% recommend WOW!

Very rude. They made me feel uncomfortable from the beginning telling customers they will be right with them KNOWING they don’t have time.. after sitting there for 3 hours. Taking the beating of frustration out on my fingers The nails look horrible. My fingers are in pain. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I’ve never been in so much pain from nails in my life. This a disgusting way to treat your customers!

I’ve been coming here for a while. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with my service in the past but today I came in to get a full set and they completely disregarded me as a customer and rudely told me they were busy and didn’t even offer me a time to come back. I will never come back to this nail salon again. The place across the parking lot, 5 Star Nails Spa is so much nicer and does a way better job!

I come every other week and they seriously do so amazing. There fast and nice too.

Ok, so 11 days ago, I got my nails done here. I honestly thought theyd fall off by now, but theyre still there. One thing I didnt like is how thin they ended up, I wouldve liked more of an arch on the stress point. Also the guy just shapped away before asking and as you can see on the 2nd picture, the nail wasnt covered. It looked like I put on store bought, press-on nails that were too small. If you looked at them straight on, they didnt look bad right away. The ONLY reason Im giving it 3 starts is because theyre still on and the nail tech was supper nice. The place felt calm and I didnt wait too long even though it was busy and I didnt have an appointment. I just wish the tech had bothered to ask what shape I wanted. Is this even a nail shape? Or did he mess up? 🤔 also, the pictures were taken immediately after I walked out.

Horrible experience at this salon. Staff was rude the whole time I was there. Nail tech that did my nails rushed the process and I had a horrible outcome. Had to go home and fix them myself as I went before a vacation. Disappointed and will not be returning.

It’s a very nice and clean space. there weren’t many people in there which made me feel comfortable. i went in there to get a full set and i walked out with beautiful holiday nails. the only thing i would say though, is the paint on my nails is bumpy, it wasn’t put on smoothly, i’m pretty sure it’s because they used too much polish but other than that i had a wonderful time.

I hate getting my nails done because they never do it right, but they were perfect when I came here! I highly recommend Nik, my nails were kind of complicated but they turned out perfect and he was fast and gentle. Definitely worth the money.

When I got my acrylics refilled there was a black hair and they did not remove it and just kept going. I wanted water Mellon nails but the dark green ended up black! My nails were so thick! And when they do your feet they get mad at you for moving a little bit. But overall they are a pretty good nail salon and very clean and organized! The prices are a little high but they do a pretty good job!

I had a full set put on. They came out nice, but I dont feel as though the woman listened to what I wanted. I specifically said I DIDNT want little gems on them and she went ahead and super glued one on anyway. When she asked if I wanted a design, I asked for blue and got white. However, the service was friendly. The prices are reasonable. And the glass of wine was a nice touch.

The gal that did my nails was very quiet, but she was speedy and efficient. If I lived in the area, I would regularly go to this shop to get a manicure. The shop is clean, has good music, the staff are friendly.

Worst pedicure ever. The tech couldn’t cut nails straight. It was painful. I’d finally had enough and told him I needed to leave and he couldn’t understand what I was saying. It was exceptionally stressful. Do yourself a favor and somewhere that’s professional.

I’m really disappointed in my experience today. I Had a pedicure today and after waiting for a half hour they took the customer who came in 15 minutes after me before me. She didn’t have an appointment either. They had me sit next to her and they started her pedicure about 10 min before mine. Then when the girl who was doing mine started she rushed through the entire thing so fast I’m disgusted I even paid for it. I chose the 5 star pedicure and the other customer did also. She rushed through mine and didn’t even hardly do the callous removal. Then she finished mine and that same customer was still getting hers when mine was done. I have never minded paying extra because i thought they always did a good job but i will never go back.

Ive been here multiple times and its wonderful.The man who did my nails, Austin, is and amazing nail artist, will take care of your nails and make sure they look twice as good then the last time. I suggest you go to him. He will take care of you.

I made an appointment for full set and pedi for Friday 5/8/20. They had so many people waiting outside they rushed my entire experience. I paid $120 with tip for both services and my nails were so sloppy I had to come home and file the edges just to make them ok. My shellac pedi that I paid $60 for already came off of all my toes. Tony did the service. Usually he’s really good but he was so rushed. My pedi lasted 10 minutes. Disappointed to say the least. I understand with COVID that appointments need to be made...I did that and I should be able to enjoy my appointment and have a great service too. I’ve been going here for years and I’m super upset about this. I paid so much money.

My first time at the new location by Pier 1. Ken did a full acrylic set for me with french tips and they look great! He took the time to make sure they were all the same length and everything was straight and even. Ill be back!

