I really enjoy going to this location everyone is super friendly and always happy. I scheduled an appointment with lee for my family, everyone got manicures and pedicures we all had a great time. lee did custom pumpkin design on my nieces nails and she loved it. The quality of work is outstanding every time we go to 5star nails. Also we enjoy spending time with great people. Cant wait to go back and get the deluxe pedicure, its relaxing and helps get my feet back to normal from where I walk around bare foot on concrete a lot.

Since my previous nail tech moved I’ve been looking for a new one for over a year without much luck. It was my first time at 5star nails and spa and I am SO impressed with this place! (& I would consider myself fairly picky). From start to finish my nail tech was thorough, took him time and did an exceptional job on my manicure and pedicure. The staff was kind and welcoming and it’s very clean and quiet. Tom was my tech and I can not say enough good things about him. Him was amazing! I will definitely be back.

Pedicure treatment was good, however, I asked for a design on my big toe 3 times. I never got it. Needless to say the tip was a affected and i will find another spa.

I love going here, its my go to place to get my nails done. They are always super nice and do an awesome job! The place is very clean and inviting. We walked in the door without an appointment and we were helped within 10 minutes. I took my four year old daughter with me as well and they did such a good job with her. I wont be going anywhere else!

I have been here a few other times and had a great manicure and or pedicure. The past two times I have chosen regular polish because gels are so hard on my nails. My nail polish on my hands looked horrible! It looked like it separated. I had my manicure after my pedicure which took at least a half hour and then sat under the nail dryer for 20 minutes. I walked out of the salon and an hour later my toenails smudged as well as both of my thumbs. The polish never set. I spent $65 plus tipped $10 for a really bad job. Why doesn’t their regular nail polish set??? I don’t think I will go back.

We were very excited to try this place. Their gallary was amazing! I had scheduled and appointment for two. The gentleman who scheduled our appointment gave me the wrong address after I confirmed it with him twice. The day of our appointment the services were listed incorrectly on our appointment. They wouldnt seat us together either. The gentleman who did my friends nails didnt even file from her previous set and it shows through this set. The guy was on his phone multiple times during her appointment. I showed the lady exactly what I wanted. An ombre set with ballerina short shape. She was very annoyed with me that I requested my nails short and asked her to cut them and file down. I type all day and long nails are too hard for me to work with. Needles to say the colors didnt come out looking anything like I thought they would have. The acrylic build is very uneven.. its very uneven. The plastic nail is showing through. The nail shape is very square. Both employees made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable and we left very disappointed. I wont be returning to this salon. I hope they can read this and dont make anyone else feel like they are an inconvenient or disappointed.

After doing some research I decided to try 5 Star for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Tracy did a great job on both. As someone with diabetes I know I have to be careful with my feet. Tracy was gentle and I had no concerns. I will definitely be back.

My granddaughter and I went in for pedicures and stayed for manicures we felt so pampered. From start to finish they made sure everything was just the right temperature, done with permission and explained. Even with short nails, I feel beautiful!!

We had the best experience there today! I had a relaxing pedicure and got a new set of acrylic nails. They look awesome! My daughter got her brows waxed and got eyelash extensions, and she looks absolutely incredible. Great work!

Sat and waited for 15min to make sure my toes were dry. I was assured they were. I put on my shoes and left. When I got home and took off my shoes this is what my toes looked like. Very upset. Paid over 50 bucks.

Im very upset with this salon. I have never been treated this way before. I got a pedi which was great I have no complaints there, but when it came time to do my nails, the woman who did my nails was so unthusiastic. She said she was so tired and didnt feel like doing my nails. As she started the nail process she didnt ask me what I wanted done so I had to stop her to show her a reference picture of what I wanted. She took one look said she didnt have a certain product and proceeded to do something else entirely.. she started to use a color that didnt match and got mad when I said I didnt like it so she smudged off the acrylic and used a different one. She finished out my nails left one all smudged and forgot to even put any of the jewels I asked for. While having a stank attitude the whole time. I held back tears as I was so unsatisfied with the results. I chewed off the nail that was smudged as I waited to pay. The other ladys asked why I was unhappy so I told them what was wrong and they began to talk badly in veitnamese. Saying how they can fix it but charge a higher price, and the lady talked about how she forgot that I wanted jewels. I paid for the service and left. I just wanted a birthday gift for myself, but instead I got the worst experience ever. I WONT BE RETURNING AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING.

This was a terrible experience. I went in with my husband to get pedicures and I was also getting a manicure. The first lady my husband got for his pedicure was very sick and in turn lazy. He asked for another employee and after that our pedicures were good. When I got a manicure, my nails looks awful. I couldve done a better job at home. I was also told I was good to leave because my nails were dry. Just trying to put my shoes on, a finger nail got ruined and had to be redone. The photos are 2 days. I have a desk job so I dont work with chemicals or anything that would make the polish come off faster than it should.

