I had a lot— taking acrylics off, a mani and a pedi. They were amazing! Tracy did my nails and I could not be happier. Prices are reasonable for the time, work, and effort they put in to making sure everything is perfect. I had been looking for a salon close to me that I liked— I love this place. Going to keep coming here!

Not clean, rude staff, and I left in the middle of my service in pain!!This was my first time at this establishment. I was joining friends who had been there before and trusted their judgment. When I first walked in I noticed this place wasnt well lit and very cluttered. Had I not been with friends I would have turned around and left. I went against my gut and have now come to regret it. When I sat down and looked around I noticed the place was not very clean. Sinks and pedicure tubs had major hard water spots. It looked like things were crusted on it. Again I wanted to leave and again I told myself I was being too picky. The man who did my nails started our interaction by asking how I got my wedding ring off my finger, it looks too small and tight. He then was rough with the cuticle trimmer but I still held my tongue and let it go. Once he started the dip process I noticed my nails started burning after every dip. Ive never experienced that before. I asked him and he said that is how it works. The last straw was when he pulled out the dremmel and was destroying the skin around my nails. I pulled back three times and he kept going. By the end of the 3rd nail I jerked my hands away and stood up and told him I was done. I wanted to pay and leave. I told him I would pay even though it was terrible. He called a woman over and she asked what was wrong. I explained what happened, and he offered to take the nails off. I did not feel comfortable with him touching me anymore and I did not trust them with anymore chemicals on my hands. He did offer to not have me pay, but I felt I needed to pay for the product used and he only charged me 50% I accepted that. I appreciate he was willing to let me leave with no payment but I didnt feel right about that. All in all I would 100% never go back and would not advise anyone else to go there.

The ladies worked hard and jumbled me and my daughter between others in the best way ever! Very friendly & funny. They were crackin jokes with my daughter& made sure she was comfortable. Complimented us many times and overall was a great first time experience. These beautiful ladies were bomb! No reason for these petty low rating reviews. Go there, see for yourself😉👍👍👍😎💜😇😍💜

They really take time with your nails and Tina did a wonderful job! My daughters and I went for the first time and I have found my nail place! Make an appointment because they are busy.

Very friendly atmosphere and very knowledgeable and good on products and service they offer and perform. My wife was extremely happy with her nails she got and had a huge smile on her face when she came out. Her nails look very pretty and as always my wife looked beautiful with her new nails.

Had an appointment at 1:30, didn’t get helped until after 2. Not transparent with prices and charge a lot extra for shellac. Didn’t even paint all the way down to my cuticle, so the next day my nails look like they are growing out and need redone. Overpriced and won’t be going back!

I had a bad experience at this nail salon. I was in yesterday for a French tip gel nails with some rhinestones designs on the ring fingers and thumbs. A few hours later, the rhinestones on each finger came off. Ive had my nails done many times with gel and rhinestones and have never had them fall off within a few hours. I go into the salon today to have them fix it and they basically put the rhinestones on with no regard of how the stones were placed and then squirted nail glue on top of it which ran down my fingers and onto my skin and told me to let it dry. They suggested that I come back again tomorrow to have the same guy do a better job... I spent $107 with them yesterday for a gel pedi and mani... I kind of expect better customer service than this. I was not very happy with the new design or the way they tried to fix it. This was definitely not a luxe experience.

Don’t go here, they WAY overcharged me, me and my daughters asked for coffin shape and they didn’t do it right and still charged. The prices online DIDNT match the prices charged. They charged me for 6 instead of 5. I should get some of my money back. Ridiculous, will never use them again!!

Had a gel mani- and the polish was all over the cuticle. When I asked him to fix it he just filed it off my skin causing me to bleed. Then he filed the end of my nails after he was done polishing- which breaks the seal of the clear top coat. So, my nails are chipped after about 4 days...I left knowing this was one of the worst manicures ever. I also had a bug crawling on my arm at one point. Dude touched his phone, and drink and then without washing his hands touched my hands to finish the manicure. During coronavirus!? Ya no thanks!! Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Truly one of the best nail salons I have ever patronized

This nail salon is so nice and clean. They always do a great job and are friendly. If you have a large group, definitely call ahead so that they have staffing. Also, it is great because you can bring food and drinks in while you have a pedicure party with friends.

I had the best time there today. My nails are gorgeous too! The place is so nice! Definitely my new nail spot.UPDATE: How anyone could give this place 1 star is beyond me. Still remains my go to nail place. Always amazing!

Ive had the best experiences with Halley. She does an amazing job on my nails. Always takes her time and makes sure I like them before I leave. She makes them look very natural. I would reccomend her to anyone. She is usually booked so I would call and make an appointment if you want to see her. TRUST ME shes worth it.

Did a wonderful job! I went to LA Nails to get a full set before and purelux made them more realistic and did a stunning job with the coloring! I will be making the drive to Loveland from now on. The people here are absolutely wonderful as well.

Ive been a client of Purelux Nail Salon since grand opening December 1st 2016 and love my experience whether I have my mani/pedi or waxing. They are always professional and do quality work while offering complimentary wine. They are the best nail salon in Cincinnati area hands down!!!

I try to never leave a negative review unless completely earned by the business. Unfortunately my pedicure service today was no better than I could have done myself at home and saved $35. My nails were not cut straight, the polish as applied poorly and both the water and towels were scalding my legs today.

The lady that did my nails was very opinionated. They kept trying to up sell the shellac for my toes but I just wanted a regular nail polish. They were very pricey. I got a shellac or no chip polish on my hands and they started peeling within 4 days of getting my nails done. I have never had any issues with no chip polish. They also didnt know what I was talking about when I asked for no chip polish. I was very unpleased with my experience and wont be going back there.

My friend and I went there yesterday. The ladies talked about us and laughed the entire time so bad I almost walked out mid service. I will never go back. Very condescending. They wont make it if the staff continues to do this.

I will not be returning to this nail salon. They talked about customer behind their backs and had bad attitudes also 8 out of 10 of my nails a sideways I told her this and she claimed it was the way my fingers were. Maybe another technician would be better but Monica was not very good. She didn’t push my cuticles back either.