Got an acrylic coffin set, they are almost all broken and popping off my nails after a week. Horrible quality.

I dont like the service attitude of their store. I gave them the opportunity to go there many times. But their service attitude made me very disappointed! They wont help guests choose the color of their nails, and even the service staff will sit quietly and let the guests choose the color. They cannot distinguish between color, green and red. They will not be able to listen to the customers request and start a quarrel with the guest. I believe this will be my last time, because every time I come here, I will be very upset.....

I just paid $56.00 for a basic pedicure. She didn’t even use any callus remover. There is polish all over my cuticles. Worst pedi I’ve ever had, hands down!

I have searched high and low for a great nail salon and I found it!!! And Staci is the best, she always kills it on my nails she’s quick and she’s awesome to be around. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Highly suggest booking an appt with her!

Worst pedicure and manicure ever. We were going on vacation and I was looking forward to a nice pedicure and manicure. I wound up taking the polish off of my fingernails when I got home because they looked so bad. The technician never said a word to me during my services, only used hand motions - she acted like she didnt know English. When it was time to pay, then she could smile and speak to me. I will never go back.

Went in for a pedicure for my trip. Five days later, the polish is peeling off. Not even chipping, but peeling. Will go elsewhere from now on. Waste of money.

This was the worst shellac manicure I have ever had. Ive been getting my nails done for 30+ years and this was horrible. I have product under my nail tips and on my cuticles. I now have lifting after just 2 days, because of the sloppy job. My nails are not even and the you can see through the white on the tip of my nails due to the awful application. So very disappointed. I will not be going back and cannot recommend them to anyone. Complete waste of my money. I have to get my nails redone before my event in 2 days.

They ruined my nails. I have been getting dipping done elsewhere near my old job for well over a year or two, but decided to try someplace new, BIG MISTAKE! It started chipping off and over 3 broke in less then 3 days of getting them done. I will never be back and recommend never getting dip done there.

Its not worth the money!!!!!!!! I was visiting and my sister and I went to have a girls day, but turns out that when you spend over $70 for a gel manicure and pedicure, the gel manicure is literally peeling off my nails. Please dont waste your time. Im not impressed, if I lived in the area I would go back for a full refund.

I have been going to 5 star for about 2 years off and on. I have had good and bad experiences, and I am sick of the inconsistency. The last time I went in, my nails lasted not even a week (full acrylic set with gel polish) ... I asked my technician for a light pink color, and he painted them clear and said there, that looks natural I then got charged for gel polish...Why would I pay for gel polish when its clear? On top of that, before the tips literally FELL OFF, they were all shaped differently!I am sad to say, i will never be returning to 5 star nails and lashes again.

I wasnt impressed at all. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The tech asked if I wanted to try dip on my hands because the tips dont chip and they last longer. I decided to try it and 3 days later 7 of 10 are chipped. He also cured the tips of my nails to my skin. When he started dipping my nails they went into the actual container, not very sanitary. I tried asking to either put the powder in a different container or switch to gel, her refused. My manicure took 35 minutes and thats only because I had to cure them. There was very little prep to my nails, he drilled them down so far that my fingers were tender for 2 days after. Next was the manicure. I soaked for 3 minutes before he cut my nails and then started painting the gel on them. I wasnt offered a choice on pedicure package and he didnt even do the basic tasks for the lowest pedicure package. I was out in about an hour, not what I expected when I just wanted time away and to relax. I would have assumed that with 6 techs in there between 3 customers I would have had a different experience.I normally go to Johnstown nails and just happened to be at my familys house in Loveland, so I tried this place. Guaranteed I wont ever go back. I was very concerned with their cleaning process, overall sanitation and their customer care.

The older lady that did my daughter(age 16) filed my daughter’s nails down to the skin. Two of her nails were bleeding around her cuticle. They tried to put neosporin on it even after we said multiple times she is allergic to it. They took $8.00 dollars off our total bill of $229.00. They tried to blame her for her fingers bleeding. I can’t believe they filed the skin off of every finger. Her toes and finger nails did not match. Needless to say I left no tip. I usually would have left $20 per person. Since they did not offer to take more off the bill none of them got a tip. We will not be going back to this salon. If they cause pain in every nail and bleeding they should not charge you. The only reason there is one star above is so I could comment.

I find it extremely unprofessional to be rude to customers. I can understand that you are a stressful business and have a lot of customers. But to rush through a service carelessly, to NOT TELL a customer what you’re charging them for until you run their card, and to be harsh while handling customers to the extent of making them bleed is completely unacceptable. I have been coming here for years and I’ve never been so disappointed. Your business has turned into a scam, and I regret ever coming here.