Stacie was amazing with my nails! I dont often get my nails done, and she gave me great beauty advice on todays nail trends. We had so much fun! I had a great pedicure as well, but didnt catch her name. Awesome experience at 5 Star Nails!

They were able to get 2 of us in on a Saturday with short notice. Our pedicures were fabulous, they were so thorough and they took their time. Very happy with their service, Ive been here many times and will continue to go here, I always leave happy and satisfied with my gorgeous nails!

We went to the location on Fall River Dr. Last night for my daughter to experience her first mini mani/pedi. I had a pedicure, which overall was fine. The guy who did my toenails was kind of rough especially when he was like buffing my nails, which caused my skin to bleed and its been red for 2 days. My daughter got her finger and toe nails painted. Within 3 hours, some of the polish came off her fingers. She woke up this morning with more polish off. We called and they were willing to have us come in and fix it. So we did at 4 pm today. Not even 4 hours after being done, her finger nail polish is already coming off again. Ive attached photos from when she had it redone and how its already coming off. My daughter is not a nail biter, doesnt pick at her pretty nails or anything. Needless to say, i will be trying to find another place to get our nails done.

Tracy was AMAZING. I showed she a picture of what I wanted and she did it perfectly. They were fairly busy and I didnt feel like it was being rushed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The music was also great. With current times they keep everything clean and sanitized. I will definitely be coming back!

Vincent is my technician he’s always fantastic, he does an amazing job on my nails. My husband even loves them, and his pedicures are phenomenal. Always nice, he’s always polite, he’s always happy. Their prices are very reasonable, they’re not over priced like other salons.

Tracey was great! I got there really close to closing, which is definitely not how I normally go; so accommodating. Great experience always come back!

Update: I went back and got my nails redone by Tracy. Her work is meticulous and very professional I really love how they turned out. Thank you.I am not satisfied. The person who did my acrylic nails was rushing and this affected the final results. When he asked me if I liked them I said yes, but when I looked at them at home I really dislike them.I’ve been to this place few years ago and they did a great job. Unfortunately this time, my nails look off. I don’t like looking at them. Also some areas are not finished/painted. Overall I expected more and I am not happy with the results.

I LOVE this nail salon. I have had Tracy and Ly do my nails so far and they both did a fantastic job. I cant wait to come back here more. Everyone is so nice. They do a quick job too, but still high quality. :)

I went in and asked for a full set of acrylics, each nail is flat and a different size. I selected gel nail polish and the woman polished part of the nail only, I can still see the sides of acrylic. The work station was dirty with much of the equipment dusty and dirty. I also took my girls in for a manicure, one of the girls nails were done right away, the second one waited and then some random guy stopped by and polished only one coat. I made an appointment but waited for 25 minutes before they called me back. Worst experience ever! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Last week on Sunday I got a dip nail manicure here and I made an appointment and I didn’t get help till 20minutes later. My nails are crooked it’s like they don’t know how to make a square shape. Not professional. The lady doing my nails got up 5 times and having to stop my nails and talked to her coworkers. She has to text during my manicure too for some reason. Now I have a chipped nail barely a week later. The top coat is coming off. What a joke of a salon.

I always get the dip nails here. They say you should be able to make it 3 weeks. Im lucky if I make it 1.5 weeks. Nails are always cracking or breaking. Tips were put on which I didnt ask for, then I was charged an extra $5 for them. I asked for no length as I like my nails to be pretty short. The tech was irritated with me when I asked him to go shorter. Not a pleasant experience today.

Kind staff, great work, short wait times but almost always get charged a bit more than expected. I love my black on black pedi tho!

Took my 6 year old daughter here for her first mani/pedi. We were walk ins, so I did not expect to get in. However, we did get in and they did great quality work, were patient and created a great environment for my daughter first experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Tommy does the best work! I have gone to him for about a year now and he never disappoints! He always listens to what you want and does it flawlessly. His wife V is also amazing! They are great to have at this salon and if you go here. Choose them!-Pineapple

I highly would not recommend this place. They were very rude. The first time I went there some guy kept tickling the guy doing my nails and would not get off his phone. I wanted to try them again which was a mistake. This time the first guy messed up my nails and made them very thick and spotty. Then I went back to get them redone which I chose different colors this time and the guy kept messing up the colors then because I said something he yelled at me and kept getting very frustrated. Then he got very impatient. I will not be going back.

Love my nails every time I come here. These are my favorite nails. Tracy did them, I love her. Super kind and great at nails. Great business, wonderful people.❤️ Also, the gross cuticles are my fault. I clip them off myself😬 Definitely get your nails done here!! & don’t confuse them with the 5 star near them.

I love this place! They always do a phenomenal job. I went to a different nail place a few weeks ago and immediately regretted it because I didnt receive anywhere near the quality of service. I will forever be coming back here!

They charge extra for services that arent done very well. I dont have a problem paying the extra fee, the problem is with the level of service. I always get a basic pedicure with the callous remover. Sometimes they do a great job with the callous removal and other times they do not. It depends on the person you get and you cant really tell until later if it was done well.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done! I always go to either Tom or Tony and I have never been disappointed. They are friendly and always do a nice job on my nails.

I recently moved to Loveland from Evergreen Colorado, I have tried three nail spas in town none to my liking, until I found Five Star, they got me in the same day and Nic did a fantastic job!

Im my opinion best place ever! So professional and Tomy does great job with my nails. He delivers reach time with every new design I want.

I made an appointment 2 days in advance because I live over 1 1/2 hours away. I waited for 15 minutes and the technician still wasn’t there so I left. Frustrating!

In the past I have really enjoyed this salon. The staff was friendly and my nails look fine. However, if you are looking for a nail salon following COVID safe practices, you may want to go somewhere else. Everyone was wearing masks however they had too many people close together. Social distancing was completely lacking. There was no screening process for COVID. They did not have people wait outside even though their small lobby and area to pay was full of people. I was sat directly next to another group (maybe 2 feet apart) for pedicures. They seemed overly booked. I will not be back for the time being.

I really recommen this place. They are very kind my daughter gpt acrylics and they are super good. Tracy is awesome.

The man who did my nails rushed, over buffed my nail beds and my nails were ACHING several hours after I got dip - And I mean painful, because he over filed my nails/removed too much of the protective top layer of my nails. Then they a few of them Chipped within 3 days. Not going backSure go here if you want but make sure they don’t rush/over buff/ over file

This place is one of the nicest nail salons i have ever been to . Staff are great friendly and overly kind and will help you to get the exact look you want . And for all of this its very decently priced so you are not spending alot of money overall would highly recommend.

5 Star Nails Spa is by far the best of the best. I have been going to Tom and he does a fantastic job. He never talks me out of what I want. I show him a picture and he makes it happen. I am very hard on my nails as I am in the Construction industry and Tom manages to make my nails stay on for 3-4 weeks with no lifting.

Tommy is AMAZING!!! He did a shellac manicure and a pedicure for me and I couldnt be more pleased! Quality service, on time, and all around wonderful service! I wont be seeing anyone else!! Thank you Tommy :)

Stacie is AWESOME! I had gotten a full set somewhere else and came in for a fill. She ended up taking all the nails off and replacing because they were all lifting. She did this all while having a sense of humor, being very personable and making the experience fun. I look forward to many more appointments with here!

Mary is amazing i have been coming for the past 4 years. She takes her time when doing services and is a great person. She works hard it shows as you usually have to call to get an appointment with her. New chairs and new colors. It’s the one right next to Panera not the one next to Pier 1. Which if you call that one they’ll tell you they are the right 5 Star.

Spare your money, go somewhere else to get your nails done. I went there the other day with my friends and they just did horrible on all of our nails. They kept moving us around and switching nail techs, and by the end we were all so unhappy with what we recived. I even showed them a photo of what I wanted and got something completely different. When i asked them to take them off they said no... I went and got my nails redone at a much better salon and my tech said they were so poorly done he felt bad that i paid for them.

Got my nails done with my mom and sister today. They did a very pretty job and worked quickly while keeping it relaxing and paid a lot of attention to detail on my gel manicure. Very happy

I had a horrible experience getting a manicure/pedicure Saturday June 20,2020!! I was visiting my sister in Loveland, she took me to this spa to treat me for my birthday. The man who did both, kept getting up to take care of other people coming in after me during both services!! He had NO focus or interest in taking care of me solely, kept forgetting where he was, didn’t look at me or talk to me. My sister got even worse service than me!! We expressed our dissatisfaction & asked for a discount, we were told they couldn’t authorize our request, they could redo our services, which we couldn’t do with our timeframe, unbelievable! We asked 2 have the owner call us to get refund, but NO return phone call! We also noticed no one sanitizing stations, chairs & tables after other customers left, which is unacceptable during this time of COVID 19!!! This was absolutely the worst service I’ve EVER had in a nail salon, will NEVER use ur spa ever again, and reported the lack of cleanliness To the health department!!!

Not worth the time or money. My first experience was about three weeks ago. I got a pedicure and my nails done. The pedicure was very rushed. Maybe lasted 5 minutes. The last was okay but you could tell she was rushed.Recently decided to try it again. Went in to have tips added with dipping done. My tech was nice but seemed very jittery. My nails arent straight, the material is bumpy. The nails arent the same lengths. Not worth the $50.00 I paid this time or the money I spent last time.
